Everyone is so welcoming, thoughtful and considerate! I have been living in Oxford for over a year, and was hesitant about choosing the right dentist. Their renovated “house-turned-office” is quaint, and almost unnoticeable at a glance – the inside is clean, redone and very nice – like any Dentist Practice you might go into. I HIGHLY recommend, Jackson Family Dental to anyone who has just moved or is looking.

I’m a visibly disabled transgender man and everyone here is great about it. I’ve never been called the wrong name or pronouns, I’ve never felt unwelcome or mistreated or judged. No one talks down to me or makes me feel awkward and everyone talks to me and treats me like an adult (not a common thing even with healthcare providers because of my disabilities). All staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, they make me feel comfortable. I would really recommend them. Edit: I’d also like to add that as far as I know they’ve been great about COVID. I went back in June for my regular visit, everyone was wearing masks and they were checking temperatures and they enforced patients wearing masks (until you got back to the patient room).

I had two fillings completed by Dr. Jackson. The fillings turned out to be perfect and painless. Dr. Jackson explained the procedure every step of the way, and he answered all of my questions with great detail. He is also extremely friendly. On a separate visit I had a routine cleaning completed by one of their hygienists. This experience was also wonderful. The hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, she explained everything in great detail, she was extremely friendly, and I left with a wonderfully fresh smile. I would strongly recommend this office, and I will certainly be coming back myself.

Dr. Jackson is absolutely amazing. Not only does he get you in and out of there quickly, he is also GOOD. He really cares about his patients and never once did he ever try to push any treatment towards me. He and his assistant are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I love that they always take pictures of the tooth they worked on so you can see exactly what done. As a dental student myself, I can vouch that Dr. Jackson does an absolutely beautiful job and is 100% professional and caring in every way. I would trust him with all my dental needs!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in quite awhile, but Oral Health Care Professionals made my visit as comfortable as going to the dentist can be. From the beginning when Pat set up my appointment, I felt at ease and welcomed! Dr. Jackson has an excellent, easy-going personality, and he is very thorough. I had an exam, full xrays, and a cleaning done(a 3 hour process). Everything was explained to me in detail. Rather than pressuring me to set up future appointments to get everything done immediately, Dr. Jackson set up a long term plan for me. They can also set up payment plans, which is excellent for someone without insurance. Jenny and Meg were also really great to work with! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start visiting Oral Health Care Professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff!

I really love having Dr. Jackson as my dentist. He explains everything so well and has a really nice vibe about him. At my first appointment, I threw all sorts of questions I had about a ton of different dentistry topics at him. I learned a lot from his answers and never realized that all parts of dentistry were so intermixed. I feel so at ease knowing my dentist is extremely knowledgeable about ALL aspects of dentistry. I can’t say that I felt the same with my prior office. That’s the main reason I chose Dr. Jackson. I really like how he gave me short, medium and long term goals/options for my teeth and how he used the camera. It was also really nice seeing what he was talking about on the TV. I feel confident knowing what potential problems might appear in the next few years. Dr. Jackson is an excellent dentist who I would recommend to everyone.

I saw Dr. Jackson in late December for an Invisalign consultation. I was immediately impressed with him and his friendly staff. He’s very straight forward and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything. He took impressions and xrays (for free!) that day to send to Invisalign. 2 weeks later we met again to go over the ClinCheck and treatment plan. Again, I never felt pressured. I decided to move forward and am 4 days into my treatment. So far so good! Scheduling has been very flexible. Which is key for a commuter like me who works in the city but lives in the burbs! They were very flexible with a payment plan as well! I plan to use Dr. Jackson for general dentistry going forward. I’ll post an update at the end of my Invisalign treatment.

I had a fantastic experience with someone who obviously loves his job–Dr. Jackson is a refreshing change in the line of dentists I’ve been through as my insurance situation has changed over the past two years. I can’t say I’ve needed much work in the dental department other than the typical biannual cleaning and exam, but I did get more than I anticipated when I inquired about tooth-replacement options for my aging aunt. Yes, I’m that kind of guy, and no, my aunt doesn’t have a Yelp account. Implants are clearly the future for people missing teeth, and Dr. Jackson certainly has the experience and confidence to win my vote. My aunt is my next referral. I only met Dr. Wascher in passing, but he seems like a nice guy and has been practicing in the same location for many years. I hear parents usually send the kids in first when checking out a new dentist, so I guess I took one for the team here. It was a pleasure. I’ve already scheduled my two youngest and am happy to have an excellent dentist on standby!
