Dr. Hoda Bassiri, DDS, is amazing. She has a wonderful chair side manner, is responsive to patients in an emergency and does great work. I had an accident that broke 2 of my front teeth right before a business trip 2 days later. She was able to fit me with a temporary crown so I could still do my business trip and look normal. Another time, I had an infection on a weekend, and she got me some antibiotics that helped kill it fast. I’m a busy person, and I can get early appts. She has done alot of cosmetic work for me as well to fix my smile. My go to dentist.

Dr Hosa Bassiri has consistently been superb in my oral health care. The best female dentist in Raleigh, NC We moved from California 2 years ago and found her by looking at reviews.She has been beyond amazing. A very old crown (15 yes) popped off on Saturday completely severing my ability to chew on my favorite side! I was able to go in and she took amazing care of me. Made recommendations for moving forward and was able to reattach the crown without incident. She is kind and precise and offers the best results needed for oral health. Do not hesitate to become a part of her community. She is exceptional in all care for you.

I went to Fusion Dental week for some emergency dental work. They got me in immediately. As it turns out, I will need a bridge or partial or implants. They gave my options and prices. They did a lot of work to make my smile presentable, until my appliance came in. Fusion has a membership that can make costs less. They worked with my insurance company. They also work with Care Credit. I absolutely love this dental office! They are so up to date with equipment and procedures. They can be trusted to give you the best care possible.

Dr. Hodi Bassiri and her staff will complete ALL your dental needs and concerns. I was so insecure with my smile and now I cannot stop smiling. After offering many options and ideas Dr. Bassiri worked with me to find the best plan for me. I’ve never had a better Holiday. Additionally her dental hygienist Madison was a complete gemand always has been. She is such a kind professional person and does great dental work. My teeth sparkle when I leave and I definitely appreciate she takes her time. I am extremely picky. I’ve had a good bit of dental work done and I believe looking your best has a lot to do with how you feel. It’s not everything but you definitely cannot skip it! But when you find one, it is such a blessing! I discovered Fusion Dental by referral through my dental plan and it was such a positive experience. From my initial contact to completion of my first visit, service was wonderful. My dental hygienist was not only professional, but took time and care to ensure my comfort and understanding of every step of my exam. She was patient and caring and for someone like me who is not thrilled about dental visits, this was very much appreciated. I even received follow-up calls later in the day from both my hygienist and again, by the dentist just to check on how I was doing. Talk about patient focus and great customer care! I strongly recommend this dental office. If you are looking for a new dentist or need to change from your current one, you should definitely consider them. They are wonderful! (Copy/Pasting this from my Google review) Dr. Bassiri gave me back my smile. For the last decade, I had allowed neglect and a particularly severe untreated case of acid reflux ravage my teeth and leave them with a level of decay I can only describe as Dickensian. In my early 20s, I had prided myself on my looks and raffish smile, but before too long I had to start smiling with my lips together, too embarrassed to part them for pictures. I went from never having had a cavity in my life to reaching a figure in the double-digits. When I finally had the means to do something about the damage, I came to Dr. Bassiri and her wonderful staff. I was ashamed of showing off the damage I’d done to my own teeth, even to professionals, but getting to watch Netflix while they worked helped take my mind off of things (they even gave me protective eyewear I could put on OVER my glasses). Also, and this meant a lot to me, they offered to hold my hand as I braced myself to receive my first ever shot of novocaine (or whatever numbing agent was used). Surprisingly, there was no pain AT ALL during the procedure (including the injection). With them, I didn’t feel judged for what my mouth looked like; I felt like I was being taken care of. As of this morning, we’re nearly done restoring the top row of my teeth (the ones that are visible when I smile). Smiling into a mirror is like looking at an old photograph, something I had given up on ever seeing again.

Professional and friendly front desk staff! My mom had a great and pain-free experience!! Fusion Dental Care is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Bassiri and her team are all very friendly, caring and professional. They did a great job with my cleaning the first day and I definitely went back. I LOVE Dr. Bassiri! I won’t go into details, but she has done what 3 other dentists couldn’t. Her work is pristine! I also love the hygienists. Madison did my cleaning last time, and she was lovely. Also, it’s so great being able to do eye and dental care in the same place, and the staff is amazing about helping set that all up. I drove 2hrs from Wilmington to see them the other day, and knowing this, they made all the appointments I asked for on the same day, so my husband and I could go together and do all our dental cleanings and eye checkups on the same day while we were there. The office is also dealing incredibly well with Covid situation–enforcing all the relevant protocols, etc. I highly recommend Fusion Dental (and eye care too!)

This is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. The front desk staff are all friendly and super helpful, and I’m giving a special shout out to Madison, who was my hygienist during the visit. She was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable and (mostly) painless. I had to have my upper wisdom teeth removed, and picked Fusion Dental Care based on its location and reviews. I’m so glad I made this choice! I have been a patient of Dr. Bessiri for all of 6 months. Not inly has she transformed my smile with veneers, she has done 4 implants including finishing 2 I had done in VA. before I moved to Raleigh. Ok… so I’m one of those people that gets super nervous about the dentist. So bad that I’ve neglected my teeth for many years. I told them the entire situation and they listened and were so understanding. Gabby was terrific. She was so empathetic and made me feel at ease. Dr. Bassiri was great and did an incredible job. Equally understanding and highly skilled. So efficient. I can’t describe all the little things they did but some examples to accommodate me were – over communicating, not laying me down too far, raising my chair when I didn’t need to be laying down, letting me watch TV so I’d be “distracted” and most importantly not making me feel bad about my situation. I could go on but I won’t. These guys are just awesome. Oh – and they squeezed me in last minute next day!

Dr. Bassiri is not only highly skilled but kind and generous. I had a broken tooth that she worked on and then, when she saw a stain in another tooth, she fixed that too. A third tooth looked like it might be a problem soon, and she applied a “fix” to keep it safe for now. I like that she does her work with joy and common sense. Her staff is careful and well prepared, now that Covid 19 is a worry. I trust her and Juanita, her assistant on the day I went to see her. They work as a team and keep me informed as they do.
