My recent trip to procure the services of Palmdale Gateway Dental was therapudic.  So much care was put into making this appointment another pleasant and thorough experience.  Dr. Easley puts this same thorough dental care for each of her patients.  During this visit of mine, she examined my oral condition carefully following the xrays of my teeth by a very competent medical assistant.  Then, Mayra, hygienist, scaled and cleaned my teeth followed by her placing flouride on them.  This was such a pleasant experience because of her expertise.  At the beginning and completion of my dental care, Claudia, Benefits Coordinator, deftly and professionally, provided me with, what wrapped-up to be, an awesome experience.  Dr. Easley has been my dentist for ten years and the best dentist I have ever had.

Everyone in the office was very friendly & helpful! They explained everything; insurance, filling out the health history, what xrays/procedures were being done/why, asking if I had questions/making sure I understood everything. I need a lot of expensive dental work, they broke down the cost, explained different payment options, they are willing to work with me to do one procrdure at a time. All this on my first visit, which was a same day appointment! Two of my children have appointments tomorrow, and I recommended them to one of my co-workers.

I need to update my review on June 19, 2018 as I always give credit when credit is definitely due.  I had indicated earlier that my temporary dentist who took care of me while my dentist, Dr Easley, was away was called Dr. Martin.  His name is actually, Dr. Mark Yekikian, when I returned for my check-up and cleaning, I learned that nickname he goes by is actually Dr. Mark.  I misheard his name, as I was definitely in some max pain.  Please read below what I had written and take out Dr. Martin and sub was Dr. Mark.  I also need to add that Dr Easley has hired the most professional hygienists in the area.  My teeth were cleaned by Cynthia and she did a great job as usual.  My teeth sparkled clean when I left their office.  Again see below a repeat of what I wrote earlier. Recently, I went to see my dentist in max pain.  As my assigned dentist, Dr. Easley was on vacation, I was assigned Dr. Martin.  This review is to express huge kudos to Dr. Martin.  He is an outstanding dentist.  He quickly diagnosed my problem which included an abscess front tooth and a severe sinus infection.  Started me on antibiotics immediately, after the sinus infection and abcess settled a bit, he went in and did a perfect job of replacing an older bridge with a beautiful new bridge.  The whole ordeal was rather trying but Dr. Martin and his staff were very empathatic and helpful.  His main dental assistant, Lupe, was very experienced and I really appreciated her as well.  My root canal was completed by Dr. Grigorian and his associate, Dr Barseghian.  Both doctors were excellent and my root canal was painless.  I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Martin for his superb expertise in dentistry.  I have a beautiful smile now as well.  I would also like to thank Dr. Easley for establishing a dentistry in Antelope Valley that offers a premium team of professional experts.  Thank you very much. Thank you again Dr. Mark and Dr. Easley.

I personally am not a big fan of the dentist office but a friend refferd me here and I said I wud give it a shot in spite how terrified I was of the dentist. The environment was very inviting and customer service was awesome, There was a dental assistant named DeDe that helped me  “SHE IS THE BEST” she made me feel much more comfortable without me having to ask or tell her I guess she could sense it. My new primary Dentist name was YASMIN she is also great, she was very patient with me and with the help of them two it was a walk in the park. I would definatley recommand this dentist office for anyone who is looking for a great dentist office in the AV there the only that has my vote. ASK FOR DEDE AND DR. YASMIN EASLEY…..if your kinda like I was b4 I came here they will definately have you feeling the way I do today which is very happy and no longer in fear of dentist also if you plan on getting a deep cleaning ask for ROXANNE she knows exactly what shes doing and she very gental with good customer service too…..To many to name but the overall staff there is great!!!

No one likes to go to the dentist, including me… specially me, I’m a huge coward and with Dr. Easley it was so easy to keep all my appointments, no fear. She’s been my dentist for 6 years. She takes special care that I wasn’t feeling pain and that I was comfortable. The premises are new and very clean, no dingy dungeony areas! Unfortunately I’m moving out of the State, but I would bring her with me if I could, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Once in awhile you find a diamond among all the rocks when it comes to locating a good dental office. Sierra Commons is one of those diamonds! From the first time that I contacted them with questions, their personal attention to my needs and dental health were handled with care and professionalism.  My first appointment was made to fit MY schedule and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving  (I was 10 minutes early,  so it was right on time at 4:00 pm). The front office staff, the xray tech, the oral hygienist and the benefits coordinator all took the time to see to it that I was given their full attention with regard to my treatment and care. Dr. Easley was thorough,  compassionate,  and more than professional. She made me feel/realize that I had found a good friend and that my search for great Dental care had ended.  now have a great and caring team that will be providing me and my family with the best treatment available.  The office is immaculately clean. Their hours are convenient. The patient experience is absolutely top notch. I’ll be writing more as the “treatment journey” continues. Stay tuned…

Dr Easley has been my dentist for over ten years. She is conservative with original teeth and not overly eager to destroy my foundation. The staff is always friendly and very helpful in working with my schedule and wallet. They are up-to-date with technology and current dental procedures, without losing the neighborhood dentist office feeling. I have, and will continue to refer folks to this office!
