Each day while going  to work I would pass by this dentist’s office. Today, I finally decided to call for an appointment. I called to see if they were taking new patients. An extremely warm and friendly voice said, “Yes, we are taking new patients. We love new patients! Welcome! We are glad to have you!” I was elated and pleasantly surprised because in recent times, people/organizations are not so friendly. Needlessly to say, that made my day. I found out her name is Cassandra. Next, once I arrive, a friendly,  smiling and welcoming young lady gave me a tour. I felt like a VIP! Lastly, and not least, my experience with my hygienist, Jennifer, was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel like I was family! The dentist was also kind and professional as well. Further, When I got to my room, I was greeted with a warm blanket, and a MASSAGE chair! Oh, la la!! See you in 6 months!

There’s not too much to say about Gooch Dental because it is simply top-class and filled with high performing individuals. After you first walk in, they do the best they can to make you feel comfortable and also give you a tour of the building. Hope gave me my tour and was wonderful. There are many free refreshments that they offer for their guests as well. Rhonda was my dental hygienist and she is the sweetest person ever. She made sure that all the procedures I went through were comfortable and safe and also did a top-notch job with my teeth. Anna Brooke at the check-out desks was great as well. Hopefully I don’t travel too far away over the years because I would definitely like to make this location my main dentist office.

Always friendly and efficient service! Last night I had a crown fall off that had been put on by another dentist. Their office was closed on Friday’s so I left a message at Gooch to see if they could help. They called me back first thing in the morning and fit me in right off the bat. I appreciate it or else I would have gone the whole weekend without my tooth! They’re also very organized and you can tell everyone likes working there. Our family started using this practice last year and we would recommend them to anyone.

First Impression: Office is very clean and well appointed with top of the line equipment. Staff was super friendly. When you are a new customer they will walk you around a tour of the office and services as well as you get a really nice water bottle gift. Once in the room: My dental hygienist took amazing care of me. She explained each step and what she was looking for and/or accomplishing. Had a cavity 🙁 When they went to work on my cavity they gave me a topical treatment before the injection. I have a very low pain threshold but after the topical treatment, I did not even feel the needle stick from the actual numbing shot. I did not feel anything, pain or otherwise while they worked. Great Dentist office, I will be a return customer.

This place will absolutely change your mind about dentists. Dr Gooch and his staff are absolutely amazing. Such a fresh and personal approach to dentistry. I used to dread the dentist, now I look forward to My appointments. If you have a dentist that you are even a little unhappy with, give Dr Gooch and staff just one chance to wow you, you’ll never go back to your old dentist, guaranteed!!

I have had several appointments with Gooch Dental, and I have been impressed with their caring professionalism each & and every time. The office is impeccably clean and they have all of the latest equipment. I feel good every time I leave their office. I would highly recommend Gooch Family Dental to anyone wanting a great Dental experience. Five stars!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Gooch and every person on staff!! The whole environment is very welcoming, and everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and informative. Dr. Gooch seems genuinely interested in his patients, and was great to work with! Two of his assistants I’ve met, Ashle and Dee, are very caring and really help put you at ease. Jenni is very helpful and easy to talk to when it comes to the financial side of things. I just had a crown put on, and she went over everything with me beforehand, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to have an open conversation about the finances, and not be left to wonder what you will owe afterwards. It is also really awesome that they are able to fit you for a crown, and put it on, in the same appointment! I also really liked the tv hanging above the dental chair. It played videos of pretty scenery, which had more of an impact on me than I would have expected. It was relaxing, especially when having a lengthy procedure done, to have something peaceful to watch! I also loved the nice water bottle I received during my first appointment – such a unique and healthy gift! I just can’t say enough great things! My experiences have been very positive, and I’d highly recommend Dr. Gooch’s office!

Amazing dental office! Been going for my implant process and regular check ups for several months now and the staff has always been professional, welcoming and accommodating. For almost two decades I have had to see several dentist for my dental needs so I’ve experienced many different dental offices and Gooch is by far the best. Just completed the last step for the implants here (while 31 weeks pregnant so that says a lot!!) and cannot stop smiling!! Gooch Family Dental will be our family dentist from now on! Highly recommended!
