I’m not even close to sure how this office doesn’t have better reviews. The interior design is like something from a home and garden magazine. The staff is knowledgeable and calls several times to confirm appointments. As someone that works for a doctor and deals with a similar environment from day to day, this is how a doctors office is supposed to be run. Let’s go over the awesome. 1) When I called before my appointment they gave me a self pay price for my visit and that is exactly what I was charged upon leaving. Consistency is amazing to me. 2) The doctor is understanding, personable, reasonable, and has excellent manners. I work around doctors all day and understand what it’s like to be rubbed the wrong way by one. However, at this establishment I did not have a single issue. She was very accommodating and answered every one of my questions without making me feel stupid. Thank you. 3) The hygienist that I spent a majority of my time with was so friendly and at any given time would go step by step with me on what she was about to do. I let her know ahead of time that the dentist office makes me a bit uneasy and she did everything she could, including numbing ointment, to make me feel comfortable. It’s hard to get me to go to the dentist, and others have tried to recommend their doctors to me. But every time I say “Nah, I’ve got a great doctor.” I’m clearly very pleased with my service here and if you need a good dentist I suggest stopping by Hodges Family Dentistry.

Awesome Dentist. Perfectionist. Must see. She is very patient and understanding of fears. So gentle you cannot feel the needle when she gives a shot. She listens to concerns and prioritizes treatment without being “pushy.” Very informative. Her staff is excellent too. They treat you like you’re family.

If you are looking for a dentist near you and you are anywhere near Hodges Family and Cosmetic Dentistry than look no further. When I arrived in Jacksonville 4 years ago Hodges Family and Cosmetic Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend. Since then I have come to trust and appreciate all that Dr. Martinez and her staff do for their patients   and today she truly proved her loyalty. While her family was taping up windows and doors to the office before a Hurricane Dr. Martinez found time to fix a crown that had come loose earlier that morning. That’s what you can expect from this great group of people. Thank you!

This is the best place to be for your dental care, employees always have smile on their face to greet you as soon as you walk in the clinic and Jell is the best person when it comes helping patient taking care of their BILLS, she even call and write my PROVIDER to insure we are treated right. Each visit to Hodges Family & Cosmetic Dentistry has been very good. The whole team is very professional and takes great care to make you feel comfortable. They also make sure you understand everything they are going to do. This is the best dentist office I have found in the Jacksonville area, and I have visited quite a few since moving to Jacksonville.

Dr Martinez-Hoppe and her staff are Awesome!! I’m 66 years old & have had dental issues all my life. This is the first time I’ve felt so confident and assured with a dental experience. I cannot believe I actually look forward to going to the Dentist. Dr. Blanca Martinez and staff make you feel at home. Her and the staff are polite and friendly. During my dental procedure they made me feel relaxed. The office is kept in pristine condition. My wife and I love the care and attention. Nory, the RDH and all the staff are very patient and make you feel comfortable. All around great experience!

I never dread going to my appointments now because the staff here are awesome! My dental hygienist I get every time is so friendly and my whole cleaning took her 30 mins, in and out! She is very easy to talk to and she answered any questions I had. Dr. Martinez-Hoppe checked over my teeth afterwards and told me I was good to go. Love this office and will continue going here! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist office

I have avoided dental care for years because of anxiety. The office came recommended and rightly so. The staff is compassionate and works with whatever you need to get through it. The dentist is very nice and made recommendations I was comfortable with after I questioned a first opinion. Very glad I went!

I hate the dentist!!!! But I really like Dr Martinez. I chose to come here even though my work was 2k more than another dentist. She is kind, warm, professional, and skilled. Danielle is super kind and night quality assistant dentist and Jill in billing is helpful too! Thank you for being a light in a dark world (dentist world that i). Lol. Love the entire staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The help with all aspects of the treatment, as well as helping with the insurance and making sure that it is taking care of as well. I have a fear of dentist, and this office and staff has helped to relieve that fear. The whole staff goes out of there way to make sure you are comfortable, and feeling no pain during the procedures. Love this dentist and her entire staff!

I have been with Dr. Martinez for about 3 years. Prior to finding her, I had a deep fear of dentist and pain. I let her know of this on my first visit. I had some major teeth work done by her and not once did I feel pain or discomfort. She always made sure I was ok during any procedure. Now I use her as my regular dentist. She’s great and her staff is always friendly and accommodating. Her hygienist are also caring and very personable. The procedure rooms are clean. I get there and usually only wait about 5 minutes before they call me back. Great team! They will try to accommodate to your schedule for appointments and if they ever get an early opening, they will contact you to see if you can come. Ms. Jaime, one of the secretaries, is awesome at contacting me. Overall, I am pleased with Dr. Martinez and her staff. We moved a few years ago here and we were hoping to find a good dentist as we had. Well we found one here with this office the staff is outstanding and so nice and plesant! The dentist is just awesome she has a great bed side manner and the office is so clean and all her equipment is up to date which is nice. Thank you Dr. Martinez-Hoppe for we have found our dentist home!

Dr. Martinez-Hoppe has been my dentist for the last 4 years and has always taken excellent care of me and anyone who I have recommended as well. The office is new, clean and fully updated. The staff from the front desk to the hygienists are top notch and everyone is friendly. I moved away from Jacksonville or they would have been my dentist for life!
