Check out what some of our happy patients are saying about us:

My recent trip to procure the services of Palmdale Gateway Dental was therapudic.  So much care was put into making this appointment another pleasant and thorough experience.  Dr. Easley puts this same thorough dental care for each of her patients.  During this visit of mine, she examined my oral condition carefully following the xrays of my teeth by a very competent medical assistant.  Then, Mayra, hygienist, scaled and cleaned my teeth followed by her placing flouride on them.  This was such a pleasant experience because of her expertise.  At the beginning and completion of my dental care, Claudia, Benefits Coordinator, deftly and professionally, provided me with, what wrapped-up to be, an awesome experience.  Dr. Easley has been my dentist for ten years and the best dentist I have ever had.

Everyone in the office was very friendly & helpful! They explained everything; insurance, filling out the health history, what xrays/procedures were being done/why, asking if I had questions/making sure I understood everything. I need a lot of expensive dental work, they broke down the cost, explained different payment options, they are willing to work with me to do one procrdure at a time. All this on my first visit, which was a same day appointment! Two of my children have appointments tomorrow, and I recommended them to one of my co-workers.

I need to update my review on June 19, 2018 as I always give credit when credit is definitely due.  I had indicated earlier that my temporary dentist who took care of me while my dentist, Dr Easley, was away was called Dr. Martin.  His name is actually, Dr. Mark Yekikian, when I returned for my check-up and cleaning, I learned that nickname he goes by is actually Dr. Mark.  I misheard his name, as I was definitely in some max pain.  Please read below what I had written and take out Dr. Martin and sub was Dr. Mark.  I also need to add that Dr Easley has hired the most professional hygienists in the area.  My teeth were cleaned by Cynthia and she did a great job as usual.  My teeth sparkled clean when I left their office.  Again see below a repeat of what I wrote earlier. Recently, I went to see my dentist in max pain.  As my assigned dentist, Dr. Easley was on vacation, I was assigned Dr. Martin.  This review is to express huge kudos to Dr. Martin.  He is an outstanding dentist.  He quickly diagnosed my problem which included an abscess front tooth and a severe sinus infection.  Started me on antibiotics immediately, after the sinus infection and abcess settled a bit, he went in and did a perfect job of replacing an older bridge with a beautiful new bridge.  The whole ordeal was rather trying but Dr. Martin and his staff were very empathatic and helpful.  His main dental assistant, Lupe, was very experienced and I really appreciated her as well.  My root canal was completed by Dr. Grigorian and his associate, Dr Barseghian.  Both doctors were excellent and my root canal was painless.  I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Martin for his superb expertise in dentistry.  I have a beautiful smile now as well.  I would also like to thank Dr. Easley for establishing a dentistry in Antelope Valley that offers a premium team of professional experts.  Thank you very much. Thank you again Dr. Mark and Dr. Easley.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this office. I had 1 filling that had fallen out, and a chipped tooth, and was in desperate need of a good cleaning.  The staff was warm and welcoming when I arrived. The wait was no were as bad as I grown used to at other dental offices. My biggest fear was the anticipation of horrible drilling and the numbing needle. I was shock at first when the Dr. Easley, who in my book is very down to earth started doing this gentle shake thing to my cheek as she started with the needle. I never noticed she stuck me until after she was done. Next came the drilling, which we all hate the sound and the feel of a drill as most Dr’s over push the drill into our teeth, causing pain or just that weird tingly kind of hurt. Not this Dr! Dr. Easley had such a gentle hand, from when she entered my mouth to when she was done, I barely felt anything it was like she felt what I was feeling and knew just how much pressure to hold as she worked on my teeth. My first thoughts were “is my mouth that bad that she has to be this gentle???” then out of the blue, she said she was done. I thought to myself, “is she serious?” then I asked her the same question. The overall experience left me knowing I found my new dental office!!!!!!! I say to everyone, don’t take my word for it, try this Dr. for yourself just once and make your own conclusions, I guarantee you will be saying the same or close to what I just wrote about this DR.

I was so worried about today’s visit for nothing. You hear the words deep cleaning and irrigation and all these thought ran through my head, but it was s piece of cake. I also had a new crown made while I had a cavity filled .  Everything ran smoothly they were able to complete it in one visit so I didn’t have to miss more then one day of work and I’m good till my next appointment in 4 months.  Which I will be keeping! The staff are very friendly, always asking how are you doing. Thank you Cynthia and most of all Dr. Easley

Brian J. from Palmdale, CA (Source: Yelp)

The office staff is friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and discuss everything thoroughly so there are no hidden fees. I love the easy payment plan option, it allowed us to get the work done that was needed without the stress of how to pay for it or the stress of applying for credit. It had been 2 yrs since our last dental apts and they were extremely understanding. I like the way Leilani and Becca take the time to explain the costs and break things done including explaining the insurance coverages. Dr. Fernandez and Dr. Easley were both very nice.

I had an incredible experience. The first time I have gone to the dentist in a very long time. The staff was incredible. I had a deep cleaning done and the dental hygienist was really kind and made sure I was doing ok during the procedure. The office manager was so kind and had incredible hospitality. I feel so confident with my smile.

I personally am not a big fan of the dentist office but a friend refferd me here and I said I wud give it a shot in spite how terrified I was of the dentist. The environment was very inviting and customer service was awesome, There was a dental assistant named DeDe that helped me  “SHE IS THE BEST” she made me feel much more comfortable without me having to ask or tell her I guess she could sense it. My new primary Dentist name was YASMIN she is also great, she was very patient with me and with the help of them two it was a walk in the park. I would definatley recommand this dentist office for anyone who is looking for a great dentist office in the AV there the only that has my vote. ASK FOR DEDE AND DR. YASMIN EASLEY…..if your kinda like I was b4 I came here they will definately have you feeling the way I do today which is very happy and no longer in fear of dentist also if you plan on getting a deep cleaning ask for ROXANNE she knows exactly what shes doing and she very gental with good customer service too…..To many to name but the overall staff there is great!!!

If  you are tired of being treated like crap at dentists, you NEED to go here!  Not only do they do AMAZING work, they are the kindest people I have ever encountered at a dental office!  Dr. Easley is the BEST!  She explains all your options, which one is more affordable and they always work with you financially!  The ladies and gentlemen in the office are knowledgeable and as kind as they can be and ALWAYS willing to help!  Even if I move, I would travel to keep going here!!  Thank you all SO much for making my dental experience actually pleasant!

I had a Dental emergency, excruciating pain that started on Friday night. I called the emergency phone Saturday morning to find out the office was closed. Dr. Easley called me personally Saturday morning at 9am on her day off! She then made arrangements for me to be seen by a specialist who fixed my tooth. I have never heard of or experienced that level of CARE and COMPASSION from a dentist and I have seen many. Thank you Dr Easley !!

Sara H. from Lancaster, CA (Source: Yelp)

No one likes to go to the dentist, including me… specially me, I’m a huge coward and with Dr. Easley it was so easy to keep all my appointments, no fear. She’s been my dentist for 6 years. She takes special care that I wasn’t feeling pain and that I was comfortable. The premises are new and very clean, no dingy dungeony areas! Unfortunately I’m moving out of the State, but I would bring her with me if I could, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Once in awhile you find a diamond among all the rocks when it comes to locating a good dental office. Sierra Commons is one of those diamonds! From the first time that I contacted them with questions, their personal attention to my needs and dental health were handled with care and professionalism.  My first appointment was made to fit MY schedule and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving  (I was 10 minutes early,  so it was right on time at 4:00 pm). The front office staff, the xray tech, the oral hygienist and the benefits coordinator all took the time to see to it that I was given their full attention with regard to my treatment and care. Dr. Easley was thorough,  compassionate,  and more than professional. She made me feel/realize that I had found a good friend and that my search for great Dental care had ended.  now have a great and caring team that will be providing me and my family with the best treatment available.  The office is immaculately clean. Their hours are convenient. The patient experience is absolutely top notch. I’ll be writing more as the “treatment journey” continues. Stay tuned…

Just moved into the area…Found them online and so happy I did…Awesome staff very clean and knowledgeable. The Dentist Yasmine Easley was Amazing ! I felt like I was in good hands..and best of all I trusted they cared about me and the health of my teeth…. Not the money.

Monika D. from Lancaster, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr Easley has been my dentist for over ten years. She is conservative with original teeth and not overly eager to destroy my foundation. The staff is always friendly and very helpful in working with my schedule and wallet. They are up-to-date with technology and current dental procedures, without losing the neighborhood dentist office feeling. I have, and will continue to refer folks to this office!

LaQuishe L. from Murrieta, CA (Source: Yelp)

Dr. Easley has been our family dentist for years. I love all of the staff there. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. You’re always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. The hygienist Cynthia Wallace is the best I have ever had. She is very friendly, detailed and always has a positive attitude. I am relaxed while sitting in her chair and very confident when leaving her chair. Thank you all for being professional and for treating us like family at the same time.

Scott DalyAs far as orthodontics and other dental procedures go, they are great, but in one area, they are terrible. I remember if you needed a tooth pulled, either the regular dentist did it or you got in to see an oral surgeon within a day or two. Not anymore. I have a tooth that I need to take a narcotic to keep the pain down and I have to wait 12 days to get it pulled because their oral surgeon comes once a month. Imagine if I saw the dentist and found out I needed my tooth pulled, the day after the oral surgeon came. Then I would have to wait 30 days in pain. This is not good customer service. The other day they called me and said that they can send me another oral surgeon to get my tooth out.

You can expect an ear to listen to your needs and wants, a comprehensive and thorough exam, a clear and concise communication of clinical needs, cosmetic options, and long term dental choices, and finally a gentle and skilled clinician who will treat you, the patient, efficiently and effectively. A new patient came in with a massive abscess on her right cheek. The staff noted she was in excruciating pain and so we seated her immediately, despite other patients on the schedule. Upon examination we found out that she had a tooth that needed a root canal but the patient was suffering from an autoimmune disorder, and so her body could not fight the infection. Realizing we could not treat her without controlling the infection, I numbed her up with local anesthetic to reduce her pain, and then sent her straight to emergency to get her on IV antibiotics to reduce the fluid build up and infection. Then we scheduled her to return to the root canal. The patient and her husband were shocked at how quickly and efficiently we did everything in our power as a staff to respond to her situation. Afterwards we found out that despite us writing a letter for the MD she would see at emergency and making sure that emergency could call us, she still waited almost 8 hours at emergency to be taken care of. This couple came back to us and got a lot of treatment done, but to this day they are astounded that we cared enough to do everything we could to help them, even if there was no financial payoff imminent. Dr. Easley has been practicing dentistry since 1991. She and her husband Greg have been married since 1996. She believes that her communication skills and gentle hands help her to be a great clinician. She enjoys basketball (which she played in college), guitar, reading, and biking.
