Every element of my experience with Gluck Orthodontics was outstanding! The staff is very welcoming and made me comfortable along every step of the Invisalign process. Every visit, I was greeted by the receptionists by name as soon as I walked in the office door. The billing department put me completely at ease. The orthodontist assistants were very professional and fun to talk to. They always told me exactly what they were doing so that I knew what to expect. And Dr. Gluck and Dr. Jonathan were great – I could tell they were experts and that I could fully trust them (they’ve won awards for their work!). Everyone always knew me by my name. I could tell that they truly cared about me as a patient. When I started and finished my treatment, they even put my name on a sign next to the door (see picture). Beyond the people, the facility is very nice. The office is modern and clean. There are always festive decorations. There is a toothbrushing station to prepare you for your visit. The equipment is state of the art. I was provided with plenty of dental resources (pre-packaged pre-pasted toothbrushes, wax, other Invisalign care items). There is free coffee/tea when you walk in, and I always enjoyed the free ice cream at the end of each appointment! I highly recommend Gluck Orthodontics! And if you’re worried about costs, I did get a consultation/estimate from one other office nearby. For Invisalign, prices were comparable, but my first appointment/consultation at Gluck blew the other out of the water. I was certainly getting more bang for my buck with Gluck!

And it did not matter which orthodontic assistant I visited because every one of them was kind, friendly and always happy to take care of me! Gluck Orthodontics is a great practice. The staff are always warm and friendly and do all they can to ensure my child’s comfort. They go above and beyond and exude professionalism, high quality service, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. Their office staff worked with me to utilize my insurance and flexible spending care account so affordability was not so daunting. Going to their office is always a pleasure! They have the most clever marketing; they have the cutest take home goodies (thermal color changing pencils, clever reminder cards, etc). My daughter loves those pencils as well as the office contests they usually have going on that engage the kids. Over the past couple of years, we have grown to know the staff and I must say..they are all great with my teenager. They have such amazing and friendly staff! Additionally, the gourmet coffee maker/station, free wifi, and a charging station for your phone are a few things I personally love about their office. I have literally powered up my laptop and worked in their office while waiting for my daughter to finish her appointment. What do these people not think of? I highly recommend Gluck Orthodontics!!

I am an adult who learned from my dentist that I needed to see an orthodontist. Dr. Gluck had done the orthodontics for my children so I went to him. I was amazed at the level of professionalism in his office. From the first visit I felt like Dr. Gluck and his highly capable staff wanted the very best for me. To this day when I walk into the office everyone on staff knows my name and greets me with a smile and a friendly greeting. I simply don’t like going to a doctor’s appointment but I love going to see Dr. Gluck. Of course, the proof of his expertise is in the results. My problems seemed insurmountable to me but Dr. Gluck took one look at me and told me that he’d get my teeth better than they had ever been. I was so surprised that in about 18 months he had corrected the problems. I continued to see him for about three years because he wanted to do follow up work and make some detailed corrections that only an orthodontist could see. He went way beyond the norm to take care of my teeth. I cannot recommend him highly enough. And I can say that if you visit his office even once you’ll fall in love with his staff and the hospitality they show to every person that walks in. Dr. Gluck is one of a kind. I am not embarrassed to smile and show my front teeth now because they look straighter than they’ve ever looked in my life. He’s the best.

I am likely one of Dr. Gluck’s more complicated adult patients, having dealt with a lot of teeth issues throughout my life. Most recently it was discovered that I needed to have braces to adjust my bite prior to getting a final crown placed. Fortunately, I was able to go the Invisalign route. Dr. Gluck is sensitive to his patients’ needs and understands the adult patient’s desire to undergo orthodontia in the most aesthetic manner possible. Furthermore, as a now out-of-town patient, Dr. Gluck and his office make an above and beyond effort to schedule my appointments at times convenient to me. Strongly recommended!

I have never felt so welcomed or appreciated by a business or doctor’s office. They make you part of their family–I’ve even met their stunning and very sweet wives. Dr. Gluck, his son, Dr. JonO, Cindy–the whole crew, have always made me leave there with a smile (no pun intended). They always know my name when I come in, I’ve received thank you notes, they’re always complimentary of my fashion choices (which was a boost of confidence when I was going through a very nasty divorce), and they’ve even played the part as my therapist–lol! I had braces as a teen, but crowding happened after wisdom teeth came in; and as an adult, I thought it would be awkward going back to an orthodontics’ office, but they made me very comfortable. Now, my teeth are beautiful again, and I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and straight my teeth are; I owe it all to Gluck Orthodontics. I was referred to Dr. Gluck by my dentist due to my bite changing and causing issues. I was a regular at the office for almost 2 years during the time I used Invisalign to correct my bite. The office surroundings are clever and creative in design. There is a movie room for children, a coffee station for adults. The Front desk is friendly and efficient. Every single Orthodontic assistant was professional and courteous and very friendly. There is one staff member that was exceptional. Her name is Cindy and she often greeted me and also made my retainers. She really went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Just a sweetie. Dr. Gluck is such a people person! Not only does he have a perfectionistic eye for creating great smiles, he elicits them as well!! It is never a chore to go to an appt there-I thoroughly enjoy everyone there. The orthodontist and his staff do such a beautiful job on my child’s mouth and are so sweet with her! When she’s all done they let her choose from a bunch of different types of Popsicles and ice cream and even have a pain reliever if you’re not going right home and your child’s mouth is sore! I could not ask for a better place to take care of my child and her mouth. We came in with a crooked overcrowded mouth and her teeth are now straight and beautiful! The entire team at Gluck Orthodontics are wonderful. The receptionists made me feel welcomed and at home (they even showed me how to make coffee using their fancy coffee machine!) and the dental assistants were thorough and courteous. I’m picky. I admit it. Especially when it comes to someone who’s caring for my kids, and whose skills and experience will have a significant impact on their appearance and well-being. Never having had braces myself, I did lots of reading and even interviewed a couple of other orthodontists who had been recommended to me before deciding to partner with Gluck Orthodontics to correct my sons’ smiles. It is a partnership — respectful, thoughtful, patient staff members work with an outstanding leader who cultivates a fun atmosphere. Braces? Fun? That’s right…they work hard to make what can be a very trying time — better. Not merely with externals like games and prizes, but throughout the experience with understanding and follow-up. Most importantly, Dr. Joel Gluck knows what he’s doing. “Best practices”, “evidence-based practice” are current buzzwords in healthcare, but in this office you see them artfully combined with people skills and genuine concern for each individual. Dr. Gluck knows what works (and what works best), and he has an expert craftsman’s eye for detail and nuance. The BEST Orthodontist of Middle Tennessee! So when I say I had bad teeth, I had BAD teeth. They were crooked and coming from all directions… and to make things worse, I have really BIG teeth. My parents didn’t have a lot of money but I think the sight of my big whites had to be motivation enough because my Mother did months of research and decided that only the best orthodontist would do… even if we did have to drive 30 minutes for each visit. I wore braces under the guidance of Dr. Gluck for 2 years and over 15 years later, I have no doubt- my smile (which is now comprised of huge, beautiful, straight teeth) has been a huge part of my success and my personality. My smile has provided me with a sense of confidence that is paramount in business and success.
