Dr. Darabi is the best!
Glassell Dental is filled with kind, heartwarming, real people. Guadalupe and Yadira gave excellent service and were very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Darabi gave the most gentle and thorough dental cleaning and examination I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised to see she was making sure to check for every possible issue. She made sure there was no risky x-rays since we’re trying to conceive. She double checked for any potential oral cancers (never had a dentist check for that before). And she made sure to start out by letting her know if I was ever feeling any discomfort or sensitivity. She had a system to have me raise my right hand if I did.
My teeth feel great and I feel great. I’m recommending this place to all my family + friends!

This place is amazing. I had an emergency and they got me in that very day. Everyone was super nice, very patient and so funny. It didn’t feel like I walked into a dentist office. They went above a beyond, they explained everything to me, were honest about what was going on with my teeth and gave me clear explanations (which no dentist has ever done for me before.) They are flexible and their concern for my dental hygiene is genuine. I wish I had found them sooner. I so recommend Glassell Dental.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but I have FINALLY found a dentist that I feel comfortable with and trust. Dr. Darabi is professional, honest, and makes me feel that she truly cares about her patients. Sarah at the front office is super sweet and definitely helped ease my anxiety when we went over my dental care plan. She addressed my worries and concerns, and was on top of everything with checking my insurance. Erika, the tech/assistant is extremely kind, and took great care of me like family. My hygienist (…) was great as well, and made my teeth feel and look “refreshed”. I didn’t feel like the staff pressured me in any way, and truly did right by me and treated my teeth for what I needed to have done. I have to mention, I have consulted with other dentists per my husband’s request, and I didn’t get the same vibe so I’m really happy here!

I have been to a lot of dentist over the years as I have moved around a lot but this is one of first ones I have been to where they really make an effort to get to know a little about you and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They gave me a pillow for extra support when you are lying back on the chair and they also give you some glasses to protect your eyes from the lamp they use and splatter as they are working on you. The place was neatly organized and Dr Darabi took the time to answer all of my questions.

By far the best doctor ever!!! I was unexpectedly in so much pain didn’t realize that I lost a filling. Anytime I chewed on the left side I would I would feel sensitivity along with pain. (…)I was very worried because, considering how long it had been since I’d been to the dentist, I knew my teeth weren’t going to be in the best condition. Upon arriving, Sarah at the front desk was very nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I filled out a few forms on the iPad (very easy and quick) and shortly after Erica called me in. She was also very friendly and welcoming. We made small talk and she seemed genuinely interested in me as person, not just a patient. Dr. Darabi was professional, but friendly. She took the time to explain everything and didn’t rush. She also made small talk with me. Overall, from someone that was scared and avoiding the dentist at ALL costs, I am very happy I went to Glassell dental and would definitely recommended to anyone that is in search of a new dental office.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and just pleasant to interact with, especially Erica and Sarah. I went in for two fillings today. I was a few minutes late but the staff and Dr were very understanding. When I walked into the office, everyone greeted me and that was very nice. The office is clean and inviting. The appointment was fast and the Dr was very gentle. I got a little nervous and a little shaky with the local anesthesia but the Dr was very reassuring and gave me some water and yogurt to get my blood sugar up when she was done, since I hadn’t eaten much. I was there for a few minutes and I felt better. I will be back for two more fillings. I highly recommend Dr. Darabi.

Everyone is super nice and everyone is super caring to each patient that comes through their doors. Every time there’s an appointment my girlfriend doesn’t get scared about going to the dentist like everyone does. She’s always glad to have an appointment and have her teeth be the best they can be!

Having been in excruciating pain two months ago, I needed to find a new Dentist urgently since I hadn’t been to my old dentist in 2 years(…). When I called them, they were able to get me in the next day and were so gracious and careful with me. Not to mention alleviating the pain I was in! I’ve had extensive work done by them and can honestly say the work I’ve had done, has been the most comforting and non-stressful procedures I’ve ever experienced. I was recently down in the Anaheim area and experienced some issues with one of my previous fillings falling out. I called Glassell and they were able to give me a prompt appointment. When I visited their office everyone was very professional and they took some x-rays and noticed I needed some additional work as well which my other dentist had missed. Dr. Darabi fixed my tooth with the filling issue and the others that had shown to be problematic on the x-ray. She was very gentle and did an outstanding job. Dr. Darabi is the sweetest most honest dentist. She is all about preventative care and doesn’t want to upsell you on unnecessary treatment which most dentist do. She is recommends, explains and let’s you make the decision unlike other experience I had with several other dentist. I recently got a few filling done at her office and she showed me the work she was doing with pictures which was the 1st time a dentist ever did that for me. Her transparency with me demonstrates that she cares and wants us patients to know and be aware of the work she is doing. Dr. Sherry Darabi is an Orange County local where she attended Canyon High School in Anaheim Hills. She graduated with honors as a double major in Biology and English Literature from UCI. She then earned her doctorate of dental surgery from the highly esteemed UCLA School of Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Darabi is a member of multiple dental organizations including the American Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society and Spear Dental Study Club. She has completed continuing education in all facets of dentistry including Invisalign, implants and cosmetics. Dr. Darabi is committed to forming lasting relationships with her patients.
