Best dental experience ever! Felt welcomed and informed from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Wong was so helpful in explaining what was going on with some tooth issues I’ve been having and explained each and every treatment path for me. I felt like I was actually a part of my entire exam, being shown pictures and given explanations all through out. Plus, I got to watch Netflix! Highly recommend!

I was reffered to Dr Wong by my coworker and I can’t thank her enough. Dr. Wong was so patient, kind and caring. She has excellent bed side manner. She always followed up with me and took the time to call me after each visit to check up on me. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have the most comfortable and pain free experience. Joule Dental and Dr. Wong have been wonderful to me. As a new patient it was important for me to feel comfortable with the Dentist I was visiting. Dr. Wong is an excellent dentist who cares deeply about her clients. She takes her time in examining your teeth thoroughly and explaining all the best practices in maintaining oral health. I was recommended to Joule Dental after an unpleasant experience with another dentist. Everyone at Joule was incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Wong took great care to learn about me and thoroughly explain my issue and her plan of action. Truly an enjoyable experience all around which I don’t think I have ever said about a dentist! Could not more highly recommend Dr Wong and this practice.

I rarely post reviews but Dr. Wong is the exception! I had such a relaxing, easy visit and was able to watch Netflix during my exam and cleaning. All the staff at Joule Dental are very friendly and the office is modern and clean. Dr. Wong also gave me many great oral health tips that I hadn’t heard before. 100% recommend this office!

Joule Dental is the most pleasant dentistry experience around town. The team makes you feel at ease, well-cared-for and confident that everything will be done professionally and efficiently. They stay true to their appointment schedule, the dentists are extremely knowledgeable and patient with questions, and they walk you through recommendations before you leave as if you were their family friend. You can tell the folks there are genuinely passionate about patients’ well being and take a long-term view on care. It’s also one of the cleanest offices I’ve ever seen, in a great location and they make booking an appointment a breeze. I can’t recommend them enough and some friends even regularly make the trek out from Long Island for their checkup/cleanings.

Dr Wong is so passionate about what she does, and it shows in the way she runs her practice. Herself and the staff are very friendly and attentive, they will go out of their way to make your visit the best it can be. Dr Wong explained extensively some underlying reasons to show me why i had some issues with my teeth and recommended ways to improve them, she did so in a clear and simple way that anyone can understand. She also has methods of keeping your attention away while injecting anesthetic in case you are someone squeamish and therefore you dont freak out. Out of all the other dentists visits ive had this one was by far the best one, i wish i had known about her before to save the pain other dentists have done. I would recommend her to anyone, specially the ones who are afraid of dentists because she will do her best to amend that.

An absolutely great dental experience. The staff is careful, thorough, and kind. They take care to make the experience very pleasant and ease anxieties around the dentist. I had a pleasant time watching Netflix with provided noise cancelling headphones while my teeth were cleaned. Unlike many other dentists, they provided an itemized receipt of what every procedure costs so I never felt caught off guard. I also appreciated Dr. Wong breaking down dental products and what I should be looking for when I shop for toothpastes and mouthwashes. I have 0 complaints and can’t recommend Dr. Wong’s practice enough.

Dr. Wong and Dr. Petty are the best dentists I’ve ever been to. They are extremely kind, compassionate, thorough, and informative. I’ve never known so much about my teeth, gums, and oral health in general before coming here, and I’ve tried out a lot of previous dentists in the area so that says a lot. Major perks are that the office is super cute, clean, and modern and they have all the tools and tricks for distracting a somewhat anxious dental patient like myself. Highly, highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family, and anyone who wants a fantastic dental experience.

Dr. Wong took a lot of time to make sure I understood why she was recommending certain items and actions for my teeth. She did a very thorough exam and gave me great tips to be able to increase the health of my teeth! If you’re worried about feeing judged at the dentist, then you don’t need to worry about that here. I highly recommend!
