People hate going to the dentist. I don’t. I’d even say I enjoy it. And that is all to the credit of the lovely people at Gramercy Smiles. Julia is my hygienist and she’s so thorough, gentle and explains everything in detail. She takes the time to get to know her patients, and I look forward to seeing her each visit. They have a “holistic approach to dentistry” and give you a goodie bag each time with natural products like a bamboo toothbrush, charcoal toothpaste and more. You even get a hot lavender towel at the end of every cleaning! Best dentist ever.

Gramercy Smiles makes going to the dentist enjoyable. I have been a patient here for about 6 years, and have honestly never had a bad experience. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the hygienists and the technicians. I love all the little personal touches they add like the lavender neck pillows and towels, and also how easy it is to make appointments over text or email. The all natural products in the goodie bags are also great! I have thought about changing doctors because the location isn’t that convenient for me anymore, but whenever I come in for an appointment I remember how much I love it! An overall wonderful dental option in the city.

I have hated going to the dentist since I was a kid until I went to Gramercy Smiles on 23rd Street about 8 years ago. The first time I went into the entrance of the office I noticed how really clean it was. I met Shirley who seemed to know that I didn’t like the dentist. She was immediately very sweet. Every appointment for the past 8 years I have found the entire staff to be very professional. Knowing my anxiety for the appointment, they have an amazing ability to put me at ease. After all these years Shirley still works there and she has always been so pleasant. A clean neat environment is very important to me and I can honestly say that I have always found it to be that way. I give them my highest gratitude!

This office is always busy, and for many good reasons. Everyone here is super organized, very competent, very friendly very beautiful and do an excellent job. The office is very modern and sparkling clean. My dental chair had a massage option and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very importantly you don’t feel rushed and waiting is minimal. Dr. Mats did my fillings and i didn’t feel a thing. I use to be so scared of the dentist but now I don’t mind going to. Thanks guys!!

I highly recommend Gramercy Smiles. I have been going to this place for years now and everyone is so nice and accommodating. The Dentists and Hygienist are very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have done fillings, cleaning, xrays and crown replacement and all my experience have been superb. The front desk is very responsive and helpful. The location is also perfect for me.

Great dental office, I have been going to them since I moved to NYC couple of years ago. I do my regular cleanings and also got a Veneer in my front tooth by Dr Mats, she is an artist and did an outstanding job. Staff is super nice and in overall the office offers everything you may need for your dental health. I highly recommend.

Always a great experience at Gramercy Smiles. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shirley is always very accommodating and quick to call back. All the hygienists are super meticulous and gentle. Julia, stands out because she explains everything during and gives great tips for oral health. Honestly, the entire staff, including the specialists they call in, are top notch! Even though I now love 2 hours outside the city, I still make sure to come in for my regular checkups. It may be rare, but I love going to the dentist because of this office!

Thank you Gramercy smiles for a great experience, I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could! Staff and the manager were super friendly and professional. Really enjoyed upscale and clean office setting with music playing in the background. Procedures were very clearly explained, and all my questions were answered. The doctor had a very light and easy touch, and we had a nice conversation before my root canal letting me know not to worry. The whole environment made me feel at ease. The most comfortable and pleasant experience at a dental office yet, couldn’t be happier. Definitely will go back, and recommend it to everyone. Again thank you all for giving me my smile back!! I’ve been coming to this office for close to three years now and I’ve only experienced stellar service. The staff here is amazing and makes scheduling an appointment and dealing with insurance a breeze. The care here is the most thorough I’ve ever found at a dentist and they make sure to keep you up-to-date on x-rays. The doctors and hygienists over explain everything but that way you always feel comfortable with each step. The best part- they take Saturday appointments for longer procedures like cavities and root canals. This makes getting the right care you need while on a work schedule super easy. Even though I no longer work near this office, I’ll be keeping them as my regular dentist.

I chipped my wisdom tooth one early morning and I was desperate to find a dentist close to me. The minute I entered Gramercy Smiles I knew this was an excellent establishment. Something about the vibe , it was just extremely positive. Perhaps it was the very attentive girls who immediately acknowledged me when I entered their office, maybe it was how clean everything was or maybe a combination of everything working in beautiful unison. I , like others, have had my share of terrible experiences and I was absolutely terrified of what came next. They did an amazing job of calming me and assuring the anxiety/pain issues would be addressed. I’ve heard all this before which is why I have trust issues but after my experience with Gramercy Smiles I have learned to trust again. The Doctors were warm and patient. Everyone was really really REALLY friendly, almost like this place was something out of a Romantic Comedy. I expected someone to propose to someone else in the middle of my procedure and …I ‘d be ok with that. Billing was never an issue, I knew going in it would cost me and I was prepared for that. In fact I preferred the extra cost since I considered this luxury service and frankly I’d rather pay more for top service than go into some butcher shop and get butchered by a butcher. I can’t remember the Doctors name who worked on me but he was amazing, totally listened when I said I had pain and adjusted the drugs accordingly, the dude even gave me his personal cell phone if there were any problems. Service like that is just…beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I will go back to get some other work done , these guys are the best of the best of the best. Thank you Gramercy Smiles.

I have been a patient at Gramercy Smiles for many years. Their service is impeccable – from the amazing staff at the front desk, to the doctors and hygienists- they provide the most comfortable and holistic experience of any dentist office I have visited. The office is clean, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any appointment. They make even the most unpleasant procedures pleasant, which says a lot about a dental office. The doctors and hygienists guide you through every step; they are caring, gentle and thoughtful. They even have chairs with a soothing back massage! It’s the little things – a hot lavender towel to use after teeth cleaning, sunglasses to protect from the light during the procedure. And I love the care package that they send you home with – a cute kit with all the necessary tools to keep you on top of your dental hygiene.

I am not an easy dental patient but my experience with this place has been stellar.  They do a very good job keeping you calm and the whole atmosphere is very nice.  They even have massage chairs.  The dental hygienist  explains everything she is doing as she goes and constantly asks how you are feeling.  If you are nervous about going to the dentist than this is the place for you.
