I have received all my dental care from Dr. Jade Kim for a number of years and have always been completely satisfied. She and her colleagues and staff are all professional but personable. Dr. Kim keeps up with all of the current skills and techniques. For example, I had a crown replaced in one day this week, and it only took 2.5 hours. Previously, it always required two visits. Hats off to this dental practice!

I was so impressed with how safe and sanitary Dr Kim’s office was. They had all of the typical safety measures in place plus many more like an antibacterial pre-rinse, an above the patient vacuum to reduce airbornes, and extensive PPE for all hygienists. This is the safest and cleanest medical setting I’ve been to in awhile, so rest assured you will be safe and taken care of. Thank you for the great service! I will not hesitate to keep up with my regular cleanings and appointments, and I would recommend others to do the same.

In response to Amani’s review, I’d like to point out that Dr. Kim has 14 years of experience. She is not an inexperienced newcomer. I’m also curious as to why you expected to continue to receive care if you didn’t pay for the first installment. The agreement you made was to pay month by month. By your own admission, you didn’t. Perhaps this was just a way of getting a free cleaning — you figured if you made a big enough fuss, they’d write you off. That’s what happened. I know people who have gone to Dr. Kim and they report a very pleasant, very professional experience. Oh, and by the way, it’s “Ratched,” not “Ratchet.”

If I could give a millions stars, I would. Dr Kim was my dentist for four years before I had to move to California. I have moved around a lot and have been to many different dental offices, none of which compare the wonderful experiences I have had while being Dr. Kim’s patient. She, and the entire staff for that matter, was always really nice and friendly, they made me feel very comfortable. This was great for me because I never liked going to the dentist before I came to this office. I wish I could afford to fly back and forth to Seattle and keep her as my dentist, because I would in a heartbeat. I was shocked after I had read the above review because neither I nor friends that go to her have ever had such an experience. I have also had to make financial arrangements with them. It was very easy and they were very helpful. If seems to me that there was obviously something else going on with the above patient. If Dr. Kim was willing to “eat the cleaning fee” but was not able to treat her, it was obviously not the financial situation that was the problem. I have had some fillings done by Dr. Kim and, not only were they painless, they look great and according to my new dentist, they are top of the line. He could tell from my x rays and my exam that they would last a very long time. Does that sound like the work of an “inexperienced dentist” like the above review mentioned? I think not.

First time at a private practice, and it was a great experience. The staff was very professional and attentive. They had clear and well thought-out COVID related practices to keep myself and the staff safe, which I appreciated. I learned a lot about how to take the best care of my teeth with easy tips throughout my exam and cleaning. I’m excited to go back

I chipped one of my front teeth over the weekend and called Monday morning and with in a couple hours I had an appointment, my tooth was repaired on the spot and now you can not even tell what tooth was chipped. It was quick (45 min) and best part was no pain!!! Dr. Kim is amazing! She even made adjustments to my night guard!

My visit was a complicated one. On prior appts., Dr. Kim noticed a small irregular spot located between two crowns. It was after a few visits that she it was necessary to look further. Dr. Kim was able to find the source (a cavity) after removing the crowns. I was highly anxious, but Dr. Kim made the procedure painless and I am incredibly thankful for her attention to detail.

I wish I could give Dr. Kim’s practice 6 stars, or more! Today was my first visit and was welcomed in, seen early, and my hygienist was Linda. I’ve never had a more knowledgeable, kind, and gentle treatment. Linda showed me some of my plaque (otherwise known as “biofilm”) under a microscope and told me about the different forms of bacteria. Absolutely so cool. And then she showed me her flossing technique that is a) painless and b) extremely effective. Dr. Kim was so kind and really cared that I keep up with good hygiene. I can’t believe I’m typing this, but I’m really looking forward to my next visit!
