Gail is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever had – she & her staff are so committed to their patients & ensuring they provide comprehensive care before, after, and during the whole visit. I first went to Gail at the start of the pandemic for a dental emergency and was thoroughly impressed with her office’s dedication to ensuring the safety of all the patients. They all wore exceedingly proper PPE and maintained a very clean office, comfortable for visits during the pandemic. Of the few doctors I visited over the last few months, I felt the most comfortable with Gail. If you’re looking for a friendly, thorough, comprehensive dental experience – I recommend you visit Gail & her team for the best service. I can honestly say that Dr. Fernando is the best dentist I have ever had. She is not only friendly and kind, she is very honest about procedures that are and are not actually necessary. In fact, I was able to avoid getting a filling in my five year old that another dentist was ready to fill. We were able to watch and wait and it turned out the filling wasn’t needed at all and my son was able to avoid the trauma of dental work. I’m so grateful for her skills as a physician and high level of integrity. I also appreciate that she has a mercury free office and doesn’t use toxic dental products.

I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for 3 years and I couldn’t be more happy with her services. I was previously receiving dentistry at a very fancy dental franchise but was often overcharged and was not happy with the results. Was having a lot of pain with my back tooth which was split due to grinding in my sleep. Dr. Fernando was able to get rid of the infection with a root canal and keep the tooth where most dentists likely would have given up and extracted it. She was able to save most of it and add a crown so its usable and looks great. Was grateful for the time and effort she spent saving my tooth.

Dr. Fernando and Stephanie are *amazing.* I had never met a non-rude dentist until I found this place, and to simply describe Dr. Fernando as “non-rude” is the understatement of the century. She is incredibly kind and friendly, patient, conscientious, thorough, and knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years (no insurance + terror will do that) and knew I had several cavities that needed to be filled, but I kept putting it off until last August when I got one right up front, which I’d never had before. I requested an appointment online and received a phone call the same day to book my appointment for the following week. Here we are 5 months later and I’m going in today to have my last cavity filled. Each visit has been a complete pleasure. Dr. Fernando and Stephanie are very welcoming, they communicate clearly what they need to do before they do it and inquire frequently about my comfort. If I feel any pain, they’ll give me extra numbing stuff, go as slowly as I need them to, and never make me feel bad about it even the tiniest little bit. They are aware of financial concerns and honestly do their best to find the most affordable way to responsibly treat their patients. I am just overjoyed to have found Dr. Fernando and Stephanie! I really can’t thank them enough for fixing not only my teeth, but also my fear of the dentist — a truly remarkable feat.

Dr. Fernando is an absolute joy, and I highly recommend her practice if you are searching for a dentist. I saw Dr Fernando every 3 months for a year and a half. Unfortunately, I am moving out of the state, so I will have to find a new dentist. The thought of having to see anyone else is among the worst parts of leaving the Boston area. Dr Fernando and her dental assistant Stephanie make going to the dentist enjoyable (a difficult task as I, like most people, don’t particularly love dentist visits). They were always flexible with my payment and scheduling needs. They were very pleasant and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Dr Fernando takes her patient’s comfort seriously and goes to out of her way to make even the most painful procedures as comfortable and pain free as possible. She always took her time explaining my oral health and treatment options. Unlike other dentists I have seen, I never felt like Dr Fernando rushed a visit or offered care that was not necessary. In fact, on multiple occasions she explained that I could do a procedure, but that it was not necessary and recommended I wait and monitor the issue to see if treatment was necessary down the road. You will always leave your appointment feeling that Dr Fernando really cares about you and your oral health. She runs a 5-star practice where you are more than just another patient.
