All three of my children went to jimmy Vo Ngo . He is a great orthodontist and his team is very nice and knowledgeable. Open on saturdays is a plus as I work all week. My daughter just finished her treatment and she I so impressed with the results. I highly recommend him if you need Ortho work.

I’ve been to this dental care for the past two years and have had a great experience. Dr. Ngo and his staff members are friendly and treat their patients with care. I am happy with my results from wearing the braces for the past two years. Even after you’re done with the treatment, Dr. Ngo still wants you back for your retainer check up in two months. They also accept medical so try applying for it. Sadly, my medical health insurance only cover 1/3 of the treatment plan since I turned 21 in a few months after medical accepted my treatment plan. nevertheless, the price is cheap compared to other places. Word of advice: try to go on a Wednesday right before they open so you don’t need to wait that long.

I came to Dr. Ngo’s office with 2 canines on both sides and hoping to get my teeth straight out within 1.5 years. Before Dr. Ngo, I went to 6-7 other orthodontists for consultation and all of them recommended extraction on 4 teeth and braces on for at least 2.5 years. So as I came to see Dr. Ngo, I understand I also brought him quite a challenge with my request. After a 15 minutes consultation, Dr. Ngo understand I would not want any extraction so he recommended IPR (Inter-proximal Reduction). I accepted the recommendation and had the braces on on the same day. After 1.5 years later, I not only have a new smile but also a new life. Wearing braces under the care of one of the most experienced orthodontists on Orange County is the greatest thing any person could ask for. I am glad I made the right decision to have Mr. Ngo and his friendly staff to take care of my smile. The process might be challenging, but the result is worthwhile. Thank you!

Love Dr. Jimmy. I actually had braces about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, like a lot of teenagers, I did not wear my retainers and am having to go through the process again. The second time around as an adult is definitely more painful than I remember, but I am definitely taking care of them much more than when I was younger. I hesitated coming back, only because I was embarrassed about doing it a second time. Turns out though that this is a pretty common thing. I looked left and right, went to many other orthos for consulations, but found my way back to Dr. Jimmy and am glad that I did. Dr. Jimmy takes his time during the consultation and makes recommendations that will meet your best interest. I wanted invisalign very badly, and he convinced me to do the traditional braces, as it would better align my teeth. The other places I went to all convinced me to just do invisalign, which would have cost me about 4k. Dr. Jimmy had told me that I could go that route, however, if after the 10 trays, my teeth still aren’t straight, I would have to pay for another round of trays. I really respect Dr. Jimmy and his opinion and I’m glad that I am back. The new plaza he’s in has better parking and the front office staff is always sweet and welcoming. I love Co Phuong and it is nice to see her again after so many years. I’ve since recommended all of my family members and friends to trust Dr. Jimmy with their teeth.

I hadn’t been back in a few years after getting my braces, but recently my retainers broke and I needed to replace them ASAP. I called this morning and spoke with the receptionist/office manager and she told me to just swing by around 11AM. I didn’t have to make an appointment so I got there and ended up only waiting 20 minutes or so before they called me in. The doctor checked my chart and noticed that I hadn’t been around for a few years and welcomed me back. He was super friendly and address the issue of replacing my retainers quickly. I told him I was going on vacation and he planned for my retainer pick up/visit accordingly. As usual, he was very helpful and professional, as were the rest of the staff working at the office. The new office (he used to be at a different location back when I had braces) was very clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ngo to new customers.

Dr. Jimmy Vu Ngo is great! I’ve known him since I was a kid (I was 15 at the time), and my, now, straight teeth are great! I recently broke my retainers, however, and came back to him after five years! He replaced my retainers ASAP, and even gave me a discount just ’cause I remembered him? Haha! Awesome! The staff is nice too! Yay, for straight teeth! No regrets at all!

I just had my braces removed and my teeth are nice and straight. Dr. Jimmy Ngo and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His prices are reasonable and he will work with you to accommodate your budget. I received several quotes, and Dr Jimmy offered me the most reasonable price. I referred my coworker to Dr Jimmy and she is also very pleased with his work. She said that her last orthodontist was not as thorough . She, like me, had to wear braces twice because our last ortho did not emphasize the importance of wearing retainers. Another mistake I made in choosing an orthodontist the first time was that the first orthodontist was not a board certified orthodontist like Dr Jimmy is. I wasn’t aware that a general dentist can perform orthodontic work without being board certified. Not only is Dr Jimmy board certified in orthodonistry, he went to a competitive, prestigious dental school (UCLA) and he did his fellowship at NYU. What more can you ask for in an orthodontist? Trust your teeth with Dr Jimmy Ngo and his staff!!!

definitely suggest this place for people looking into braces. They saved me about $1500 from what i had previously quoted by other orthodontists. you really need to shop around for an orthodontist, and I am so glad a friend recommended this place to me He only works on Wednesday and Saturdays, saturdays being the worse and Wednesday after 3 being busy as well. But if you can do it, make your appointment Wednesday before 3. they have flat screens in every room, play movies, lets you brush your teeth and gives you complimentary toothbrushes. the staff is friendly and Dr. Ngo is also nice and attentive. Not sure if he does invisalign, but they do have clear brackets for people like me, who avoided braces in her youth…
