I’m going to get real with you all here. I’m Dakota and I’m a garbage human, and until this week I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. YEARS. Ugh. It’s embarrassing enough to admit this on the internet where unlimited hoards of strangers can read it – it was SO MUCH harder to admit it to an actual dentist. Nevertheless, I confessed to Dr. Rose and his team that I was a teensy bit nervous because it had been so long. He correctly interpreted “teensy bit nervous” to mean “on the verge of physically running away”, and he and his team all did their best to assure me that there was nothing to fear. They even took time during before my cleaning to ask questions not only about my medical and oral health but also about my childhood and my dog. Getting to know me as a person, not just loser who hasn’t gone to the dentist in an unreasonably long time. While no cleaning or dental check-up is particularly enjoyable, this one was the least traumatic that would be possible for someone in my state of nerves and extended oral neglect. They took photos and x-rays, checked my gums, cleaned my teeth, and identified areas that needed attention. I have another appointment scheduled with them for a filling in a few weeks – for which they explained they will prescribe a few Valium so that I can sleep the night before and not try to leave the country on the morning of. They also will set me up with some noise-canceling headphones so that I can listen to music and drown out the drill noise. Honestly, it sounds pretty relaxing, for having a hole bored in your tooth. I’m glad to have found Doctor Rose when I needed a dentist!

Dr. Rose and his staff are highly skilled professionals who really care about their patients’ well being, health and happiness. I’ve had a lot of dental work done by at least 10 different dentist over many years, and this is by far the best group I’ve had. Dr. Rose, assisted by Michelle, has provided crowns, bridges, individual restorations and whitening treatments that have given me back a smile I’m unashamed to show. It has made a huge difference in my life and my self assurance. Melissa has the most confident touch of any hygienist I have ever had, and her advice and suggestions for care have been extremely valuable. Rebecca and the ladies at the front desk (I’m ashamed I don’t know all your names!) are helpful, cordial, and always willing to adjust appointment times if needed. My wife and I have recommended this group to colleagues at work and to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. Guys, please know that you are my most important health care pros. Thanks for your great friendliness. And thanks for the fishing stories, Doc.

I went in a few weeks ago to get a filling replaced near the back of my mouth. Greg Rose and his assistant did an excellent job with the procedure. It did not take long at all but the procedure was very thorough. I experienced minimal to no pain during the Novocain injection either. I would recommend this dentist over any other dentist in Abq.

Dr. Rose is awesome and with Invisalign, he has made my teeth look spectacular! I’m so happy with the progress so far and every time I come in, he and his staff are incredibly nice! I have been going to Dr. Rose for 3 years and have no complaints. I have had several hygienists throughout the years, and they have all been excellent. They recommended Invisalign, but I was skeptical at first. There was no pressure to do it, but I did eventually decide to do it. I am very happy with the results. He also referred me to an excellent oral surgeon to take out my wisdom teeth.

After moving to Albuquerque I had a really hard time finding a dentist through my Texas insurance. I found Dr Rose online and am so glad I did! Dr. Rose is the friendliest dentist I have ever encountered. He makes it a point to say hello to you whether you are getting your teeth cleaned or coming in to change your Invisalign liners. And the staff is excellent, always welcoming and very friendly. They know you by name and go out of their way to make you smile. I am so glad I’ve found such a wonderful place to go for all my teeth needs! 🙂

I started going to Dr. Rose at the beginning of 2013 thanks to the great customer service I received from Rebecca at the first point of contact early on a Friday morning when I needed help because of my TMJ.. She scheduled me in immediately within a half hour of the phone call. When I got to the office it was the greatest experience I have ever had when it comes to the dentist. The office was clean, all the staff was so helpful, and they took care of me as if I had been going there forever. After x-rays and seeing what was going on Dr. Rose did what he could that day to get me back to normal till I could finally open my mouth again. He even called me that Saturday to see if I was doing ok. Since all this began I have started the Invisaligns and on my way to having a better smile. During the Thanksgiving Holiday I had to reach out to Dr. Rose while he was spending time with his family for the holiday and he still managed to take care me in everyway possible. He is an awesome dentist and would never go anywhere else. He is dedicated to his patients and I am so greatful and thankful for that.

I have been searching for a good dentist for years and I finally found a great one! Not only is Dr. Rose a great person but his staff is also wonderful. They are always so nice anytime I’m in the office. Everyone there does excellent work whether it’s teeth cleaning or filing insurance claims. They are always willing to help you out! We were taking a cross country trip with our family and one of the fillings in my front teeth came out. I attempted to find a dentist that would be willing to work on just that tooth (and not ask me to come back for treatment). This was not an easy task, until I called Dr. Rose’s office. Not only was the support staff just wonderful, but every single person that I came in contact with was amazing. Dr. Rose is absolutely wonderful. He fixed my tooth at that one visit, gave me instructions on what to do when we returned home and his office even called to check on me to see how I was doing. Who knew it was possible to look forward to going to the dentist? Dr. Rose and his staff are warm and friendly and felt like family on my very first visit. Speaking of family, they treat everyone in my family from my 10 year old son to my parents. I refer everyone I know (friends, colleagues, dates) and even people I don’t (staff at my son’s school, my Uber passengers, a lady in line behind me at Target) to Dr. Rose. I often think my life would be a little easier if I just walked around with a pocketful of his business cards. They do it all: they fitted my son for a palatal expander; another family member and I are both thrilled with our Invisalign treatment; I have periodontal disease and have seen incredible improvement in just 7 months under Dr. Rose’s and Natalie’s care; a family member has needed significant dental work including a bridge. When I call the office, all I have to say is “Hey, it’s Ellie. I have a question about…” and Liz and Rebecca not only know who I am and go so far out of their way to answer my question, but never make me feel like it’s a stupid question even when I know it is. Dr. Rose casually mentioned the other day that I need a crown and my reaction wasn’t shock or fear, but merely an “Oh, ok,” because I wholeheartedly trust that I am in the most capable hands. Last month, as I went in for a five minute appt to pick up my next set of Invisalign, I realized that my son was hypoglycemic for the first time. Everyone in the office came to say hi and asked if he was ok. Dr. Rose and Rebecca scoured the office for everything my son would need to feel better and came back with cookies, soda, peanut butter, and trail mix. My son stopped shaking and had color back in his face within minutes because they wouldn’t let us leave without taking care of him. Full service doesn’t even begin to cover it. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond every single time, without fail.

I’ve been going there for well over a decade and am always impressed with the work ethic and professional approach of everyone there- not only when working with me and but when working with each other, as well. I don’t think they realize this, but in my opinion, this amazing team has created the benchmark of professionalism to which others can only aspire, I have been accorded the best education about my teeth and gums which has improved my oral care in ways I hadn’t know before. Love this office. This is the most thorough dentist office I have ever used. My three-old adores them and lamented the fact she had to go to the regular doctor’s office to get her vaccines. She’s convinced it would have been much better to go to the dentist instead, tbh it probably would have. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful.
