My dentist of 8 years dropped our dental insurance this year. I was in search of a new facility and decided to give Henderson Family Dental a shot and am so pleased that I did! Quality of care and excellent customer service from A-Z are key indicators of a great healthcare facility. They did not disappoint. Every point of contact in this facility was through, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in detail. The staff did not try to sell me unnecessary products. In fact, I was thinking of getting Invisalign and Dr. Jeff Nguyen told me to save my money because I didn’t need it. I highly recommend Henderson Family Dental. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect dentist visit. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the wait time short. The office was comfortable and clean. Caroline Nguyen was so nice and informative and gentle. She really made the visit an excellent one. Dr. Nguyen was great and took time to explain his treatment plan and reasoning. He made sure any questions I had were answered and I never felt rushed. The tv was a good distraction during the cleaning (lots of choices for things to watch) and a nice tool for seeing close-up pictures of my teeth during Dr. Nguyen’s explanation of treatment. I would definitely refer Dr. Nguyen and his office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was a New Patient with anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Nguyen and his staff were wonderful and eased my emotions. I would highly recommend this office. I gave them my Insurance and did have a small deductible applied to my cleaning and before I came in the office the Office Manager called to let me know my out of pocket cost that helped me prepare for any unexpected fee’s. Dr. Nguyen explained everything to me and showed me what I needed in the future! I will definately being coming back and sending out referrals!!!

I have been going to Henderson Family Dental for years, and I refuse to find another dentist even though my commute is about 35 minutes. That’s how much I love this dental office, the dentists, and the office staff. Katherine is one of my favorite hygienists! She is so attentive and detail-oriented, and she truly provides the best service every time. The front desk staff have always been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Henderson Family Dental is a fabulous place. I’ve had a ton of work done here, and I’ve been satisfied every time.

I cannot recommend the staff at Henderson enough! I found Henderson Family Dental through my insurance company’s recommendation and the level of service here was uniquely excellent. They quickly returned my calls, patiently answered my financial, medical, and admin questions, and went above and beyond gathering diagnostics on my teeth so that no tooth was left unexamined. Katherine was a pleasure to talk to and we even swapped photos of our travels to the same country. COVID protocols were kept and expectations were so easily set via text message. Thanks guys!

Seriously best practice ever! I’ve been going here for about 8 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I have had cavities and teeth issues all my life, having gone to 8+ dentists nobody compares to Dr. Nguyen. The staff is nice, knowledgeable and Dr. Nguyen is truly an expert. Look no further, you’ve found the best dental practice!!

I have been going to see Dr. Nguyen and his staff at Henderson Family Dental for almost 5 years now? They always make me feel comfortable, at home almost. Dr. Nguyen always answers my questions, makes thorough recommendations – but also notes when something a prior dentist was doing was unnecessary and I was paying for all these treatments somewhere else for nothing! I have been under the hands of all of their hygienists and had a really good experience, my dentals are in great health thanks to Dr. Nguyen and their team! My recent visit was with hygienist Katherine and it was a great time! They let you watch Netflix while they work so after an episode of 2 youre all set! Booking appointments is easy – they text reminders and you can ask questions via text as well. Office staff are courteous, informed, quick. I have moved now – and am dreading finding another family practice like Dr. Nguyen’s it just does not exist.

My husband and I both went to Henderson Family Dental and we were absolutely thrilled with the well versed and caring staff. The entire experience was seamless with advanced the technology and they even had the option to watch Netflix. The dentist was kind and invested in the time spent to discuss my teeth and treatments needed. He was very honest which made me feel very comfortable about his recommendations. I have told friends about Henderson Family Dental to since my visit as well, definitely check them out.

FINALLY, a dental office I can trust! For years, I have been going to a fancy-dentist in Collin County whose rates are astronomical – with a pushy salesperson at the front desk to boot. After being referred to Dr. Nguyen, I went in with that office’s treatment plan – and without me even asking, the great ladies at the front desk beat it by miles AND had me scheduled for the next day. Dr. Nguyen fixed my bridge perfectly in under an hour – where the old place had me having a root canal, new bridge made, etc., which would have cost thousands and lots of time from work. I recently went in for a deep clean with Katherine and Dr. Seo, and they were kind, gentle, and walked me through the entire process. This office is a refreshing change – honest, caring and no-frills (though the Netflix and Oculus headsets are a nice touch!). I highly recommend them and now my entire family sees them as well!

Background Story: I’d been to a few dentists. I say few and mean FEW. It’s never been a pleasant experience, painful, prolonged/expensive procedures, what seemed to be caveman like techniques/technology and the wait times — OH the wait times. Waiting in the sitting area, waiting in the chair and some more waiting as the dentist worked on me between other patients. Which would be, why I didn’t complete a treatment plan on a molar. This is what going to the dentist is like… it is what it is- or so I thought. Fast forward, the incomplete work on my molar had now being troublesome. Not painful, but I knew I had to do something before it got to a painful stage ASAP. Henderson Family Dental Experience: First visit, my fists were clenched and I was tense all the way from x-rays onto my dental cleaning. I mentioned having had bad experiences in the past. The staff and Dr. Nguyen checked on my comfort level time and time again. They offered breaks if needed making for a great experience. I was on their time… not the other way around. My comfort level and pain matters to them?! WOW! Dr. Nguyen, his office/support staff truly listen. They actually ask for patient input when working up a treatment plan or scheduling an appointment. I’ve felt at such ease and comfort, that I’ve almost fallen asleep in the chair-while they worked on me. I didn’t have to take any anxiety medications, laughing gas or anything. I absolutely love Dr. Nguyen. I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends and would never hesitate to continue to refer people. 

I have not been to the dentist in around 7 years and have had very poor experiences with dentists in the past. After looking at a lot of reviews for dentists in the Dallas area I came upon Henderson Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed. Dr. Nguyen uses state of the art technology and conducts a very good appointment/cleaning. He was very gentle and kept checking in to see if I was OK. He takes X-Rays and takes photos of your teeth so when talking about your teeth you can relate to the medical talk (X-Rays) and see exactly what he is talking about on the pictures. I’m not going to lie, I had quite a few cavities. Dr. Nguyen and his staff gave me a detailed quote for all the work that would be done on my teeth and how it related to my insurance. He will work with you on the most important things that need to be done first if price is an issue. Not once was I pressured or tied down to getting any procedures done. I will be recommending this practice to everyone.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and have only had great experiences. In addition to the the amazing staff that talk through procedures and insurance details with you to make sure everyone is on the same page, they also have technology that ensures the best treatment plan. One of the best things is how they deal with kids. My daughter is three and loves coming to see them!

After moving to Dallas we struggled to find a trust worthy dentist, Henderson family dental was a recommendation from a friend and we had the best experience during our new patient appointment and cleaning!! They are so detail oriented, explain so much about their process and what’s going on with things beyond what I have experienced at past dentists. For example they let me know that my bite may have shifted since I had braces many years ago and it may be worth keeping an eye on over the next few years for possible correction. We are so happy to have found them!

I just went to visit this dental offices for the first time after having multiple unhappy experiences at other dental offices. It was such a great experience. They took the time to listen to what I wanted (wisdom teeth, straighter teeth) and gave me a plan to resolve everything I want to fix. They were very clear on insurance coverage as well and what I would need to pay. And on top of that, everyone was super awesome and made sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

I just completed my appointment with Dr. Jeff Nguyen on August 5, 2011. As this was my first appointment, I was wary, especially since I had no referral. I found the office online and took a shot in the dark. Well, I am pleased to report that I found gold! I will definitely return and hopefully I have found my dentist in Dallas. I came there with pain and expected to have pain throughout the weekend. I left without pain and on the road to recovery. Thanks to Dr. Nguyen’s professionalism and expertise, I felt comfortable and knew that I was in good hands. The location is in an up and coming area of Dallas. The interior is clean and modern. I drove from Addison crossing my fingers that I wasn’t wasting gas and I can say that it was well worth it. Great doctor and staff! I don’t know why anyone would rate them as one star! Pay no attention to that which is not based in facts. Check him out!

Dr. Nguyen has a wonderful bedside manner! He treats his patients like family, always asking about the welfare of my kids and husband by their names. (His wife, dentist Dr. Caroline Nguyen is also awesome!) Jeff seems to use the latest technologies in his office. The instant Xrays/photos that he connects to the TV screen in front of each patient chair, give a clear picture of what is going on with your teeth. Using these images, Jeff explains exactly what treatment is needed and why. The TV screen also provides a great distraction during treatment! I was able to choose from Netflix what I wanted to watch. Definitely helpful for a longer than normal procedure! My recent visit was for a crown for a very old cavity, with deep cracks. Jeff ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way, stopping at least twice to administer more numbing agent when I needed it. I can’t recommend Dr. Jeff Nguyen highly enough!

I have a fear of dentists so when I went for my appointment I was pretty nervous. However, after I checked in I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be called back. The entire time I was there someone was with me and working (not one of those offices that takes you to the exam room and let’s you sit there). The techs and dentists were super nice and addressed my concerns. The person who cleaned my teeth did a fabulous job and they were so clean and sparkly when I left. I didn’t leave with tons of saliva or blood (or pain from rough flossing) like at other dentists offices. So impressed with this place and I will definitely be back.

I have only great things to say about Henderson Family Dental! Everyone is always so friendly, I get to watch Netflix while I get my teeth cleaned, they have the always have the newest technology, and they’re extremely efficient! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 min to be seen and I’m always done in less than 30 min.
