My dentist encouraged me on several occasions to let him correct my crowded teeth using Invisalign. I could sense that my teeth were protruding more over the years and I assumed that dentists were now receiving instruction on Invisalign After two years in Invisalign with my dentist and several complications, I became worried about the level of care I was being given. I encountered several issues with my teeth and an issue with my husbands teeth as well. Suddenly, on one of my visits he told me I had periodontal disease. There was no warning, no discussions and no education on the situation before hand, I was stunned and frightened. I immediately went to Dr Singletary who informed me that I indeed did have periodontal disease and that I had a cavity that needed care (my dentist never mentioned this). During the over two years I was in Invisalign with my dentist the impressions that were necessary became more and more difficult and actually painful due to the increasing spaces in my teeth. I was never educated about the reasons for the difficulty, nor did the dentist offer to help me through this by having them done by another professional with more advanced technology. As I look back I realize there were many signs that the dentist never really had the necessary experience or expertise to straighten my teeth. But, I tend to trust the medical professionals since I do not have any medical knowledge myself. I am so very grateful for Dr. Gladwell’s kindness to me by taking me on as a patient to fix the mess my dentist created. I am shocked at how painless and effortless it was to get the impressions and also at how easily all the Invisalign fit. I feel a level of comfort and trust in Dr. Gladwell’s care. If you are thinking about getting Invisalign please consider going to a professional who has the education, equipment, and expertise to do the job quickly and expertly. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Gladwelllm for helping me through this very difficult and frightening time.

I came to Dr. Gladwell frightened and in a “dental mess” because of very unprofessional care from my dentist (the practice which I have since left). Dr. Gladwell immediately went to work to rectify the mess I was in. The process was painless, relatively quick and so very professional with all the up to day technology. The protrusion of my front teeth is gone and my teeth never looked this good!! This would never have been possible without the kind, gentle and expert care I received from Dr. Gladwell along with his professional and friendly staff. I would encourage anyone looking to have their teeth corrected to seek professional orthodontic care and I would highly recommend Dr. Gladwell for these needs.

Our family loves Gladwell Orthodontics! My husband and I are both currently receiving treatment and could not be more pleased with the care we’ve received thus far. My husband has a significant open bite and we were told by his previous orthodontist that it could not be corrected without a major jaw surgery. Upon moving to the area, we heard amazing things about Dr. Gladwell and his practice (and that he’s in the top 1% of Invisalign providers in the country!!) and I immediately knew I wanted to set up a consultation to get their opinion (also, the initial consultation is completely complementary- how many doctors do that?!). The doctors at Gladwell Orthodontics are so knowledgeable and were able to create an affordable Invisalign treatment plan to correct his open bite. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out after your appointment, you are greeted by friendly and smiling faces, who are passionate about what they do! They are very thorough during appointments and explain everything so well! I never leave questioning my treatment or feeling confused by what they explained to me.  The other thing we love about this practice is how family friendly they are- awesome game room for the kids and free Starbucks (because what parent doesn’t need a little caffeine boost?!). Also, we love and are so appreciative of Dr. Gladwell’s desire and mission to give back; it’s such a special thing to see a doctor not only care for his patients but for those in the community as well!! The staff at Gladwell Orthodontics truly go above and beyond for their patients and want to give you the best experience and smile! Thank you Gladwell Orthodontics for being AMAZING!!

We just started at Gladwell a few months ago. We were going to another orthodontist in Raleigh but it was too far to drive and I felt like their prices were too high. Went to a consultation at Gladwell and felt right at home and my son was able to get the Invisalign he wanted for no extra charge. All the staff are great and always so kind and helpful…then there’s the added bonus of Starbucks while waiting!! I definitely have referred others to you guys. Thank you!!

I moved from outta state and went to see Gladwell for the last half of my braces’ treatment. His up-to-date methods and friendly staff were a pleasant surprise. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere make it a wonderful place to bring your frightened little ones. Highly recommend you let Gladwell work on you and your family’s teeth, you won’t be sorry!

We have been with Dr. Gladwell for 7 months and we couldn’t be happier. My 8 year old daughter is already showing amazing improvement…we can’t wait to see the end results! We look forward to our son starting his treatment in the near future as well. The office is beautiful and the appointments are always on time and fast. We highly recommend Dr. Gladwell and his awesome staff!

We have been with Gladwell a little over a year now. It was the best decision ever! My son is happier and his teeth look amazing! We have always felt right at home and been treated like family. Love this orthodontist. They take great care of patients, and keep it clean. I go there, and all the people are nice and gentle when you go to get braces and have check-ins. They also keep everything modern and in with new tech. And the cafe is also a bonus. I totally recommend going to Gladwell if you’re looking for a place that has great dental care and great prices.

I always have the best visits with Gladwell Orthodontics! Dr. Gladwell and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I’m a dental hygienist and I can’t imagine sending my patients anywhere else for orthodontic treatment. If you’re looking to have a great office experience with a skilled orthodontist and experienced and friendly staff, this is the office for you!

I have taken 2 of my 3 children to see Dr. Gladwell. We have been VERY Happy with the results on our first daughters teeth, and our son is progressing great with his braces! Dr. Gladwell is very personable, and takes his time with the patients and explaining to the parents what he has done for that day and he explains in a way that is easy for the normal person to understand ! When it is time for our 3rd child to have braces put on his teeth, we are sure going to make the trip to GO !!! The visit is worthwhile, my kids have loved him and all the activities he has for them…. even on holidays, he makes an extra effort to make a “Family Event” for the Occassion !! Even having a time for the kids to paint flower pots and plant flowers to take home for May Day !! Halloween ~~ pumpkin painting contests, and guess the amount of candy corn in the jar…. just to name a couple. Dr. Gladwell makes our children feel comfortable and never fear going for our visits. He ACTUALLY CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS ANXIETIES !! Our Family LOVES YOU Dr. Gladwell and your Friendly Staff !!!!

Gladwell has thought of everything to make orthodontics the best experience possible.  All the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.  They take the time to answer all my questions.  Dr. Gladwell is fantastic with the kids and the parents too.  We went serveral places before deciding on GO, but we’ve never once regretted our decision.

Today was my daughter’s first visit. From start to finish, the staff were attentive, courteous, positive, and professional. Dr. Gladwell is knowledgeable and personable and quickly put my daughter and I at ease. By far, the most with-it Doctor’s office we have ever visited. With regards to customer service, this place is like Disney of the dental/orthodontic world. Highly recommend!

Dr.Gladwell and his staff have always been so nice to us. He is a kind and generous man. My son has been going there well, a long time! He had a tooth that just didn’t want to come down. We started when he was around 9 and now he will be 17 next month. To say Dr.Gladwell is a patient,understanding and giving person is an understatement!! He’s been so kind to my son ( and myself) through this process. The staff have always made us feel welcome and the office environment is very welcoming. Anytime I go into their office, I get in almost immediately. There is a small waiting time, which is great so you don’t have to sit long. They also have really good service, as they are very helpful. If I tell them that the new wire that they put on is poking me, they immediately fix the issue and were very kind about it. If the good service isn’t the reason you should go, they offer a free Starbucks drink after your appointment. And if you have siblings or are bored during your wait time, they even have arcade games in a small room. I really like Gladwell, and can’t wait to continue my treatment there. I definitely recommend them to someone who doesn’t have a plan for who to go to, as they are a great choice. -Samantha

I’ve been going to Gladwell Orthodontics for almost a year and I have loved my experience thus far. The staff is always energetic and very accommodating with my schedule. Most days it’s hard for me to get in to an office, due to work, but Gladwell is opened til 6 pm on Mondays which really helps me out. Dr. Gladwell has a true passion for Invisalign and every time we discuss what’s next in my Invisalign treatment, I know my smile is in good hands. Thanks again Gladwell team for everything you do!

I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone! My first day there, my son and I were treated very well. My kid had a great time and loved the office as well as the team!! He was nervous at first but grinning from ear to ear when he walked out! The starbucks is a plus as well as there rewards cards as a good initiative to get the kids to go with the treatment as they are supposed to!! The front desk staff are super nice as well!

I was looking for a place for my daughter to get her braces, a friend of mine referred me here, and I’m glad she did! The staff is so courteous, professionalism at it’s finest. We started with my daughter’s braces and I’m now currently a patient as well. Dr Gladwell and his staff truly treat you like family, we are definitely satisfied with our progress thus far.

Today was my 10 year old son’s big day..getting his BRACES! We had an awesome experience, staff were very fast, super friendly and he left with a big smile! He was nervous and the staff was very reassuring and helpful through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment at Gladwell Orthodontics. The staff is so friendly and the office is beautiful. You don’t feel like you’re in a normal doctor’s’ office. Dr. Gladwell is amazing and made sure I understood every part of my treatment. I’ve only had a few appointments so far, but I’ve always had a great experience. The other doctors are very helpful as well and I definitely recommend coming here!

This is my second review about Gladwell, I still have not had any problems with them. The visits are always fast even if there are employees out or inclement weather to the point where appointments are crammed into a certain time frame. The staff there is always so sweet and the doctors are so informative. I have felt so much better with my TMJ since the day I started treatment, I can tell my teeth are adjusting everyday and I can’t wait for the full aftermath of it all. Gladwell is different than other Orthodontics that I’ve been to because they don’t make you put a down payment down or any upfront fees. They are willing to work with you because they understand everyone has different financial needs. I am a stay at home mom and only have one vehicle to share between me and my husband and we have 2 kids under 3 so budget gets really tight with our household.Thank you Gladwell for helping me!

My daughter and son both have braces from Gladwell Orthodontics. We could not be happier with this practice, the whole staff and Dr. Gladwell. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and truly care about my kids orthodontic treatment. The kids love going and can’t wait for their next appointment. They are very accommodating if any emergent issue should arise. They are also more affordable than other offices we looked into.

Dr. Gladwell mom fan! With severe medication allergies, our youngest cannot have teeth pulled without anesthesia but has very crowded teeth. Dr. Gladwell has not only worked with us as her parents but also with her pediatric dentist to develop a safe plan of action. While she is his greatest challenge in our family I have no doubt that she will finish this process with a beautiful smile like her older brother and sister.
