Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They’re thorough, detail-oriented, and actively offer insights, so the quality of their work and the value-add is top notch. They also treat you like family. Once you’ve established a relationship with them, they’ll greet you by name as soon as you walk in the door. They’re friendly, vibrant, and they even offer visits every other Saturday for those with an active work schedule. They’ll work with your schedule to find a time that will work. Tommy especially is great. He’s smart, personable, and professional. He found an issue with my teeth just today during a routine clean-up (moderate grinding), but was able to go to the scans to figure out when the problem occurred, if it was still ongoing, and how to address it. Exceptional work! H&M Family Dentistry is great. Thank you all!!

H&M family dentistry has excellent customer service. Top of the line equipment. Same day root canal and crown. Excellent price plans. Dr. Gao makes sure patient is comfortable. His assistants are as good as he is with patients. I have had a root canal, Crown, removal of wisdom tooth and a repair to my front teeth due to poor job from other dentist office. In the year I’ve come to this office I have also notice kids being treated in this office are content and comfortable during the process. This office follows Covid-19 guidelines. Dr. Gao extracted an infected tooth and did a bone graft to prepare for an implant. I am a service technician for Patterson Dental and switched to this office because of both Dr’s expertise and the new top of the line equipment. I have full trust that I am given all information and reasonable pricing. The standard of care for a practice (for informed decisions) is to have a 3D CT scanner, digital sensors and cameras and a Class B sterilizer (this office has all of these and more). If you are going to an office without these essentials your not getting the highest quality of care that you deserve.

The staff is very friendly! The place is real clean. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while, needless to say I needed some work done. I loved the way they broke down the procedures that need to be done and how much it was going to cost me. And they are very quick. My appointment was at 2pm. I didn’t have to wait 30 min to be seen. They called my name in less than 5 min after I had checked in. Definitely will recommend this place!!

I would definitely recommend this place! The receptionists are amazing compared to many places I’ve been to! They are always so friendly and I notice they always seem to be multitasking with work! The assistants and doctors are also very wonderful! They take the time to make sure they know your concerns about your teeth and show they care. I just dislike waiting so long for an open availability and for a basic teeth cleaning.

Checked in and did about 95% of my paper work online that was sent over to them and finished the rest in the office envoy took like 5 min. Ladies at the front were pretty nice. In the waiting room they have a water fountain, a frog of water bottles and a Kureg coffee machine with several flavored to choose from. X-rays were painless. They have more technology then I’ve personally ever seen at a dentist office ever. She took close up photos of my teeth with a tiny little camera in the room. And in a different room took other X-rays that was a 360, that spun around my head several times for 14 seconds. Pretty cool. SUPER CLEAN! They use disinfectant wipes on everything they touch after use and throw everything away. No mess left out, which screams CLEAN! Love that. Everything is so clean. The dental hygienist Ann (ON) was amazing. She kept asking if I was ok, and would rinse my mouth out a lot to keep me from gagging or choking. A lot might think this should be the norm, and it should be, with the lack of experience i had with my last dentist I saw. But this one, I’m very pleased. I believe I will be sticking with them. The dentist, Dr. Hua Gao, was nice. And laughed at my jokes. He gave me some advise. FLOSS at least once a day. Lol. Ok!!! Thanks!!! Will BE BACK in 6 months for my next apt.

My three boys and I have moved to the Dam East/Dam West Subdivision area in Aurora by the Cherry Creek dam. I started looking for good dentiest within a reasonable distance. I began by contacting my insurance for a referral. So, I was referred to Dr. Gao and his lovely wife Dr. Suo by my insurance company and it was a wonderful fit. Coincidentally, I speak a little Mandarin and my oldest is taking it at Overland High and the married pair-of-dentists speak Mandarin as well. We found a common ground so-to-speak. I felt relaxed. Dr. Gao perfomed the oral surgery, and I am as afraid of needles as some people are to spiders or heights. However, we got through it and he extracted the tooth successfully. He did a great job! The terrible pain caused by the tooth is gone and I have recovered wonderfully. My three sons are next for a cleaning this weekend and I have one remaining wisdom tooth to pull. We have found our family’s dentistry family! Love it…

Amazing experience. All of their staff is so friendly and they easily make you feel comfortable. They constantly ask if your okay or if anything hurts while they work on your teeth. They did an amazing job with my almost 2 year old and they even let me have her lay on my chest while they worked on me so she felt safe in a new environment. My husband liked them as well and they are very informative when it comes to the financial aspect. Can’t wait to go back honestly, they really take care of you and don’t beat around the bush. They even talk to you and have conversations with you to help you relax and just feel welcomed. Not awkward at all. They keep it so clean and I personally saw after every time they used something on me for X-rays or etc. they would immediately sanitize it afterwards. They even sanitized every room right after you left it so it was clean and safe for the next patients. I was impressed. They are not slacking at all! Love them!!

I’ve been going to H and M family Dentistry for many years. I have had nothing but great experience with both dentists, Dr. Gao and Dr.Sui, as well as my hygienist and administrative staff. I usually schedule my appointments many weeks or months ahead of time, but there were few times that they went out of their way to get me short-notice appointments and provide dental care so I could leave with zero pain and a smile on my face. I’ve been living in Denver for 5 years and have been a loyal patient of H&M Dentistry for almost three years. Even once I moved to a new neighborhood further away from the office, I will keep making the trips to see the doctors, nurses and staff at H&M because of how well I feel treated by them. They are clean, friendly, professional and fun. My latest visit involved an extraneous time in the chair to change my silver fillings for white ones. I’ve made the mistake of poor dental hygiene and now I’m paying for it. In pain, discomfort, swelling, I can’t chew, but one thing I’m not doing is paying to much money for my procedure. Dr. Gau is amazing, kind, talented and he cares about his patients and their wellbeing. He is working with me on a payment plan to cover the stuff Medicaid doesn’t pay for. He gave me 50% off on top of a fair payment plan. He let me choose the amount to pay, no amount to little, just make a effort and I’ll help you. That’s what he said!! I think this whole dental office is amazing. They even take Medicaid which is a plus because other dental offices charge nearly $200.00 out of pocket for a cleaning, while this office charges $40.16 for a cleaning. Plus everything they do is excellent. Brought my daughter down after a previous dentist couldn’t find the cause of her tooth pain. They found it immediately! We were shocked but made plans to fix the situation. My daughter needed two fillings and had a serious root situation in one tooth, and their dentist insisted we see an endodontist immediately. We seriously took their advice and followed through with the fillings. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating, and helped us find an excellent endodontist. The office is clean and modern and the staff are all top notch. They even have an endodontist for root canals. I was very impressed with all of their professionalism and kindness. I’ve never really cared for a dental company I’ve been screwed up by perfect teeth and consistently disrespected by bright now dental but the people at H&M are the polar opposite from any other company I’ve encountered. H&M actually has extremely friendly front desk girls that try really hard to make you feel like family the dental assistants are fast, thorough, and super nice!! The dental doctors are the exact same super nice and actually express an interest in helping you and being as gentle as possible to accommodate your comfort level. Clerks are very nice. Always try best to fix problem for customer. I took the wrong insurance card, they said they could gave me discount price for new customer without insurance. If I found my insurance information later, they could refund the money to me. I was very scared to see doctor always. But the dentist made me feel comfortable and not nervous. I haven’t been to the dentist for about 17 years I didn’t feel comfortable in one and was scared because of what happened when I was 12. I got to the point in life where it was hard to eat on one side of my mouth and was like okay I need to face my fear and go in. As soon as I walked in the door I felt calmed and relaxed and welcomed. The front agent Bobbie was amazing is amazing she so bubbly and nice and will always put a smile on your face. I’m also 6 months pregnant so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get anything done unless I was in a lot of pain. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a dentist and that is scared to go because the entire staff there was amazing . I definitely cried during my surgery but they made sure that I was comfortable and okay. With that being said if you think the dentist is scary and you don’t feel comfortable going, go to this place here best customer service that I have experienced in a long time and they work with you to make sure you have everything you need for the next appointment or for the future. I just really want to thank the staff because I was really nervous and y’all did not judge me for crying or anything y’all just comforted me and that made this experience even better.
