Dr. Peter is great! I have always been terrified of the dentist from going to this butcher In NYC. Dr. Peter was so good with my tooth extraction! I felt zero pain. I wasn’t nervous, I totally trusted him because of the way he conducts himself and that he explained every single step of the way and took his time. I’m hooked. I want to get all my teeth fixed now! I’m usually weary when going to the dentist because I’m very particular about the materials they use due to autoimmune issues I have. I called Dr. Peter’s office and to my surprise, they had BPA- and Bis-GMA-free filling materials which was exactly what I was looking for. The procedure with Dr. Peter went really well and Mario and Denise were amazing. I’ve recently went back again for a cleaning with Emi and appreciated her gentle touch. She understood that I prefer a more holistic approach to my health so she educated me on different products I can use for my oral hygiene. Thanks, I’ll be returning!

As someone who has always had an extreme phobia of the dentist, Dr. Peter set my mind at ease. He performed my first cleaning in roughly 5 years and did so with patience and grace. He is the real deal! On account of not seeing the dentist in 5 years, as expected, I have a LOT of cavities but Dr. Peter made sure I understood the process and settled my anxiety for my upcoming appointment. Dr. Peter is the best dentist I’ve seen and I will always be a client of his. I’ve had routine cleanings and dental work done by his office and I’ve always received top-notch service and professionalism. He makes you feel so comfortable there (even for me and I usually hate the dentist). Dr. Peter and Maggie answered all my annoying questions and kept reassuring me that it will be okay despite my dental anxiety. When I went in for two cavities, I was actually relaxing and ready to fall asleep by the end of the procedure. He always lets you know what he’s doing when he’s doing it. I have to start by admitting that it had been a while since I had been to the dentist, so when I came here for the first time, they had their work cut out for them. I was very pleased with their location, the building they are in, and the overall appearance of the office. It was very clean, contemporary and well organized. The girls were very friendly and Dr Peter was very nice. I had the works done, full x-rays, a full exam and we set up a treatment plan that would cover the next few weeks. Over a series of visits, I had all my cavities filled, all 4 quadrants deep cleaned and I even had a wisdom tooth pulled. I must say, they have all the cool tools here. They have this little vibrating thing that makes it so you don’t even feel the needle going in. They even have the machines here to make crowns and things like that in the house. That’s new for me, I am used to having to wait a couple of weeks for things to be made. They also have a whole setup so you can watch movies with wireless headphones while they work. It’s great! They did great work for me. Very careful, very clean, and virtually painless. I didn’t even need painkillers after the wisdom tooth! (…)

Dr. Peter is great! He fixed my teeth! He has a great cosmetic eye and is very kind and goes out of his way to make patients happy. Dr. Nguyen and Maggie were incredibly patient with me and we’re more concerned with getting me out of pain than in payment. I was in severe pain and they talked me through it every step of the way. Maggie held my hands, continued to coax me through my panic attack for 1 1/2 hours. Neither of them was going to let me leave without helping me. If you have issues with dentists you need to come and see them. The topical they use to numb your mouth works very well. I’m not sure how many injections he had to make but I never felt even a pinch!! He pulled 8 teeth and I never felt any pain at all. I hope that you will go and see them if you need any dental work done before you lose all your teeth like I did. I have sent friends to them and they all agree that this is the best dentist they have been to. Thank you for everything Dr. Nguyen and Maggie!!!

First of all, I have not been to the dentist in a couple of years. Yes, it is terrible but fortunately there were no major problems. So I was a little hesitant about the visit. When I first arrived in the office I felt very comfortable and my nerves subsided which is a good impression. I was well-received by the reception and was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of my check-in. I came in for x-rays and clean-up. My overall impression of Dr. Nguyen was good, I could tell that he has practiced his craft well and my visit quite pleasant. I’m usually a little uptight when going to the dentist but my visit wasn’t so bad. I would recommend anyone to this office and to this doctor. He did a great job and my smile is brighter than ever 🙂

I am so happy I found this place. I avoided the dentist for 10 years due to my awful experiences at the dentist. First, let me just say they don’t make you feel guilty. Instead, you are put at ease immediately and feel welcomed and taken care of. II has a root canal that needed to be done so clearly not thrilled about it I have no one to blame but myself. They put me at ease immediately and made me feel it’ll be ok. After getting my root canal I must say it was actually the best experience I have ever had at the dentist ever. I plan to return to get some cavities filled but I must say I finally found a dentist that will always have my business.

I only started to see Dr Peter since the end of 2016!! I am happy to say that I go in nervous, but leave relieved. His technique is amazing. (…) I recently came in to get a refill on an oral topical medication to help with my canker sores. I get awful canker sores and I was in so much pain. Mario and Dr. Nguyen explained to me a new and quick procedure to help get rid of canker sores, in which they use a laser that can kill the virus as well as the pain. I had him talk to my mom since I was unfamiliar with this procedure and he explained it to her and answered all of her questions. She was on board with it, and I was desperate, so I gave it a try. I’m so glad that I did the laser treatment. I get pretty horrendous canker sores and I had two huge ones in the far back of my mouth. The pain was unbearable, but soon it was gone in five minutes! I couldn’t believe it. Incredible! I didn’t even feel a thing during the procedure, I was so shocked. I will definitely be coming back for the canker sore laser treatment. He also gave it to me at a discounted price (…), which was really nice of him (…).
A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Peter was born and raised in Southern California. In 2002, he graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Californi of Irvine. Before committing himself to dental school, he took a year off to pursue his other passion for the fine arts. In that year he learned about all different types of art like sculpting, painting, ceramics and drawing techniques. “As a patient, I know what its like to be in a dental chair. I hated it. That’s why I do everything for my patients I wish was done for me” In 2007, he graduated with a D.D.S degree from the University of Southern California. After graduation, he was immediately commissioned as an officer for the US Army in Fort Drum, New York. While serving in the Army, he got a chance to blossom under the mentorship of many Army dental specialists. As a result, he was able to cultivate his art of dentistry. His passion for modern dentistry combined with his talent in the fine arts is what allows him to deliver beautiful lasting smiles. He usually uses his free time to catch up on pending patient cases such as implants, veneers, and crowns but also enjoys spending his weekends with his beautiful wife and children.
