Before discovering Dr. Feffer’s practice, I use to dread the dentist office. To the point that I neglected my teeth for many years. I was fortunate enough to discover his office roughly a year and a half ago and my experience with him and the staff has been beyond fantastic. In this time I’ve had all sorts of procedures done from cleanings, fillings, root canal, and wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Feffer is always honest about what you need to get done, he’s extremely gentle, experienced, kind, and fully explains the procedure before starting any work. Truly a master of his craft and runs an office that I would recommend to anyone!

I found Dr. Feffer through Yelp and couldn’t be more happy with my experiences. Not only does the work he has done look amazing, he takes time to talk you through the procedure and explains everything he plans to do in easy to understand detail. I’ve avoided the dentist for years strictly out of fear and memories of uncomfortable appointments. This office is welcoming and truly feels like a family business. This is my first and probably only yelp review, but Dr. Feffer deserves all the credit for his work and friendship. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feffer’s well over 20 years. Not only am I a patient but happy to say that he is our family dentist. Dr Feffer is a true professional, he always explains any procedure that he he does in detail, his chair side manner is very gentle allowing his patients to relax and feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands. His main priority has ALWAYS been to provide the best dentistry he can offer. We have 100% trust in the dental advice that he has given throughout the years because we end up with great results, no doubts or complaints. The staff is very accommodating and they keep the office very clean. He continues to provide quality dental work on myself, my husband, my 22 year old daughter and my 10 year old son. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him because we all agree that DR. FEFFER IS THE BEST DENTIST

I’ve been a patient of Dr Feffer’s for around 25 years and have never received anything less than excellent service. Dr Feffer is not only an excellent dentist, he is also a friend. He loves what he does and that comes shining through in his attention to detail and his demeanor no matter the situation. I wholeheartly recommend Dr Feffer. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feffer’s for almost 5 years now and he is wonderful. Very friendly, professional and does EXCELLENT work. I trust his 25+ years of experience to get the job done with the utmost comfort to the patient, whether it be regular teeth cleanings to tricky chipped tooth repairs I trust Dr. Feffer and his associates. I love the convenient location and relatively flexible hours I can shift appointments around, even if it is last minute in nature. Staff hygienists are welcoming and accommodating as well.

Dr. Feffer helped me get my smile back! I have been a patient for over 10 years. Being a hardhead, which is just the way I am. I did not take the doctors original advice about gum recession pockets. By choice, I would get three cleanings a year, thinking I was avoiding further damage. Wrong! Doc was persistent on me seeing a specialist. So I went to a family friend who is a Periodontist and yes, Dr. Feffer, was correct. So I had pocket reduction and scraping procedure done. Ouch! Dr. Feffer worked hand-in-hand with my periodontist, reviewing the best treatment plan to get the best results. After my procedure, I went back to Dr. Feffer for some cosmetic surgery. Not only was I and my wife impressed, but also the periodontal group. Amazing (I am no longer a frowner) my teeth look brand-new! Dr. Feffer always has your best interest in mind. He will give you options to make educated decisions. He will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear! Take it from a hardhead! His whole team is fantastic and I now look forward to going to the dentist!

Dr. Feffer DDS I just came home from a hectic day and sat down with a cup of “hot” tea. I just had a crown replaced by Dr. Feffer and realized how completely comfortable my mouth felt. Thinking about my hectic day, I wished everything went as smoothly . I thought I would just comment after thinking how long it’s been that I’ve been going to the same dentist I began to think why this was so. Being a bit analytical myself I like the idea of being told what is being done why it is being done and how he was going to go about doing it. I realize this is why my family and I have gone to the same dentist for almost 30 years. I have never had an issue with the dentist, or the staff or their dealing with anything including working with my insurance. Everything has always been done in a quick and seamless manner. Follow ups have always been done quickly enough that I was not inconvenienced in my daily routine by the fact I just had dentistry done. It is definitely my feeling that the people in the office and the suggestions they have made, have encouraged me to take better care of my mouth and made me a healthier person. JLK

When I moved to Chicago 5 years ago, I had no clue who would be the best dentist in town. I followed the referral of a coworker who had told me” he is not cheap, but you pay for the great service”. He was right. Dr. Feffer is a well-trained doctor of 20+ yrs of work experience and several marathons on his resume as well ( but this is another story..). What I like about his attitude at work is that he strives for the best results and he does not lower his patients’ expectations – ever! So: in few words, I can genuinely trust him.

There aren’t enough wonderful things I could say about this Dr. to illustrate how phenomenal he and his team are. He cares about more than just the state of your teeth, which is far from common with customer service these days. I instantly felt comfortable and have found the dentist I’ll keep for the rest of my time in Chicago! Everyone ought to seek him out!

I’ve had negative experiences with dentists and doctors in the past and Dr. Feffer and the entire office really turned that around for me. They were all very welcoming and friendly the whole time. There was no sense of judgement nor blame I’ve received from other practices. Nothing but positive things to say about this very understanding and humane team!
