Dr. Hawley has the nicest, cleanest, and most beautiful office! He is a super nice guy who knows how to give everyone a great smile. Every single one of his staff members are wonderful and so kind! They are always going out of their way to do nice things and be involved in the community. We 100% recommend them to anyone interested in braces or invisalign!! They are wonderful!

The staff are always so welcoming and personable. Dr. Hawley will listen if you think something is wrong and reassure you of the process. You don’t have to dread your trip here! Also love how involved in the community this office is!!

I started my braces journey with Dr. Herd at Exclusively Orthodontics, but after a year he suddenly retired and I got transferred to Dr. Hawley at Hawley Orthodontics. Hawley and all staff are great, everyone is really nice and polite. As far as braces care goes, I did not have any problems. Funny story; when I was at Dr. Herd’s office before, and when I was on the chair with an orthodontist, I told her of my plans to study abroad. She immediately started panicking, saying there is no way that braces could be done before the departure. She told the other orthodontists in the office, they all started panicking too, like a bunch of hens in a Disney movie! After I got transferred to Dr. Hawley and I told him about my study abroad plans, he just shrugged it off and said that is no problem, haha! And that is basically how my year and a half with care under Dr. Hawley went. As I am writing this, I have been free of braces for a week and just completed my last appointment for awhile. Now I just have to get used to the bulky retainers :/ .

I have to write more than a few sentences on this review because the staff at Hawley is awesome!!! I have been bringing my son there for over 3 years. I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. I tell all my friends how blessed I am that we have this orthodontist Hawley. I have honestly ne All the girls and doc. go above and beyond for my son and myself. For sure I would rate this place a 12 stars out of 10.

Dr. Hawley and his staff are as good as it gets. Our daughter was in his care for braces. She had a bad biking accident where she lost a tooth, broke her jaw, and ended up in the Emergency Room. Dr. Hawley and his assistant personally came up to the ER way after office hours to help, followed up that evening to ensure her oral surgeon was a good one, AND sent her ice cream the VERY next day. They fit us in for an hour+ appointment after our release from the hospital to get her braces fixed and ready for the oral surgeon. Not only is their office clean, warm, inviting, comfortable and friendly, but they really and truly CARE about their patients. Thank you Dr. Hawley, and every single staff member. Dr. Hawley and his team are wonderful. They make my 10 year old feel comfortable each visit. They are all so kind and very good about explaining what is needed, what will come next and what the options are. They are quick to respond to questions/calls/emails. We have had a great experience so far. I’d highly recommend it if you are in search of a great orthodontist!

We love Dr. Hawley and his entire staff! Carrie and Lindsay are always so cheerful and accommodating when setting up or changing appointments. All the gals that help Dr. Hawley in the back are personable and interested in my kids’ lives. And Dr. Hawley always takes the time to say “hi” and discuss any issues that may arise. We really feel appreciated as patients. All four of my kids have received orthodontia treatment from Dr. Hawley and we are very happy with the results. I regularly recommend Dr. Hawley to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Hawley Orthodontics has been so amazing to work with, from the initial consultation, to the treatment plan, financial options to braces. Monica makes the financial process stress free with so many options that fit your needs. The front desk is welcoming, you are always greeted with a smile. The orthodontic staff is quick and knowledgeable, explaining the process and making sure to answer any questions. Dr. Hawley has been awesome with educating my kids, being positive and uplifting, very thorough on all his assessments, while giving a realistic expectation for the length of time in braces. I know my kids are in the best hands to care for their braces needs!! Thank you so much for everything!!

My son and daughter both see Dr. Hawley and we’ve been incredibly happy with their treatment. The staff is super kind and is always willing to answer questions without making you feel rushed. We’ve been extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the way Dr. Hawley and his staff treat each patient according to their individual needs….he’s definitely not a “one size fits all” orthodontist, and truly works to create the best plan for each patient. Would highly recommend!

Not sure where to even start! Dr. Hawley and his team are hands down the best around. My daughter started seeing Dr. Hawley last year and is always asking when she gets to go back! I love how the staff are so welcoming the minute you walk in the front door. I’m excited that I have 3 more kiddos needing braces within the next few years so we can keep going to him (although my bank account isn’t excited)

Dr Hawley and all of his staff are amazing!  Appointments always run on time, they understand people have busy lives and stay on schedule.  All questions are answered and if a bracket breaks loose they get you right in.  Their rewards program for my daughter has really helped her stay conscious to her dental health.  No complaints at all!

Dr. Hawley and his staff were an absolute joy to work with through the process of 3 children and 8 sets of braces. Yes, you read that right – 8 sets of braces! Ultimately, the process was worth it; they have not just nice smiles but perfect smiles! Thanks, Dr. Hawley and team!

I have never liked being in the dentist’s office. I never once left the dentist with a smile. When it was time for me to get braces, the orthodontist we went to did not help that. After a bad experience with that orthodontist, we switched to Hawley Orthodontics. The staff are very kind and understanding if you experience pain. Dr. Hawley is always happy to see you and they are all willing to help. The feeling in their office makes you happy to be there. Now, every time I leave Hawley Orthodontics, I always leave smiling.

Christa, Carrie, Ashley and Ruby work the front desk and they are so awesome. They remember who you are and pay attention to the clients needs. I just find it so refreshing to have people that care to remember my name and work with my schedule, it’s a very personable ortho office. My braces are off now but they still have me come in for check ups and still remember my name.

Hawley Orthodontics has made the orthodontics experience so easy for my child and I.  Both Dr. Hawley and his staff are professional, well-educated, friendly, and supportive. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments and is excited about taking excellent care of her teeth because of the awesome rewards program the office has set up. We’ve been going to this office for about a year for my daughters orthodontic work. When we started the office was Igel Orthodontics, with Dr. Igel and Dr. Hawley working as partners. We saw both doctors and were very impressed by both of them. The staff is amazing, the front desk could not be more helpful. They went through every question we had, and took time to sit down and meet with us before we started care to discuss everything from financial options to their recommendations on treatment. The doctors were operating two offices, one in Omaha and one in Papillion, about a month ago we received notice that Dr. Hawley would focus on the Papillion office and it would change names to Hawley Orthodontics, and that Dr. Igel would focus on the Omaha clinic. We had no reservations about this at all, as both doctors are top notch. The transition has been seamless. Dr. Hawley is awesome. Bonus things that must be noted! We love Dr. Hawley and the entire staff at Hawley Orthodontics! Both of my kids have been for consultations, my oldest 3 times before he needed any work done. Each consultation was free and a fantastic experience. No pressure to get anything done. When it was apparent my oldest did need braces the process was super easy from the initial planning, financial aspect and insurance, to getting them on. Every visit has been smooth and quick and a great experience so far. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic work done!

Love love love Hawley. The staff is crazy friendly and my son is always gone way faster than I expect. Aside from a great experience every time, my favorite thing is that they do free evaluations years in advance of any actual orthodontic work being needed. My son was seen regularly for 2-3 years before we were ready for braces.

I love the atmosphere at Hawley Orthodontics. Every time I visit the staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in what they do and provide top of the line customer service. The same goes for Dr. Hawley himself, he is always so kind and makes me feel valued. I love their newer location as well, it is so bright, fun, and a clean facility to visit. I enjoy seeing the team on social media doing fun events with the prettiest smiles on their faces! I highly recommend this business!
