I recently had a crown prep and the temporary crown was giving me trouble. I gave them a call and they were able to work me in the same day. I was helped by Lisa who was extremely kind and helpful at figuring out my problem. I was relieved of my discomfort and on my way in a half hour. I have always found Henderson Mill Dental Care puts my health and comfort first!

After years of ignoring dental needs I was referred to Dr. John Uetsuki for some much needed attention. During my first visit with Dr. Uetsuki I expressed my bad former experience and fear of the dentist. He and his staff understood my fear and took great care of me. That was 3 years ago. Now, I no longer fear going to the dentist. From the beautiful front desk employees to my wonderful Dental Hygienist, Connie and Nurse Korlu, thank you all for always making me feel comfortable. Dr. Uetsuki’s gentle hands has made me a forever patient. I’ve even referred my daughter for her braces. She now has an even more beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Uetsuki and staff.

I am so glad I found this practice. They have no Wait time, friendly staff, comprehensive care, and are super gentle and pain free. I would give Dr. U six stars if I could. I have dental anxiety due to some awful prior care. This office has been able to alleviate my stress and keep me comfortable. I don’t avoid regular care anymore. Thank you HMDC!

I have been a loyal patient at Henderson Mill Dental Care for over twenty-five (25) years which has included a change in my dentist as my original dentist retired. The care I have received from my dentist has been exceptional, and the staff has always been very accommodating of my travel schedule and coordinate to change my appointments and work me in when they know I will not be in town. For many, a visit to the dentist’s office is a harrowing experience; however, for me, it is an opportunity to visit friends. The administrative and support staff are just absolutely wonderful, and the environment is certainly one of warmth, caring, compassion, and love. Everyone at Henderson Mill Dental Care is genuine and sincere, and it is truly a blessing to have them take care of me

About 6 years ago I had dental work done by another dentist that really messed up my bite. I came to Dr. Uetsuki at Henderson Mill with my problem. He did a thorough and careful evaluation of my problem and proposed a joint effort with an orthodontist to resolve my problem. The two doctors collaborated closely for over 4 years to restore the structure of my mouth. I can only say that the level of care and detail that Dr. Uetsuki has provided far surpasses that of any other dental practice that I have used. Dr. Uetsuki even drove to the office to meet me late one evening when a temporary crown came loose. Also, the helpfulness of the staff with insurance planning and the overall friendliness of the place have made it a pleasure to be a patient, as my entire family will attest. I completely recommend Henderson Mill Dental Care.

I am a new patient. I had some bad experiences in the past and was very anxious about the root canal I needed. Dr. Uetski is the best. I was worried about the numbing shot – past dentists have always hit the nerve. Not Dr. U!! The staff is very accommodating and cross trained. They put me at ease. So glad I found this practice! I have been going here for over ten years, they whole staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. They are very helpful in finding you time in your busy schedule to get you in to get your dental work done. They are great with a family as well, both my husband and daughter go here and they make sure we take advantage of our dental plan for cleanings each six months. Dr. Uetski is my primary dentist and is very good at what he does. The hygienists are great and always remember your name and family as well as the front desk staff as well. There is never a long wait and you get in and out pretty quickly. All in all, I would highly recommend this dental office.

Most are concerned in this moment of COVID-19 if it is safe to go to the dentist. My answer is YES.. Kudos to Henderson Mill Dental Care for their professional, efficient and outstanding service. From my arrival to my departure they adhered to CDC guidelines, prepared a safe and clean environment. My hygienist Keri deserves acknowledgment for impeccable service and her calming demeanor while allaying my fears.

I felt the Covid practices were well done. I noticed constant glove changes, curtains at all rooms, no one in waiting rooms, no one in hallways when patients were coming and going. Beyond that- I’m not a fan of dentist offices- bad childhood memories- they were kind- took time to ask and answer questions before we began and I was given cost before any procedures began- I had an old filling removed and new one done. It’s was quick. I’ll be back.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a dentist, but I feel like I owe these guys a review. Shortest wait time of any office I’ve been to. Then the nurse was friendly, funny, affable, and professional. The dentist himself is a laid back expert. He does his job well and with a good attitude. I went for one cleaning and then returned for cavity removal. Both visits were fast and easy. My only regret is I am a college student and am only here for the summer (thus will have to find someone else near my university). If you’re in the area, choose this dentist.
