Dr. Eric has been my dentist for about 3 years. Before I came to him I would literally panic about anything dental! I had a really bad infected broken wisdom tooth that I put off for too long because of my fear of dentist and I didn’t feel a thing when he pulled it! He continued to follow up on it as much as I need it and always made me feel like I was important! His staff have always been very caring since day 1. The girls in the office are so nice and always want to make sure everything went as planned for you and if it didn’t they’ll figure out how to help!!! He’s an amazing dentist and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

(…)Dr. Eric did a complete exam for me and explained to me exactly what I needed. What I liked a lot about this office is that they make sure you understand completely step by step what they will be doing and the cost of it. Dr. Eric went over the details of procedure and showed me on ipad exactly how its done. That answered a lot of my questions. Everything went as planned. Dr. Eric extracted my wisdom teeth and I was back to work the day after. It did not hurt much and I was very comfortable with the procedure. They even provided Dr.s personal cell number so in case I needed him I could give him a call directly. The day after the extraction I got a call from their office and they asked how I was doing which I really appreciated because they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Professional, efficient, and very friendly doctor and staff. I feel very comfortable in this office and I will for sure refer friends and family here.

(…)Dr. Eric was very caring and knowledgeable. He explained root canal procedure and how crowns are made. He gave me the chance to ask as many questions as I had(…). Dr. Eric started my root canal the same day and was able to get me out of pain. This is a doctor that actually cares about his patients well being. He even includes his own personal cell phone number so you are assured that you can talk to him if you have any concerns after the procedure. The next day they called and asked how I was doing. I feel that they are very honest people and they try hard to do the best for their patients. I already recommended impladent to many of my friends and family.

Dr. Eric and the whole staff are all amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can get a next day appt if you really need to see Dr. Eric. And the wait time is great as well. Unlike other dental groups where you have to wait half hour or so. I started my dental journey with Dr. Eric last April. He is down to earth and very professional. He has awesome bedside manners. He is very informative and not pushy, unlike other dentist out there who will convince you to do this and that. Through the help of Dr. Eric, I regain my confidence and I smile a lot now. I had an implant and a root canal procedure at the same time. Dr. Eric is very kind and knowledgeable and very professional. I had exams by many dentists before I saw Dr. Eric. My search was over…I’m not very trusting of most people especially when it comes to medical/dental issues. Best dentist i’ve been to. I had a wisdom tooth emergency and they handled the whole situation flawlessly. Melanie the receptionist got me an appointment right away on a Saturday with no notice and didn’t ask any questions. She is so sweet and has a nice calming nature. The dentist, Dr. Eric saw me immediately. He was so friendly and courteous, even though I was being short and quiet because of the severe pain. He was very gentle and made what i know could have been a terrible procedure very easy and pain free. The assistants were great as well very nice and accommodating. Thank you all so much! Dr. Eric and his staff was so amazing. We walked in as an emergency Patients being that my boyfriends tooth broke while we were in Disneyland. We knew he needed a root canal before coming on vacation but our general dentist referred us to a specialist who had a 3+ week waiting list. Dr. Eric’s staff was able to get us in right away and actually do the treatment in his office all within an hour of leaving the Disney park. So thankful to his kind staff and him for staying a little late to complete the treatment.

He was straightforward with me when he told me it would be a difficult extraction (I’m 33 and I had an infection in the tooth/area). The pain following the procedure was brutal for 2 days but now, 2 weeks later, I feel like a new man. I’m not waking up with pain every day, spitting out blood due to the wisdom tooth. I have already scheduled more work with Dr. Eric. He’s the only specialist I want working on my teeth moving forward. If you’re like I was and you’re worried or skeptical about getting work done on your teeth please don’t look any further than Dr. Eric. He’s truly the pinnacle of doctors I’ve been to, regardless of specialization. Also, it’s important to note that Dr. Eric doesn’t treat you like a patient, he treats you like a human being. When I was at my low point during the recovery I text Dr. Eric to ask him some questions and he was prompt and kind in response. I can’t begin to describe just how important this type of treatment is. Thank you, Dr. Eric!!

He took the time to tell me step by step the process of getting implants which really made me feel comfortable about it. I got to take advantage of their implant special offer, which was a super bonus!! They also helped break down the payments to make it affordable for me so I can pay over a period of time. The answer was yes! The staff are very accommodating and professional. Within minutes Dr. Eric started my root canal. I’m very scared of needles but when this doctor injected me I did not feel a thing! I wish I knew this doctor before. Overall it was a great experience I was out of pain the next day and I only had to take 1 advil. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family. This is by far the best dental visit I have gone to. I’d like to add that It was for a wisdom tooth extraction! From the beginning that I called the gentleman that answered was very helpful, respectful, and nice. He got me in right away. The staff was really nice as well when I arrived.
When Dr. Eric Keshisian injected me I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING!!! Also, the actual tooth removal was ABSOLUTELY PAINLESS. Dr. warned me about potential pain afterwards but honestly I was only in discomfort, not even pain, only the day of the extraction. Till this day (almost one week post-op) I have had no pain or discomfort! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Everyone tells me these really painful stories of getting their wisdom teeth extracted, and I would gulp hearing about it. A little bit into the procedure, I almost forgot I was in the dentist’s chair. I felt really at ease with Dr. Eric and his skillful extraction of my two wisdom teeth in my lower jaw. He got them both out in one fell swoop. It was 2 for 2. Dr. Eric has a magic touch and I’d recommend anyone who needs to visit the dentist and may have had any uncomfortable experiences in the past to rest assured that visiting him will completely change your perspective.
