I have been going to Florida Smile Dental for over year now  Ihave had some serious dental work done  Dr Scerbo has been so wonderful with me. He takes the time to make sure that everything is perfect he’s got the patience of a saint he knows his work and does a fabulous job ,he has work on my teeth to make sure that they are perfect When two other dentist told me what I wanted could not be done  dr Scerbo work on my full dentures and implants  and made them prefect even  though I have a terrible bite.my bottom teeth use to stick out over my top teeth  dr Scerbo change that for me  my teeth are beautiful  I’m so happy with the way they look and how he critiqued them every step of the way to make sure they looked good. He takes this time and has patients. He does excellent work. The man take care of his patients. He really cares and the office staff are wonderful People. So friendly and Polite plus the wait time is great. I never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. I could go on and on. But if your afraid of dentist you will love them all. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Dr Scerbo and the rest of the team at Florida Smiles. Their work is always efficient and skillful, and they always go above and beyond to make me feel as relaxed as possible. I’ve had a range of work done so far – cleanings, whitening, implants and crowns, all with excellent results. The office itself is clean and comfortable, the receptionist staff always remember your name, and I’ve never stayed in the waiting room more than few minutes before being led back to start the work. Scheduling hasn’t been an issue, but I have a fairly flexible one myself. Dental work is always pricey, so I appreciate the 5% discount when you pay in full. The cosmetic crowns on my front four teeth have me smiling more in the past few weeks than in my whole life living with a large space that I hated. Dr. Scerbo is very skilled at improving the aesthetics without the work looking fake/plastic. The only slight drawback is the parking situation. The lot is always quite packed and, while I’ve never not been able to find a space, it’s a VERY tight fit sometimes.

I am so, so happy to have found this dentist office! I was having so much anxiety getting a deep cleaning, and the dental hygienist who was taking care of me was so kind and understanding, and worked with me to get through it! By the end, I was very relaxed and comfortable. The entire staff, from the front desk to the doctors are so friendly. They’re also very quick to get you in to get started. I have found my forever dentist office! 🙂

Best experience hands down of having a same day emergency tooth extraction. The staff and doctor was awesome! I was extremely nervous due to previous bad experience at another dentist office in the past where I’d leave the office with so much throbbing pain I can feel each cell in my body. Florida Smiles Dental was the exact opposite of my prior past experience. They went above and beyond to calm me down. I was provided with headphones to listen to music on my phone and a weighted blanket. They went over the process, took their time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They ensured the numbing med took in effect and waited a while before performing the procedure. It took about an hour or so to complete. I went home and it has been hours later, followed their directions provided and I feel so much better. I have never, EVER in all my life experienced such a pleasant tooth extraction with minimal pain and this is after the numbing med wore off. Did I mention I was awake for all of this? I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know what an awesome place this is. Thank you so much for everything! Much thanks and gratitude!

I Highly recommend this office And the team there. The staff is great all around! Both dentists that have taken care of me were very mindful and extremely thorough during my visits. I’ve had to go in same day and they’ve had zero issues making sure this happens. Good Dentists are tough to come across, and tougher to trust and stick with. These folks are in the great group above the good. Doctor Scerbo will make sure you’re in good hands when you visit his office!

Last night I stayed awake till almost 4AM worried about my hubby & the terrible pain he was in. The toothaches were not going away even with all the home remedies we tried. Not only was I worried about the pain he was in but also wondering who would see him on such short notice, if my husband was going to feel comfortable with them, and once I did find a Dr. the fear of having to be turned away and referred to a specialist and not getting anything accomplished. I posted a request for recommendations on Facebook to see if I get lucky and I did! Friends referred me to some GREAT Dr’s but they weren’t in today . Thank goodness Dailyn (a coworker )referred me to Dr. Scerbo and Dr. Gavila! I’m not one to write a review but the level of care and service we received from Florida Smiles Dental, I had to take a few minutes to share. They were A-MAZING, super down to earth, answered all our questions, kind, genuine, and everyone made my husband feel at ease which in my book is priceless. Having 2 teeth extracted can be so painful but my husband did’t feel a thing!! Before you knew it, the Dr was done!  It was an overall great experience. The moment we left my husband told me this is his dentist going forward! If you are looking for a great dentist, this is the place to go to! I’m just so happy. Thank you so very much!

So I’m that guy that avoids going to the dentist as much as I can.  I gave this place a try and from the get go I felt super comfortable.  The office was very nice and everyone seemed happy to work there.  The equipment looked really high-tech and everything was extremely clean.  Everyone there made me feel at ease as they realized I wasn’t crazy about being at the dentist.  Dr. Scerbo explained everything to me and took the time to listen.  Everything went smooth and I left there pretty impressed.  I already set up a second appointment and will be using them on a regular basis.  Definitely recommend this place!!!!

The dentists at Florida Smiles take personalized care to another level. I went in needing an extraction and I’m dreadfully afraid of needles, to the point where I was literally in tears and Dr. Gavilla made me calm and comfortable almost in the same way a mother would comfort her child in distress. He was reassuring throughout the entire process and took time out to answer all my concerns and questions and stopped whenever I was overwhelmed. The overall staff was very friendly and follow up was great. I recommend Florida Smiles Dental to ANYONE.

I have been a patient at Florida Smiles for a couple of years now. I had been experiencing a toothache for a couple of days and was weary of going to my dentist office in the middle of a pandemic. The pain became unbearable so I decided to call and make an appointment. Not only did they get me in right away, but their protocol to ensure patient safety and office disinfecting was on point. I had to have a root canal, to which honestly I can say, I did not feel a thing. Thank you to the dentists and wonderful staff of Florida Smiles. Wonderful patient satisfaction!

I am very nervous about going to the dentists and despite having excellent dental insurance and with major work that had to be treated five years ago I kept on putting it off for another year. I bit the bullet yesterday and went to Florida Smile Dental. I met with Dr. Gaertner yesterday (my wife has being seeing Dr. Scerbo, the owner of Florida Smiles for a years and she always praised him) and I can only say that all the staff were really patient and friendly and Dr. Gaertner was amazing talking through all the work I would have. He operated on me today and I can only say I would give his manner and work six stars if I could and I have even booked for the following week. My wife is really happy with the way my teeth are now looking and in time for Christmas!!! I can safely tell any nervous people to see these dentists. They have an amazing way of looking after people like me.
