Great office and staff. This past February 2020 I had oral surgery done to remove my wisdom teeth and an additional tooth (5 in total). I work in the dental field but have never had a “surgery” before. The surgeon was nice, his assistants *tried* to calm me as best they could but my heart was racing like crazy lol! Felt like I was asleep for a minute! Woke up, and felt great. Everything healed nicely. The price for oral surgery was very fair, after insurance of course. Additionally, I have had one full exam and one cleaning, both the doctor and hygienist were kind! As well as the front desk girl with the braces. She’s very nice, and friendly any time I call! I intend to come back for my future needs. They gave me a cost run down of all the work I need done in the future, they also gauged what is most important versus what can wait a while!

Just had two crowns done by Dr. Lee I am very happy with the crowns as well as the procedures and his assistant’s are top notch …. Dr. Lee was very gentle very thorough and very quick ….the front office very helpful and very pleasant and knowledgeable and this is coming from an retired registered dental assistant of 43 years in the field …. thank you

Hemet Dental Group is THE BEST dentist/orthodontist office around, I promise you. I live in San Francisco, 8 hours away, and I commute once a month for Ortho. All of the staff always greet me by name and are very friendly. Special shoutout to Jose. I’ve had no issues with payments, and the staff here are very clear about the services you’re paying for, the amount, when it’s due, etc. Ortho always makes my visits very fast, and they always brighten up my day because of how friendly they are. Fast, friendly, and reliable service, it’s rare to find a combination of all three of these . Thank you hemet dental group for all of your hard work.

I hate going to the dentist but I couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer so my wife made a new patient appointment with Dr Lee. Wow, this is the first time I’ve been to the dentist and I didn’t feel a thing. I have 1 tooth removed and 2 fillings. The staff was very nice, explained all my options and didn’t try to nickle and dime me. It was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist, ever.

I love my dentist! Really! Ok, the truth is I love any Dr I’ve ever seen here. Their chair-side manner is always great and they’re always on schedule. Not to mention they have the latest sci-fi technology. Today I had an oral cancer screening (no charge) with their new space age thingie. A kind of UV light… If you’re looking for a great dentist this is the place!

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews on this dental office. I’ve never had such a smooth dental experience. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years and I usually get left sitting in a room for an hour or longer. That absolutely didn’t happen here. Every person I dealt with was friendly and considerate. They were sensitive to my personal financial needs, flexible with my choices, offered a 20% discount for a holiday program I wouldn’t have known about otherwise, and I got approved for no interest over 18 months despite a bankruptcy a year ago. I had a tooth pulled and a bridge prepared and was in and out in under an hour and half. I felt that was more than reasonable. I am very happy with my service. My only disappointment is that I’m moving and will not be able to keep them as my primary dentist once my treatment is complete.

5 Stars for sure!  I’m no spring chicken.  At 68 I’ve endured a lot of old school pain in dentist’s chairs.  I have many friends in Hemet who were quite impressed and recommended Dr. Frederick Lee DMD & his very fine staff as well as their advanced technology.  For the first time in many years, I actually have all my teeth!!  Well, with a little help from Dr. Lee.  Of course I’m still a little behind in understanding all the technology but boy do I like it!  Thanks again Dr. Lee and thanks also to your amazing staff!

Every time we go, we have a great experience.  Dr. Lee is friendly & takes the time to talk & answer any questions.  Courtney, the hygienist, is sweet & talkative.   We’ve had a few different assistants help out on different occasions, but I have to praise my favorite.  MARIETTA is fantastic! She always plays along with the kids, no matter how frivolous the topic.  She’s professional & thorough as well as fun & kind.  I always hope we get her when we go.  End note, facilities are always clean & most employees smile at us even though they don’t know us.

The entire staff is friendly and efficient.  I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and I am treated like a person with a life and opinion rather than just a patient.  They call me by name and they all get along well with each other as well.  Very comforting environment and they take individual problems, such as a gag reflex, into consideration to make the x-ray and cleaning process less difficult all around.

I have never been so happy with a dental group before. The staff made me feel more than comfortable. They are very attentive to your needs. Dr. Lee was super. He always let me know what he was doing while he was working on my teeth. The worst part for me is the shots. He was so good, not one time did it hurt. His dental assistance was great too. The whole staff is great. I don’t have insurance, but they worked with me and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.  One happy customer, Eileen P.

Came in for my check-up and had a wonderful visit as usual. I was greeted with a smile by Liz the receptionist, Courtney the hygienist was very gental worked me into her schedule and Yoli the assistant did a wonderful job with my X-rays (my least favorite part) made them quick and painless. Best part was my exam. Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 3 years and although I’ve moved would never consider going anywhere else. He is always thorough and ensures I receive my dental care as painless as possible. I have already referred many friends and family and will continue doing so knowing they are in good hands 🙂

The Dentist and staff are awsome, the oral surgeon and crew simply impressed me, Im difficult and had extreme fear and they simply handled it, treated me and my fears so well I wish I could do it all over again. I was lucky to find them to provide my services! Thanks everyone for helping me! I have seen some bad reviews towards this place and I think those people went elsewhere and clicked on the wrong facility, I came I saw I listened and I’m sure the haters must have made a mistake somehow towards this group. You guy’s rock!

Wow, after reading other reviews I have to wonder if they are writing about the right Dental Group. I am a dental phobe. They have ALWAYS treated me gently and with understanding. I have periodontal cleanings (deep scaling) and it is PAINLESS. Courtney is wonderful. Dr. Lee and Dr. Choi have worked on me replacing old crowns that were ill-fitting and cracking. They also had to deal with 2 cracked teeth. I have had bad reactions to the pain injections but not here. And they always have an assistant with you. Best dentists I have had in 68 years. No reservations about recommending them.

I came in from Seattle to visit my parents. I had chipped my tooth and was in extreme pain. my dad took me to his Dentist, Dental Group & Orthodontics and OMG! I was so impressed and so well taken care of it was the best experience ever. We were very satisfied. My family and I all had appointments together. Each of the treatments were explained. Costs for services were explained and insurance coverage reviewed with me. Options for payment were explained and their prices are very reasonable. Treatment was comfortable and almost painless. Everyone was so helpful. Everything was explained and made clear to me. Dr Lee is great – I love the staff.

I found Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics in August 2017 when my tooth cracked as I was eating something “soft.” I knew I was in trouble. I prayed to find a good dentist. I googled different dentist in the Hemet area where I live, and found Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics, that ended up being right around the corner from where I live. It had been years since I seen a dentist. This was due to my fear of the dentist that starting during childhood and continued into adulthood. Each visit was always unpleasant and painful in the past. Thank the Lord for Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics…All my visits, I was greeted with a smile and a very professional and pleasant hello from the front desk, to X-ray Tech “Rachel” kind and professional, to the finance representative “Brenda” professional and very detailed, she made sure I understood what the cost and what it covered. I loved my Hygienist “Courtney” very thorough, patient and professional. Dr. Lee my Dentist was amazing… Dr. Lee came into the waiting area and escorted me to the patients room. I thought that was so personable. I told him how afraid I was and why…he was very patient with me, and as he examined my tooth, he explained each step that was needed to repair my tooth. The equipment they used is state of the art. I needed a deep cleaning, root canal, and a crown. Not all in one day however, I was impressed…the visits were quite comfortable and painless. I have made Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics my oral health home. Thank you so much Hemet Dental Group and Orthodontics for being such a professional organization and making my dental experience so pleasant. Everyone that assist in getting my oral health back on track, has been AWESOME! P.S. Courtney my Hygienist, Thank you so much for referring me to the Oral-B electric tooth brush… First I floss, then brush with the Oral-B electric tooth brush. It’s a “no brainer” The Oral-B electric tooth brush let me know when I’m finished brushing each station, the top front and back teeth, and the lower front and back teeth, this allows me to know my teeth are thoroughly clean when I’m done brushing!

My husband and I have been going to Hemet Dental Group for over a year and we have been pleased with Dr. Lee and his staff. We are always provided options and it’s our final decision on what is decided. They have all the state of art equipment and love the fact that a CAP is completed in the same visit. (Of course you pay more for the same day service, but your getting a Metal Free CAP. No complaints and recently referred a family member to see Dr. Lee.

I was very surprised to see such low ratings for this dental office, I have been going there for five years have been extremely happy. I had  4 bone grafts yesterday, Dr. Yun was extremely nice efficient and very good. The doctor actually called this morning to see how I was feeling and to go over any instructions that I didn’t understand this is what I call professionalism. You only get one set of teeth I’m willing to pay more to keep them. Good job to all of Hemit  dental from your receptionist to your dentist to your hygienist you’ve all been really really good.

Very satisfied patient! From the dentist to the front reception, dental hygienist and assistants, they were all warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome and kept me comfortable through my procedure! I am a new patient and the doctor made sure to introduce himself and get to know me as a patient, first and foremost.  I did not wait long for my care at all and I was well aware of everything that was going to happen next. They even gave me a blanket! I have my future appointments booked as well for my personal dental plan/services. They kept me informed of all options and what costs would be for the services that I chose. I was not pressured into anything. I highly recommend this dental office. Best experience at a dental office, hands down!

This is the best dental office i have ever been to. Everyone from the front office staff(Liz and Dina) to the assistants(Heather and Marrieta), Benefits Coordinator(Jessica) to the AMAZING Dr. Fred Lee have all taken care of me with ease and made all my experiences pain free. This office is no more expensive than any other dentist I have ever been to in town and the quality of work here is incredible. I will refer this office to all my family, friends and even strangers!!

I started going to the Hemet Dental Group in January of this year, and have been very impressed by their professionalism.  Dr. Lee just today replaced a filling with a porcelain crown, and the procedure was very impressive.  He takes digital photographs of the tooth that the crown will be capping, and then the crown itself is constructed by a computer driven machine.  The entire process took only two hours and the crown fits perfectly and looks great.  I also had a teeth cleaning from Joy today, and was very impressed by her as well.  She used a laser to clear up some gum infection I had, another example of this office’s use of the latest in technology.  I also was very impressed by Rebecca, who coordinated my insurance coverage.  The entire staff, from Dr. Lee down, is highly friendly, patient and professional.  I highly recommend them.

My first trip to the dentist in several years. Dr. Fred  is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and all of his staff are pleasant and informative. They explain the options available for your care and the prices. They don’t try to push you into anything. Dr. Fred and every technician was very gentle. The entire staff is friendly, helpful  and extremely talented. They spent as much time with me as was needed to facilitate my care and address my concerns. With a dentist like Dr. Fred and his staff I will have no problem seeing them on a regular basis. This is the best dental office in the valley. If you go to another dentist your going to the wrong dentist. Thank you Hemet Dental Group.
