I always feel comfortable when visiting Dr. Chen’s office. She is very thorough with the cleaning, great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease. The staff are friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. The office is neat and technology is up to date. Always eager for my next visit because I know my teeth will be in good hands.

My family and I have been a patients of Dr. Chen’s for a few years and we love her and her staff. Lindsey, front desk, is amazing and always receives you with a smile. Dr. Chen knows that I am “dramatic” and is very flexible and accommodating. She acknowledges my needs and makes sure that i always have a great experience. I would not trade her for the world!!!

Dr. Chen is awesome – believe the hype! I am ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED of dentists and didn’t go for about 2 years due to overly sensitive teeth and previous experiences that were horrible. After anxiously wringing my hands for months over what to do, my bf found Dr. Chen and 100% assured me she was super gentle and had great bedside manner. My bf also prepped her well in advance to explain how I would automatically be terrified so she would know to take things slow, explain everything happening and be super gentle with me. I had really bad coffee staining on my teeth and instead of using the usual high vibrating tool, she used loose pumice with toothpaste and polished my teeth totally clean! No pain, no tears – The front receptionist, Lindsey is great with scheduling and they will always remind you with an email and/or text. Just remember to tell them 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule or there is a $50 fee. I’ve noticed more dentists doing this to help slot more patients in appropriately – after all – time is money. Go see Dr. Chen! Totally worth it to not have any anxiety

Dr. Chen has been an amazing dentist! She’s patient and kind when I have been terrified of the dentist for forever and a year! Her staff is always amicable and helpful. Lana the hygienist is super gentle and thorough with the cleanups as well. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her team.

Dr. Jersy Chen has been my dentist for many years. She’s very good and gave me a great recommendation on getting my gum fix few years ago. She very nice and patience. I also like her assistant Mai, she helps and inform me when my appointments ahead in time.

Dr. Chen was my dentist for the last three years when I lived in New York.  Unfortunately, I have moved to the Washington DC area and needed to find a new dentist.  She has really been a great dentist, being very honest and accommodating to my schedule changes and appointment requests and doing a great job keeping my teeth clean.  She also never pushed any products or services on me that I did not need.  Her office is full of state of the art technology (no more x-ray machines that scared you as a child) and showed you all of your x-rays right afterwards to discuss any problems or potential issues.  Lastly, she always gave me free bag of goodies after every visit.  I would give 6 stars if I could!

Great dentist! Dr. Chen does a great job of explaining things and fantastic demeanor. In addition to my regular cleanings, I’ve been doing Invisalign with her the past few months.

Dr. Jersy Chen & her team are hands down the best in the city! I trust Dr. Chen with everything, and her team is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that every visit is comfortable, organized and easy. Moreover, many of my colleagues and friends use Dr. Chen for their Dentistry and have all had similar experiences. It can be challenging to find the right Doctor in such a big city, but look no further than Dr. Chen. Trustworthy, reliable and wonderful, Dr. Chen is the best there is!

I was a patient of Dr. Chen’s for over a decade (I moved away too far from Dr. Chen’s office) and have seen her practice grow over the years. It’s grown because she provides a high-level of service. Dr. Chen walks you through her observations after your cleanings, shows and explains you what she sees in your x-rays, and makes you feel comfortable, especially when you may be scared of the dentist. I’m one of those people that isn’t scared of the dentist, but I am terrified of needles. For those times I’ve had to receive a novocaine injection , Dr. Chen couldn’t have been more understanding and empathetic. To those reading this, you’ll be in great hands with Dr. Chen and I would (and continue to) highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr.Chen is an amazing dentist! She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I had my cleaning, filling treatment and Invisalign by Dr.Chen and HAPPY with all the results! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding dental office. she has the best assistants too!! They are also very nice and friendly!

Dr. Chen runs a great office! I’m particularly grateful that no matter how long I may wait to have an appointment, she quickly reminds me what’s important is that I’m there in that moment(nice to not feel guilty). She has great technology at her disposal , and made a COVID visit feel safe. Bottom line- She’s a great dentist!

I’ve been going to Dr. Chen for as long as I can remember! There is no one else that I would trust with my teeth! The office is clean and soothing and her work is impeccable! If you need any work done, she’s the one to go to! In addition, she is honest and truthful about her rates and will not cheat you. Her work is well worth what you pay. Her staff is also well knowledged in insurance and is always willing to be patient advocates.

Can’t recommend her office enough! She makes going to the dentist the least stressful experience, which is so important. I was referred to Dr. Jersy Chen through a coworker after a horrible experience with another dentist’s office (I was told by this dentist that the only way to ‘fix’ my problem was to extract the tooth and put an implant, which was going to cost $15k total even with insurance!!!) – and Dr. Jersy Chen saw my tooth and said that it’s still treatable and went above and beyond to help me save my tooth and $$! She is so caring, and it’s really hard to find someone like her nowadays who actually cares about you and your well being. The staff is always friendly and the front desk Lindsey is amazing as well. Always courteous and cheerful. I recommend Jersy Chen’s office in a heartbeat.

Dr. Chen was my dentist for years before I moved.  She’s always very thorough and takes time to give tips and talk through potential issues and ideas.  At the same time I never felt like she pushed unnecessary products or procedures like other dentists I have had.  She is always mindful of and communicates the costs and benefits of each option. Her office is clean and modern, with state of the art technology – she makes appointments by email, will send x rays by email, etc., which works for my busy schedule.  I have never had to wait long for my visit and the location is extremely convenient in Midtown.  The decor is calming and zenlike.

Have been going to Dr. chen for over 3 years now and would definitely recommended her to anyone.  Clean, modern private office. Great communication with me as well in regards to my oral hygiene and procedures I may need in the future. Mai at the front desk is also awesome!

I’ve been going to Dr. Chen for almost 2 years and never in my life have I been excited about going to the dentist… I mean it. Everyone is so sweet, making sure that your time is respected and that everything is explained. I started my Invisalign process here, with Dr. Chen extensively taking me through the expectations of the procedure, answering all my questions, and ensuring that my appointments were booked. Lindsey helped schedule everything to keep me organized. Honestly, the due diligence of this office is already something to note- everything is booked for you, +getting text and email reminders way in advance. In NYC, time is so precious that I appreciate I go in, get my teeth done, share a few laughs and be on my merry way. You can tell they really care in this office, unlike my previous dentists that made the already cold waiting room, colder. Thank you Dr. Chen!!! I rec’d this place to all my coworkers- it’s great!
