So far my family and I have had a great experience with Dr. Ray. I had an emergency and he was a one man show and did it all which was awesome to see. He’s very thorough when he does your dental cleaning and has a clear breakdown of what you’re care plan will be. Taronda is amazing, she’s the best at calling you back and making sure you’re doing ok and making you feel at ease while getting a procedure done.

This is as pleasant an experience you can have from a dental visit. From the very beginning with online appointment booking, everything was seamless and easy, with patient care and convenience clearly prioritized. The office was impeccably clean and comfortable (even with a TV on the ceiling for best patient viewing!). Dr. Ray’s assistant was super warm and welcoming, as well as very competent, putting me at ease right away. Dr. Ray himself was clearly very knowledgable and passionate about his work. As a physician, I also appreciate that he obviously keeps up to date on all the most current developments and technologies in the field. I would definitely recommend Giant Smiles to my friends and family, and in fact, will be booking an appointment for my husband soon!

What a Great Experience! I recently visited Giant Smiles and Dr. Ray, and can’t say enough great things about this dentist and his office. From easy parking right in front, to a welcoming office with all new, high-tech tools and equipment to ensure state of the art treatment. After a year of lockdown due to Covid, I needed to visit the dentist, not something I relish. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Ray at Giant Smiles Dental in Manhattan Beach and I was blown away firstly with the brand new state of the art practice and secondly by the warm, friendly welcome from the staff who made me feel totally at ease. Dr. Ray was amazing. He said, this will not hurt and he was 100% correct. I couldn’t be happier and actually look forward to my next appointment in October.

I thank my lucky stars that I found Dr. Ray and his wonderful dental assistant, Taronda. I’m actually thinking of asking Google to add at least two more stars to his page (this team deserves way more than five). I’m not a big reviewer and I’m not one to visit the dentist that often because I don’t like pain. My experience at Giant Smiles Dental has forced me to give this office a seven star rating so that others like myself (who fear dentists) can take care of their dental needs, painlessly and comfortably. I actually fell asleep. If you’ve been putting off a visit to the dentist please give this team a call. You won’t be disappointed.
