I switched to them from my pediatric dentist. I was nervous because I had been going to the other place my entire life, but let me tell you; Jordan & Young Dental is the best! Everyone in the office is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are way more thorough and better at explaining things to me than my last dentist was. They are great and if you are looking for a new dentist you should absolutely check them out.

I feel so lucky to have found Jordan Dental Health Group! I have horrible anxiety when in come to the dentist, but they have made every experience as smooth and low stress as possible. They understand how to work with someone who has anxiety and take all of the extra steps and then some to make sure I have great teeth despite it 🙂 Also, if you are prone to dental anxiety, ask for Paul. It has been a long time since I had been to the dentist. This was my 1st visit Doctor Jordan. She was both patient and understanding. Had my first cleaning today and I have nothing to say but great things about Jordan Dental! My first impressions were I felt very welcomed with the staff and that the place is very clean! Coming from another dentist from another town I noticed that there is very modern equipment. Dr. Jordan is very thoughtful when she is cleaning your teeth and makes sure comfort is her number one goal for the patient. My teeth feel and look so much better just from one appointment. I highly recommend this dentist practice to everyone, as they make you feel like your family here.

I’m glad I visited Jordan & Young Dental. The staff is very nice and welcoming. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted and was welcomed with an unexpected gift bag. In the waiting area, the staff offered free bottled water or coffee. Once called to get cleaning done, I was given a tour of the office. The service I received was great from beginning to end. The staff takes the time to explain things in detail and even answer questions. I highly recommend Jordan & Young Dental for dental services.

When checking out after my children’s appointments I learned that this practice was out of network and I had a sizable copay i wasn’t expecting. It was totally my own fault. I didn’t check my insurance website before coming. Despite the out of network cost I will continue to send my children to Dr Jordan. She was so patient and talked to my children through every step of their appointment to let them know what she was going to do next. This went a long way especially with my 4 year old daughter. The past two dentist experiences with her were awful. Appointments filled with her crying to the point of throwing up and refusing to open her mouth even though I’m laying on the dentist chair and she’s laying on top of me for her cleanings. And, me completely frustrated at the doctors and hygienists who were clearly impatient with her which made those experiences even worse. This visit with Dr Jordan was a complete 360. I’ll pay the extra copay any day for the service we got from the doctor and staff.

They care about the WHOLE of you-they even took my blood pressure at the start of the session! It was my first time there for a consult.. I’m petrified of dentists.. right from the beginning when I walked in the caring environment really impressed . Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable and not so uptight.. it was working lol.. they gave me a gift bag as a welcome to their practice, which had a travel cup, smart gloves, pen and some mints. Dr Jordan was very very gentle, took time to listen to me and offered her recommendations.. no pushing me into any decisions.. I really think I’m going break my fear of dentists here! Lol where was this office years ago lol I recommend everyone go here

I needed to find a dentist for emergency pain. I am new to the area. I was referred here by a friend. I give four stars because the lady who answered the phone was a bit rude and mean to me when I was in a lot of pain and just looking for answers but I still appreciate her because she did get me in same day. When I arrived at the office, everyone was lovely to me. I was in and out. Everything was clean and I received a lovely gift bag. The doctor was really nice and explained everything to me. I will definitely go back and consider them as my home dental office in CT.

Service wise everyone here is great. My only issue is every time I come in I never get seen at my appointment time. My last visit I was seen 30 minutes later than my appointment time. Today they are also running behind. It would be nice if they had some type of system to let me know how late they are running because I usually come in during my lunch break. This way I won’t be out of the office for too long. Otherwise great service, super attentive, and convenient location. There is no parking lot here so make sure you park on the street. If you’re a first time patient you also get a nice swag bag with some goodies too!

I have been going to Dr. Jordan for quite a few years now. I moved to Windsor from Fairfield in 1988 & really liked my dentist in Bridgeport, so I continued to make the trip down there for several years for my annual dental visit. But reality finally set in & I realized it would be a lot more practical to find a new dentist in my area. I wanted someone local who was a preferred dentist in the Met Life program & my search led me to Jordan & Young Dental. I was very pleased from the beginning with their service & congeniality, realizing that although I had some major dental work to be done, I could only afford so much at a time. Dr. Jordan has always advised me on what dental issues were priorities & we worked on the list for years until we got a handle on it; over the years I’ve never felt “pressured” into doing any of it, but rather like I had someone whose professional advice I could trust. After surviving cancer & having to postpone crowns on two implants which were in progress, for over a year, Dr. Jordan worked tirelessly to “get them right” when they seemingly weren’t fitting properly. She was so apologetic for having me have to come in multiple times, but it paid off since she finally found that the parts I’d been given by my periodontist for her to complete the work were THE WRONG SIZE! Her chair-side manner is very comforting, always aware of how you are feeling as she is working. And she shows a genuine interest in her patients, always asking how they’re doing & about any vacation plans, etc. It makes going to the dentist a lot more tolerable as opposed to something you put off for months. Lastly, she has assembled a staff who all have the same values as her- friendly, outgoing & caring- something you don’t always see in a business. p 11/11/20- Another great visit! While this was an “in-between visit” (every 3 months, since I am not seeing a periodontist anymore), Nicole (my hygienist) made me feel very comfortable and everything went smoothly. She is very pleasant and gentle & I especially like that she keeps checking to make sure I am doing ok as well as explains what she is doing as she goes. I didn’t need to see Dr Jordan this time, & I actually missed that since she always asks how things are going with my job, any vacations planned, etc.; not to mention, I value her advice as a dentist. This is my second visit to the new office & it seems great. I just feel bad that she had to open right before the pandemic hit. Nonetheless, they’ve worked hard to get patients back in with the new protocols and everything seems fine. 6/16/21-Ditto the above visit. While things have not gotten “totally” back to normal from the pandemic, they are getting there. Again, Nicole is always pleasant, doing my cleaning & Morgan as well, taking the x-rays. Missed seeing Dr. Jordan, but I guess there was no need. Everything/one was pleasant and polite, making going to the dentist “nothing to worry about.”

I drive down from MA to use Dr. Jordan. I had always dreaded the dentist and was always uncomfortable going. With Dr Jordan and her staff I am at ease. She always take the time to make sure I am comfortable, accommodates my idiosyncrasies and is very aware of my overall state even during procedures. She will notice if my hands are clenching or twitching and stop and give a little more Novocain and wait so that I am not in any discomfort. Never rushed, always relaxed and painless. I will keep making the trip to see them. Both Dr Jordan and her staff are wonderful to work with when I have to do one of my least favorite things. No more dread of the Dentist! Another visit and still amazed. I was feeling awful and the last place I wanted to be was in a dentist chair today. Still took care of me and my man cold and actually felt a little better than when I arrived. Always worth the drive for me. What a truly wonderful dentist. Took a picture of the “comfort menu” this time because it just made me smile!

I had my first visit at Jordan and Young Dental today and could not have been more pleased. The front office staff were extremely courteous and greeted me by standing up from their desks and offering a warm handshake. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water were available in the waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift bag containing branded items and pamphlets detailing some of the services provided in the office. The dental hygienist Abbe was very knowledgeable and even provided a tour of the office. She and Dr. Jordan were very receptive to my questions and concerns and offered concise but comprehensive recommendations based on their thorough exam. I am looking forward to returning to Jordan and Young and am so glad I found this office!
