I have scheduled with Hampton Dental for years. They are quit the Professional Team. They are always willing to educate & explain the why’s with regards to the services & procedures that you are having done. I always feel confident with each appointment, that things are going to be completed with the utmost care & professionalism.

What a fantastic staff!  Not only have all the staff been super friendly, but they are whole-heartedly understanding with regard to the financial burden that dental work can have on even a stable budget.  They have worked so hard and fast to get me in and provided me with every financial solutions resource available to lessen the stress.  I am so immensely grateful for the treatment I’ve received both professionally and personally.

Very fast, but pleasant service! EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE I’ve had thus far, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist was phenomenal. They actually treat you like a person and make you want to come back. I mean who actually wants to visit the dentist? I love Hampton Dental, and I’m sure you will too!

Went in with a tooth ache n came out free of pain. Doctor Rick explained my options thoroughly after exam n x-rays. I had a badly infected tooth that couldn’t be saved. The extraction was pain free just as he promised, even the cost was affordable. His staff was very polite n professional. God blessed me with Hampton Dental after randomly googling dentist near me. What a find!!

I cannot put into words the gratitude I feel to Dr. Richard Winter and his associates at Hampton Dental. I had a very unique situation that I really believed impossible to conquer. First, let me say that I had a consultation with Dr. Rick at the beginning of February, and I misunderstood some things and became overwhelmed and ended up writing a negative review. Dr. Rick himself contacted me by telephone immediately to figure out where things went wrong in our conversation and to rectify the situation. He made it clear that he was not contacting me so I would remove the bad review. He truly cared that I had a bad experience. Let me clarify that this “bad experience” was simply ME misunderstanding some things and leaving without getting the proper clarification. After speaking with Dr. Rick for probably half an hour on the phone, he asked me to come in that day so he could reassess me and so we could talk in person to see if there was a plan of action we could take with my teeth. My situation was unique in that I needed new teeth immediately. I am a Travel RN, and I was leaving for Montana for three months in just a little over two weeks. I had only three teeth left in my bottom jaw that were basically decayed and useless and an upper denture that was over 10 years old and made me feel very insecure about my smile. Dr. Rick and his staff were UNBELIEVABLY helpful and flexible. They squeezed me in to see them at least five times to go through every step necessary to take impressions, make a new set of dentures for both my top and bottom, and convinced a local oral surgeon to squeeze me in as well, so that I could get all of this work done before I left for my assignment in Montana. It was amazing how hard they all worked to get all of this done in under two weeks. Dr. Rick also explained that my first set of upper dentures were not made in a way that really helped my features, and he asked me to trust him in making this new denture with different size and shape of teeth. Three days before I was set to leave for Montana, my teeth were finished and I had surgery! Dr. Rick even squeezed me in for a recheck before I left. It is now almost two months later, and I am completely in love with my new smile, and I get compliments all of the time regarding my beautiful smile. It has made me look younger than I did with my old teeth, and has definitely given me a confidence boost. They are beautiful teeth that fit perfectly! Trusting him was the right thing to do!!! I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rick and his staff, and I am now a loyal patient who will see him for every and any dental needs I have in the future, and of course, I would recommend him and his staff to everyone! The first place I’ve have encountered where they truly care about you as a person and a patient! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much, Dr. Rick. I truly don’t have the words to express it enough!

I love this dentist office my family and I have been going her for years now and we love it. The staff is great, friendly, very helpful and genuinely cares about your oral health. Don’t be fool by this location it can easily fix ( in snooty neighborhood) upscale neighborhood. I love them… they are down to earth very professional and just a very clean environment.

Don’t let the neighborhood fool you (and honestly, the neighborhood isn’t even bad). I suspect a lot of people are hesitant to go here because of its location, but the location is probably part of the reason that Hampton Dental is able to offer excellent dental work for reasonable prices. This place gave me the best dental experience I’ve ever had. When Dr. Winter realized that my insurance wouldn’t cover the (expensive!!) procedure I’d need to get done, he went out of his way to work with me financially. He was professional but friendly, and really knew what he was doing. My teeth have never looked or felt so good! The people working there remembered me when I had to return for repeat visits, and the assistant was very thorough when she talked me through how I should be brushing and flossing. Every question I had was answered promptly in a way that was very comprehensible to me. I loved this place so much that I regularly recommend it to my friends, and yes, it feels weird recommending a dentist to someone. If I were planning on staying in Milwaukee, there’s no way I’d ever go anywhere else for dental care.

The doctor is a real professional, he made me feel completely comfortable as he fit me in for an emergency first visit!! He fixed my pain and made a plenty with me to fix all of my ailing teeth, and the whole team is doing all they can to use my dental insurance to the max. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming – I’d recommend anyone to go see Drs. Winter at Hampton Dental!!

My experience with Hampton Dental today was very easy … My procedure was handled in a very professional and yet compassionate manner … The Dental Personal, Tracy, seem to go out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the duration of the procedure, which I really appreciated … We all know how stressful a dental visit can be for some of us … But the staff at Hampton Dental enabled me to relax almost immediately due to their pleasant and caring attitude. I would definitely recommend them to any & everyone

From the moment you step through the door at Hampton Dental, you are greeted with a smile. The wonderful office staff will help to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The friendly hygienists provide excellent preventative oral care. Dr. Bruce and Dr. Rick will welcome you into their office, probably make you laugh, and make sure you walk out of the office feeling great! Dr. Bruce and Dr. Rick truly care for their patients and provide exceptional dental care! Would HIGHLY recommend Hampton Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in the Milwaukee area!!

I always feel special going to see Dr. Richard Winter and his assistant, Julie, at Hampton Dental– I know I’m in good hands. Yesterday’s visit to have two crowns put in proved it. Easiest crowns I ever had. No pain. Out in 45 minutes and they feel so natural. Thank you Dr Winter, Julie and all of the staff at Hampton Dental.

I have gone to Hampton Dental for probably 30 years. They are professional, caring, and very personable. My visits there are like going to see an old family friend. Highly recommended!!!!! 4/3/19…Follow up comment…I cannot say more than what I previously said.(Except now it has been 40 years). My daughter is a patient and my mother has even gone there. They are simply the best!!!!! Highly recommended in professional reviews also!!

As a new patient, I was extremely nervous after two really bad and painful experiences with two previous dentists. Everyone from the receptionists, the hygenists and especially Dr. Winter, have been so friendly, accommodating and have really done their best to make sure I’m comfortable. Since my consultation and deep cleaning, he’s been repairing old, cracked silver fillings and replacing them with natural colored ones, which look so much better! I’ve been very pleased with the services I’ve received and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
