I am currently half way through my Invisalign journey, and have had a great experience. I have suffered from jaw pain for years. While I have always believed this was due to poor dental work that changed my bite, most dentists advised me that the pain was solely due to stress and could not be remedied. During my first visit with Dr. Orlando I expressed my interest in Invisalign. Dr. Orlando carefully laid out a modest plan to address all my concerns with a focus on one issue at a time. We started with Invisalign. The first few weeks were truly uncomfortable. However, as a result of my bite being re-aligned nearly ALL of my jaw pain had subsided. This experience has been worth every penny and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Orlando.

I’ve been searching for an excellent dentist for a long time: Not only one I’m comfortable with but one I can deposit my full trust in the care of my teeth. Dr. Orlando (and his team) is that Dentist. For my second visit I was scheduled to get a veneer. I fully expecting that this would span a few visits and that I would end up with a tooth that was obviously not natural, however, this office is equipped with skilled clinicians and an experienced full-time esthetic lab with custom fitting and shade that are 100% results-driven – you walk out of your visit with what you came in for; no endless follow up visits to see if the shading is right or if any other modifications need to be made. When I smile it’s impossible to tell at all which tooth is a veneer. Forget what you believe you know about veneers – This is dentistry at its best. Everyone here is transparent, you know what’s being done to your teeth, why and how, and you know what the next steps are. They help you with payment plans if needed, and the staff are professionals at what they do.  I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with my results and the experienceI.

Dr. Orlando is by far the most thorough and precise dentist I have ever had. He’s done a number of procedures for me and most recently, he placed an implant post. I put off doing this for quite some time as my previous experience with implants (with another dentist/practice) was quite uncomfortable and painful. Much to my surprise and delight, my implant experience with Dr. Orlando was painless. I couldn’t believe the difference! I left the office without having to alter my plans for the day-including the food I wanted to eat. At the risk of sounding like a cheesy salesperson; If you’re considering an implant, don’t hesitate to have Dr. O get the process going for you. You won’t regret it!

Consulted with Dr. Orlando with straightening front upper and lower teeth. He recommended invisalign which worked better than I expected.  After final trays were done he added an additional series even though I was happy with results.  That little detail made a world of difference with the bite and smile.  Expectations far and beyond exceeded.  The office staff are very professional and accommodating as well.  Will continue to visit him for routine maintenance and other issues if they arise.  Thank you Dr. Orlando and Gallery 57 Dental

Gallery 57 is super friendly, professional, and the most efficiently run medical office I have ever visited. But Dr. Orlando is the real reason I am a patient at Gallery 57. Like most other people I find the dentist to be intimidating and a bit stressful. Dr. Orlando put all my anxiety at ease. He is kind and gentle, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. This last visit, I had to have a crown replaced. Dr Orlando utilizes a new technology where he was able to create and install my new crown in one visit! All other dentist I have been to require two visits to accomplish this. The procedure was surprisingly painless and my crown looks amazing! I never expected this crown to look so natural, and compared to my other older crowns, this one feels so much better in my mouth! If you are looking for a dentist, call Dr Orlando!

Great experience and friendly staff! I have been going to Dr. Frank Orlando for some time now for a couple type of treatment. I had a whitening done that went very well. I also recently got a treatment plan that’s in the beginning stages of a dental implant. At first I thought this would be a very painful procedure and more invasive but to my surprise, it almost felt as if I had not done a surgical procedure. The hardest part was the numbing needle which I typically cringe whenever I know I have to get any needles :). Dr. Orlando was quick and efficient and explained every step he had to take in details so that I can have a full understanding of what is being done. I was finished in less than 2 hours and only felt slight soreness after the numbing wore off. I was also able to eat solid foods within a few hours after. The next day I was back to normal and almost forgot that I had a procedure done. This office has the most updated technology I’ve ever seen in a dental office. I look forward to the next step in my treatment and this is coming from someone that has a low tolerance to pain. Thanks to Dr. Orlando and his Staff!

After my first root canal (!), I needed a crown. The endodontist strongly recommended Dr. Orlando, who was not only a very skilled dentist, but had an onsite fabrication laboratory which enabled same-day, single appointment preparation, measurement, and application of the ceramic crown. It was quick (<2 hrs including crown fabrication), painless, convenient, and Dr. Orlando and his staff were kind and highly competent. It’s now three months later– the crown looks great and I’ve had no complications.

I was referred to Dr. Orlando by a colleague of mine, who has had a history of bad dentists – so you know when someone has had the worst, and passes along information of someone who is great, you know to take their word! Most of my life I had the same small town dentist (the same one my mother had growing up), followed by the “lovely” person who bought his practice, followed by Army Dentists – so I know my fair share of bad dentistry as well! I’ve been to Dr. Orlando twice so far – once as a new patient for a cleaning, and once for the dreaded filling (I typically despise visiting the dentist office – so much so – that I haven’t had a cleaning in nearly 5 years!) – From the very moment I walked into the office, it was warm and inviting – the team behind the desk is top notch, and the ladies all very friendly. They explained everything that I was going to be billed for when my insurance was verified, and why I had to make a payment that day (aka, my dental insurance is not as top notch as Dr. Orlando). The wait room was clean, with water and coffee readily available – music was playing and the atmosphere was relaxed, you could tell the employees enjoy their workplace. Upon entering the exam room, Dr. Orlando’s dental hygienist took great care of me. She thoroughly explained everything that was going to get done during the first visit, ensured that I was comfortable the entire time, and offered to play me any genre of music I wanted to listen to. When it came time for Dr. Orlando to come, my overwhelming sense of dread of all things dentistry began to creep up – However, I was extremely surprised! Dr. Orlando was extremely thorough, explaining in layman’s terms everything he was discovering while he was completing his exam/cleaning – yes, that’s right, as a new patient the dentist himself did my full cleaning! He was extremely personable and friendly – my dental dread and discourse faded instantly during this visit. Well, as it turned out – I would have to return at least one more time – but due to my insurance, we agreed to split the next visit into two visits, so that I could wait until the new year for benefits to kick back in, up my plan to a better one for the work needing to be done, and save myself some out of pocket costs… Dr. Orlando cares not only about his patient’s teeth – but their wallets as well! Upon my next visit – it was time for a filling. For the first time in my dental history, I have finally found a dentist that was able to numb my tooth completely prior to beginning drilling!! Normally, I feel the first part of the drilling and have to ask for more Novocaine – not this time! I was so excited about something so small, but there was no pain felt at all! For once, I am not left dreading returning to the dentist for the rest of my dental work, because I know that I am in good hands, will be taken care of, and with a competent doctor. Hands down. The best dentist I have ever been to!

X-Rays may be informative to professional dentists, but for us patients seeing the teeth with our own eyes is much more convincing. What’s more impressive is that they were able to put a crown on my tooth the same day! They had a sophisticated 3-D modeling technology that was able to quickly create the crown right inside of their lab. As Dr. Orlando was performing the procedure, I was lying comfortably watching Star Wars using the special video glasses and Bose noise cancelling headphones. His assistant Diana was very friendly and helpful giving me a lot of useful information while she was performing the oral exam and while the doctor was out. Dr. Orlando told me there is a 50/50 chance of me needing the root canal in addition to putting the crown, but he still decided to try to do it without doing the root canal trying to perform the minimal invasive treatment, and guess what, the tooth feels fine after the crown was put on it and it does not hurt at all. The crown looks indistinguishable from my own teeth! It was an awesome job! I am looking forward to come back to Dr. Orlando to perform the rest of my dental treatment. I am greatly happy to have found him and that I have finally found a really great dentist!

I’m literally thrilled that I’ve finally find a holistic dentist who accepts my insurance. Dr. Orlando is the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient for. He took time to get to know me, understands my health goals. He himself is health and fitness oriented which makes me confident to have him on my team of health care providers. The office staff was phenomenal and very classy. The technicians and dental hygienists were very caring and professional.

My tooth problems bothered me day and night for the whole year. Luckily I met Dr. Orlando and we’ve achieved a milestone of the treatment before the New Year. If my tooth problem is like a sharp ice, which made me feel cold and painful, Dr. Orlando is like the Coke melting the ice, relieving the pain and solving the problem through a series of procedures using his cutting-edge knowledge, top notch techniques as well as great patience during the process. Moreover, he’s trying his best to make sure that I am comfortable with everything before the surgery, which is really impressive. Dr. Orlando is truly excellent!!!

Wonderful job (whitening, veneers, other misc work), I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Orlando and team I went to Dr. Orlando because I was feeling very self conscious about my teeth, which had multiple problems including discoloration, gaps, misalignment etc. Dr. Orlando did a robust examination and created a plan tailored to my teeth. Perhaps most importantly, there was a strong emphasis on making things fit my face and mouth. I had a whitening procedure + veneers inserted and I could not be happier with the result! I feel much more confident with my smile, and I really feel like the final results look natural and personal. Dr Orlando and team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I had a wonderful experience throughout, and I will be referring my friends to him should they want similar procedures (or just for a checkup!)

Hands down, best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve had cleanings, crowns, fillings, and an implant done and they’ve all been seamless. I’ve been to my fair share of dentists (6) over the years and none have come close to the quality of work that Dr. Orlando and Gallery57 Dental does. It’s reminiscent of the tag-lines in those old infomercials “Set it & forget it”. You come to have a procedure done with Dr. Orlando once, and it’s done right. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to get any dental work done.

Great dentist! Went in for tooth pain and found out I had to get a crown. I was pretty nervous, as I don’t have a very high pain tolerance when it comes to dental work. Dr Orlando numbed me up and I didn’t feel a thing the whole procedure. I also got to watch Netflix during the procedure, which really helped make the whole experience go by much faster. Staff was nice and welcoming, and office was very technologically advanced. Would go back for future dental work as the doctor/team were great.

I came to Dr. Orlando after years of inadequate service and neglect on the part of the staff at my local dental clinic.  He was surprised at the condition of my dental health given that I religiously went for my dental cleanings every six months year after year.  Dr. Orlando discovered I was suffering from bone loss and needed three molars removed. He recommended implants and I feared the thought of it.  After months of procrastinating, I agreed to start the process.  Due to the bone loss I required bone graphs. I was scheduled for the surgery two days after Christmas and I prayed a lot.  Dr. Orlando was kind, sympathetic and compassionate.  He explained every step as he went along.  He created a mold of my teeth/gum as well as digital prints to help him prepare for the post implant.   I am happy to say I did not feel a thing, aside from the pinch of the Novocain needle.  Dr. Orlando even had a post-surgery plan for a speedy healing when I went home.  I was pleasantly surprised that it all went so smoothly.

Dr. Orlando is the best dentist I could find here in New York coming from Italy. The studio is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Orlando is professional, understanding, explaining everything in detail before any intervention. The dentist who inspires confidence! I’ve been a patient for almost 5 years. I was always afraid of dentists but due to my problems I always had to go there. I was treated by him for caries, root canals and implants and I can say that the best experience was with the three implants I did all at once in just two hours. At first the idea of ​​undergoing such a delicate surgery scared me, but then I convinced myself to do it and the surgery went beyond my best expectations. I didn’t feel any pain, I didn’t have the slightest annoyance and especially after the anesthesia I didn’t have to take any medicine. It was easier than treating a simple cavity. I really didn’t expect it to be so simple and without any discomfort, even minimal. I suggest you to choose dr Orlando as your dentist, you will be more than satisfied.

Met with Dr. Orlando regarding teeth alignment and better smile. He recommended the invisalign process. After final trays were done, he recommended an additional series of trays which accented my bite and smile even further. I’m appreciative of his experience and patience to perfect my smile. First… I have a fear of dentists from a bad experience as a kid in Europe. I was introduced to Dr. Orlando and his team over a year ago. Now, I really look forward to my appointments (don’t leave the office without scheduling the next!). I will start with the technology… Dr. O advised me that one of my crowns needed to be replaced and I had a cavity. I immediately imagined being in pain, taking prints, having a “temp”, etc… How about having it all taken care of during one visit? Well, that’s what Dr. Orlando did… no pain, a crown that I could not distinguish from my own teeth and what cavity? Dr. O prepped the area that needed a new crown and while the “in-house” lab created my new crown, my cavity was being taken care of. The “new crown” was a perfect fit allowing just enough space to let dental floss do its job (don’t forget to floss!). I was advised to be careful not to drink a hot beverage of eat since I would still be numb. That night I dined on grilled shrimps, ate veggies and bread…. having forgotten about my new crown! Enough about the technology…. there is an amazing team supporting Dr. O and I can’t thank everyone enough for being professional, courteous and caring about patients (Elizabeth thank you for caring so much!). Finally about Dr. O.: Who gets a message from their dentist on a Sunday making sure you are OK? I did. Dr. O is amazing and truly cares about his patients. Being able to use the latest/best technology is important but having someone who truly cares is what differentiates Dr. O. Thank you Dr. O. HPuault PS: my next appointment is already scheduled!

I found myself in a situation where I unfortunately required 2 implants to be placed after not having followed up as well as I should with previous dental issues. I was very wary of the process and so avoided the issues for quite awhile until finally coming to Dr. Orlando’s office. Dr. Orlando did a fantastic job. He explained the process very clearly, the procedure was pain free and the results were amazing. I only regret not having started the process sooner as I now know how straightforward and minimally invasive this is. Having the implants placed restored my self confidence and dramatically improved my life. I would recommend him very highly to anyone in a similar situation.
