The staff was very courteous and took the time to get to know me. The dental hygienist was gentle during the cleaning and provided flavor options for the fluoride treatment. They gave me a goodie bag and a sonicare toothbrush to take home with me. Overall, the visit was enjoyable.

We’ve been longtime patients at this office. Like many others 2020 gave us a one, two punch. My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor and on chemo and Dr Babbock set my husband up with a fluoride tray free of charge to ensure his oral care doesn’t take a hit during treatment. Then Dr Babbock addressed a lower crown issue, making sure it was done right and blessed our family abundantly in tough times! His character definitely is felt through his entire Wauwatosa practice!

The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Babcock has great bedside manner. I came here just for a second opinion before an invasive procedure and ended up making them my primary dentist. They are more knowledgeable and friendly than any other dentist I’ve been to.

I have been part of this dental family for almost all of my life. When I come in they are always very welcoming to us with a big smile. When I’m getting my teeth cleaned they are always very gentle. During your appointment they are always trying to make you feel welcome by talking. This shows they care about your visit.

My 1st visit, and I brought my son. They put cartoons on and in my room. They had cookies and apples leaving your appointment. An arcade room in the waiting room. My hygienist was sweet and my doctor was charming. I even received a sonic toothbrush for my daily routine. Sooo cooool!

They are always very welcoming and give great advice about brushing and taking care of your teeth. When I had my braces on, they did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and teaching me about better ways to keep my teeth clean with the braces! Thank you Generations Family Dental!

I’ve been going to this dental office for quite a while and I have no complaints! Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly and they take the stress away from getting your teeth worked on. They do really great dental work and really seem to care about their patients. They also have awesome arcade games and fake vampire teeth so that’s pretty cool, too.

I’m really nervous with any dentist appointment, when I went for my cleaning the staff were very welcoming. The office smelled of fresh baked cookies and to my suprise had them for a treat on the way out. My cleaning was very thorough and at ease. The hygienist made my visit relaxed and one that I would not dread to have again. The Drs are very friendly. I am proud to have this dentist office as the one my family and I will go to and will be taken care of with the best expertise.

Every person here is so friendly, Dalia did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, Dr Babcock was so kind and explained a question I had about cracked tooth syndrome thoroughly, very happy with the high level of care and knowledge at this office! And since I was a new patient I got a sonicare toothbrush, which is amazing!!

I received exceptional treatment during my first visit to Generations Family Dental. My dental hygienist, Stacey, was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was nervous coming in after a long time having not seen a dentist, and she could not have made me feel more comfortable. Dr. Babcock was very attentive and helpful, and even stayed a little late to help me take care of a retainer issue. I have always joked about how much I did not enjoy dental appointments, but I sincerely enjoyed my trip to Generations Family Dental. Thank you!

This is the Best Dentist in the nation. My wife was experiencing some very painful mouth problems and we were far from home. The Dr. himself was hosting a seminar for the employees and I don’t think they were even open but he saw her anyway. He was the most kind and caring dentist we ever went to and reminded us this world has some great people in it!! Thanks Dr. Matthew J. Babcock. We highly recommend this doctor!

Generations Family Dental has taken care of my oral health needs for over 20 years. During each visit, I am usually very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and empathy that I experience from each staff member. However, new dentists have joined the staff and I have experienced one of them resorting to blaming me when the quality of her work did not measure up to that of the more experienced dentists. Hopefully, this behavior will not continue. Dr. Babcock is outstanding in his professionalism, quality of work, and rapport with patients. So, now I schedule my appointments only when he is available. I hope that he does not retire, soon.

I started going here when i was 9. Its been 26 years now. I have never considered going anywhere else even when i didnt have insurance. From the moment you walk in you feel like family. Who would think you could look forward to seeing the dentist. Not only do thwy make me feel comfortable in the chair. I love that thwy stay up on the latest technology. It shows that thwy care about their own usiness and giving thier customers the best care possible. Bottom line is you have one chance at healthy teeth… Why not use the best care out there!
