I have been with Dr Chen for 3.5 years after my previous dentist retired. She is very professional and make sure I am comfortable throughout my visits. She explained the procedure very well and advise me what need to be done or not. The office is overall very clean and the equipments around are like new. Staffs are friendly and politely during visits. They always remind me the next appointment through email and phone. As I don’t visit different dentists, it is hard for me to compare the dental cost among them. I believe you can always ask during visits.  If you are afraid of visiting dentist, you should try Dr Chen and see the difference.

Being always conscientious of my teeth hygiene, I want my teeth at its top form. I am most delighted that Dr. Chen has quickly realized my dream! I am so happy Dr. Chen took over the business about two years ago. All the old stuffs are out, the most advanced equipments and the best tools are in. Dr. Chen patiently advised me and graciously took out all my old metal fillings and replaced with the most advanced nature teeth fillings. Her extreme gentleness in handling all these changes makes me feel so comfortable that I want to visit her for all my dental needs in the future – even it means to drive from my place in Palo Alto to Fremont for each visit since Dr. Chen is absolutely outstanding! What a fabulous feeling I have that the ugly dark metal fillings are forever gone as they could cause health issue in the long run. Her staff members are very friendly, too. Thank you, Dr. Chen for giving back my full confidence that I can laugh so freely and have great fun at the parties! Without reservation, I most highly recommend Dr. Yvonne Chen to anyone who wants the best dental care with very reasonable cost. Life is so fabulous!

Dr. Chen is sooo pretty, nice, and she really cares about your oral health. After she did a comprehensive exam on you, she will let you know everything that’s going on in your mouth, whether it’s good news or not so good news, then she will make you a plan that will not be overwhelming you at all. Just let her know your concern, she is very thoughtful, and will always recommend what’s best for you. She is doing sooo well on educating her patients. My previous dentist never explained why we did all of these, and what the purpose of doing them. Dr. Chen is different. She always spent so much time with me explaining everything to me in detail, until I am no longer confused. Every time at her office is a pleasant experience, bright and modern office, friendly and helpful staff, classical music, and Jo Malone candle (I know this is crazy). I highly recommend her to all of you. I go all the way to her office although I live in the city. It is essential to have a dentist that you are willing to trust, and I know Dr. Chen is the one.

Dr. Chen is an awesome dentist! I’ve actually been coming to this specific location for most of my life but it used to be very bland and very uninviting…but once Dr. Chen took over she completely re-vamped the place and gave it a much needed and up to date look. Dr. Chen and her staff are very professional and they all make every effort to make you feel comfortable (we all know it can be traumatizing at times). Dr. Chen is also a perfectionist and if something doesn’t look right she and her staff will immediately correct it and ensure you leave in top shape! Her staff is also very friendly when it comes to scheduling and reminders. I not only receive a phone call to confirm my appointment but I even get an email confirmation. You can setup text alerts as well which is also helpful. Lastly, Dr. Chen understanda we’re not all made of money. As a someone who is fresh out of college she is more than understanding that things can get a little pricey but she is very reasonable and can even work out payment plans if necessary. She’s always there to ensure the procedures you pay for are necessary and done right the first time! I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her staff! You should look no further and schedule an appointment now!

Dr.Chen is a perfectionist and scrutinizes over her own work.  She demands a lot of out herself and team, thus giving you perfect reassurance that you are and will always be in good hands.  Karen is also pleasant to work with on all other matters and is the practice’s best front person to date.  I’ve been soliciting Dr.Chen’s service since inception and will continue to do so.

(It’s worth noting that I literally made a Yelp to make this review.) I have been seeing Dr. Chen as my dentist for 5 years now, and I plan on continuing for as long as I can. The office is Mandarin-Chinese friendly and offers a relaxing and comfortable setting. I used to hate going to the dentist and experiencing lobby room anxiety before getting my teeth drilled into. I don’t share this feeling of dread when it comes to Dr. Chen’s office. It’s more of a “I’m looking forward to working with someone who’s going to help me take care of my teeth!” feeling. This is probably because I trust Dr. Chen. I believe that trust is a major factor when it comes to choosing any sort of healthcare provider. Dr. Chen critiques her own work and is always focused on improving–a quality many professionals lack. In addition, Dr. Chen and her assistants are always very keen to ensure their patients’ optimal oral hygiene in the long run. I remember them going over which electric toothbrush would fit best for my needs for my transition from high school to college. At the time I thought it was hilariously excessive, but now I understand how it reflects their level of service and dedication to the patients’ oral health. (I still use that toothbrush to this day because it’s A+) Lastly, the office not only gets the job done and takes care of your teeth, but also fosters an environment that makes it easy to communicate and feel at ease. Some patients may not care about friendliness, but I certainly found it pleasant to be able to have genuinely interesting conversations with members of the office. Dr. Chen’s office truly, truly offers excellent care for their patients, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Chen is the best. I’ve been coming here for almost 5 yrs now. Whenever I have questions about a procedure that is being done, she never hesitates to sit down or call me to let me know what’s going on. Jessica the receptionist is great also. She’s very patient and friendly. I always feel well taken care of when I come here.

Dr. Chen is the best dentist. My wife and I went to Dr. Chen’s office. We had a nice experience. I want to thank Dr.  Chen again for her advices and professional cleaning works. My gum is healthier now.  I also got two of my wisdom teeth extracted today with deep sedation. I sleep thought the surgery without feeling anything. After the surgery, I recovered very quickly following her advice. Dr. Chen and Dr.Antipov are the best. I highly recommended.

Dr. Chen is an amazing dentist. She is always very professional and really prepared in all the different procedure I had on my teeth. I never experienced a problem after any of the treatment she performed on me. I have been treated for a cavity and for a wisdom tooth extraction and I was totally satisfied. Her office is super clean and her staff really friendly and prepared. She is always available if you have an emergency or some question after the procedure. I also really like her office: clean, new and well organized. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing service. Just to cite one example: I never had any kind of pain after the wisdom tooth extraction. The same night I was out with my friend, thanks to Dr. Chen.

First of all, I never write reviews, so the fact that I took time out to write one should tell other readers how important this was to me. I had the same dentist for ten years, but I mentioned to a friend that I wasn’t totally satisfied. He suggested I have a consultation and cleaning with Dr. Chen, who his whole family had used for years. His teeth looked great so I thought why not. I can’t believe it! I thought all dentists where the same. I’ve probably had five or six Dentists in my lifetime and that’s the way it seemed, but the first thing that impressed me about Dr. Chen was the thorough cleaning I received. No one had ever spent that much time and precision cleaning my teeth. My previous dentist had me in and out in ten minutes tops. Dr. Chen’s hygienist removed plague from years of superficial cleanings and they showed me exactly what had been missed and how I could prevent it in the future. Then, unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Chen, consulted with the hygienist and me to conduct a complete analysis of problems that would occur if I didn’t make some changes in my dental care. The great thing was, she didn’t make me feel bad about it, and she wasn’t an alarmist. It was all very positive and made me feel like I could keep my teeth and gums healthy forever with just a few simple changes that she could help with. I really had no idea how bad my previous dentist was until she pointed out some things that he had worked on. It was pretty clear that he had done a quick and sloppy job, but she never talked poorly about him, she just pointed out what we needed to do for proper lifetime maintenance. I had never had that before!. She actually took time to get to know me, my background, what types of food I like, anything and everything that could possibly have an impact on my mouth. It was a breath of fresh air. What a professional with a holistic approach who is not out to just make a buck! After all, she couldn’t bill the insurance company for the time she took to get to know my habits and develop a total care approach going  forward. They don’t pay for that, so it shows how much she cares and that she is proud of her work! This is the type of dentist that would be embarrassed if a patient of hers had a problem and she just simply is not going to let it happen. Amazing. I didn’t know people like this existed anymore. I saw someone complain how the deep cleaning took them a while to recover from. Well, the cleaning was much more than I was used to, but it didn’t hurt and there was no recovery time, but I guess if you are used to a hygienist that doesn’t actually clean your teeth it might feel different. The good news is, after they get rid of the years of plague you’ve built up from your current sloppy dentist it is much easier. I’ve been back for my second cleaning and since there was less plague, it was much easier, but the first time actually felt good to me because I felt they were actually doing something, and like I said, no pain. Dr. Chen and her staff are true crafts people. It’s funny, i saw one review say Dr. Chen was kind of a perfectionist. Ha, yeah, exactly the kind of perfectionist you want on your side. If you want to keep your teeth that is!
