Historically, I have a lot of anxiety surrounding going to the dentist. There have been periods in my life where I haven’t had dental insurance or the finances to properly address dental issues so there have been so many insecurities surrounding my smile. I have, also, dealt with dental practices who didn’t always have the best bed side manner which further heightened my anxiety and avoidance around going to the dentist. However! Present day, I am, finally, working on addressing much needed dental care and have found Dr. Sotelo and his staff to be understanding and patient with me and my anxiety!! I cannot recommend them enough. If you have any insecurities or shame in how your smile or dental care have been in the past, they will help you! Literally, everyone is so nice and reassuring. I have lived in multiple states (MS-MA-FL and now PA) and it has been the best experience by far. As far as, Covid, they are very safe and are taking so many precautions-self report check list, temperature checks and everyone wears a mask. I feel completely safe having my work done at this time. So if you’re like me and know deep down you need to start addressing some dental care; rest assured there is no judgement behind the doors of Frankford Dental Care!

Everyone was super nice & friendly. They staff was extremely sanitary and they took many safety precautions since Covid-19 is still ruling the world. Rosa assisted Pablo; she was so personable and kind. She made me feel comfortable immediately! Pablo was also very nice, efficient and went straight to the point during my examination.

My visit was great and the office was practicing social distancing. I was called fon my phone while I was waiting in my car on time for my appointment so that I could be admitted. Everyone had on a mask, the office was clean and I felt safe to take off my mask and get my dental examination. Dr. Sotelo was great, he explained everything and created a plan for me to follow. I have never been to a dental office and left so informed. The entire staff was friendly and personable. I highly recommend this dental office. I live in South Philly and it is worth the drive to the Northeast when you are treated so kindly and the doctor shows you that he cares about your teeth and overall health. I will be returning

A+ Due to all the changes put in place with PPE etc, this team did it perfectly. For me, it was my first procedure appointment after waiting because of this virus. I was apprehensive going into any medical facility. Well, the minute I walked in, all my nerves were put at ease so quickly. A very comfortable atmosphere. They make you feel at home… literally. If you are looking for a new dentist, you will not be disappointed here. Dr. Sotelo will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. Great staff!

Pain-free zone where comfort, courtesy and quality of care put you at ease. Dr. Sotelo has a keenly honed skill of needle insertion you cannot detect. He and his staff are very gentle. They take their time but their work is done amazingly quickly with thorough explanation and follow-up instruction. This is as pleasant as a dental visit can possibly be.

Dr Soleto was extremely thorough and went over all the results from my check up as a new patient and over what steps to take and how to improve my dental health. All of the staff at the office were very professional and nice and the whole experience went well especially for someone who historically does not enjoy dentist visits.

My dentist of 15 years retired and needed to find a new dentist right away for a infected tooth. A referral to Dr. Sotelo proved to be my new dentist ! I had stepped out of the stone age into the modern age of dentistry. The facility and staff are outstanding ! I had an appointment within one day and on that first visit I was treated like a long time patient. Highly recommend Dr. Sotelo.

Dr. Sotelo is the most personable dentist I’ve ever been too. He explains things so that you are fully aware of what will happen in the future in regards to your treatment with him. His front desk, Lois, and his assistants, Angela and Rosa, are extremely nice and caring. Each of them make you feel comfortable about something that isn’t always an ideal situation. I think even if I needed a tooth extracted that this office could make it a more bearable situation. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Patrick, my brother and I were very pleased with the prompt service and treatment received from the receptionist, Lois and the nurse technician and Dr. Pablo. Everyone is so kind, friendly, profiecient and courteous. Very pleased that we we’re referred to them. Glad we made the appointment to come and now have a good dentist and staff.
