Just took my son for a free evaluation. Our dentist had referred us to this office. He was nervous but the staff and doctor eased his anxiety. Its a large fun office. All they did was examine him and told us he was not ready yet. It was nice to see they were not in a rush to do anything and informed us they will start at the right time. We will be back in 6 months for another evaluation. Just hope he starts soon so he can get them off before high school.

Today I visited Island Orthodontics with my kids and was greeted by the warmest staff members and Dr. Zach was a pleasure to speak with. The place is very clean and well organized and disinfected! I had quite the opposite experience with my kids here from the previous reviews. They are always packed and busy in the afternoons when we are there and I am surprised the reviews are so negative. If it was that bad I feel I would see less people but it is a VERY busy office. My kids enjoy it because it is so kid friendly and I never have a problem making an emergency appointment. They always accommodate! Love the girls up front and the doctors and assistants will answer all my questions. I never waited more than 5-10 minutes.

I was told by 3 other orthodontists that my son needed all kinds of things starting as young as 2 years old. This is the only office that didn’t make me feel like they wanted to ring up a tab on my insurance. They were honest, easy going, patient , professional and never made me feel I was being taken for a ride. Hats off to this breath of fresh air I would recommend anyone I know to this awesome office!

I’ve been going to this office since I was a child. First to fix my bite with an expander and then to full braces as an adult. I have never had any issues with this office. The girls up front are awesome and are very helpful when it comes to insurance issues and the doctors are always there to answer any questions. It is a very very busy office with lots of patients, especially after school. I think its so busy because they are that good. They accommodated me that day when I had an emergency unlike other offices that ask you to wait a day or 2. I feel if you have questions, you need to ask and they will be glad to help you.

This is definitely the nicest orthodontic office I have ever been to – like a playground for kids but also brand new equipment and very impressive to adults. Best ortho office hands down, the desk staff are so kind and caring towards me and my daughter Paris and the doctors are wonderful and know what there doing. Even with the covid 19 going around they do social distancing properly and use a text system while you are waiting. You dont have to wait long there very good at time management and get you in almost as soon as you come. Wonderful orthodontic office I highly reccommend them.

This is my second time around with Island Orthodontist. I (like so many others) lost my retainers and never thought of replacing them, so I let years go by and of course my teeth spaced out again. So at the age of 23 (now 24) I had to get my top braces back on to close my middle gap. 10 months later I finally got them off! The staff was nice every time I walked in the office. I’m happy with my teeth and I’ll remember to keep my retainers in lol.

i’ve only been here with my kids a few times since my wife goes to most of the appointments. I was surprised how many people there were and how big the office was. They allowed me to sit with the kids during their appointment and their appointments were less than 15 minutes. We were in and out without any issues. My kids and their friends go here and they are happy so I am happy. It’s a great office that gets the job done and they have a great smile too!!!

We went to Island Orthodontics last night to discuss the treatment plan for my almost 11 year old son. The office was clean and fun for the kids with touch screen tablets to play games on. Checking in was easy too and didn’t wait long to be seen. The doctor was nice and professional and went over the treatment plan with a video so my son and I can understand the process. Very friendly staff and we’re very happy with them.

Island Orthodontics is an excellent office. The staff are very kind friendly and efficient. Office is well designed, clean and they are following all CDC COVID guidelines. Everyone wears mask properly, hand sanitizer, even wipes down pens and credit cards at front desk. Seating is social distanced, if you are in waiting room for short moment. Also no waits as you are called in one by one, from waiting in car to keep social distance measures. I definitely recommend Island Orthodontics for all orthodontic needs whether pediatrics to adults.

I have 3 children and all of them have gone to Island Orthodontics. A neighbor recommended them and I have yet to be disappointed. Walking in is a pleasure. All the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The kids sign themselves in on the computer ( they love that ) and I’ve never waited more than 6 minutes! (and 6 minutes is pushing it! – it’s usually on a few minutes!) They have a great payment plan if insurance doesn’t cover orthodontics .. reasonable and fair! The techs are also great and my kids always come out with a smile…! My oldest daughter didn’t wear her retainer and the office manager worked with me and gave s a discount on getting braces for the second time. Great person who went the extra mile.. They also do great things with the kids throughout the year. In the winter there is the movie day sponsored and paid for by Island Orthodontics! In the fall they have the pumpkin picking and hay ride… they’ve also had mini golf and other events throughout the years that my children have been patients. If all doctors offices were like this life would be perfect! Island Orthodontics needs to give lessons to other practices!

I have been going to Island Orthodontics for my Invisalign aligners for about 2 years now. They helped give me a perfect smile for my wedding back in December 🙂 I am very happy with their service. Everyone who works there is friendly and the doctors are always happy to talk to me about how my teeth are moving and answer any questions I have. I recently had a visit to the office in which they added multiple safety procedures because of COVID. They texted me to come inside, took my temperature and provided hand sanitizer. From the tablets with games for the kids in the waiting room, to the televisions in the oversized exam room, everything is top notch. They even give my youngest a balloon every time she tags along.
