I have been to many dental offices and this is by far my best experience ever! Just from being greeted by the front desk girl I felt the positive energy and I was seen immediately. I had the best hygienist I think I’ve ever experienced with Michelle, she was so knowledgeable very helpful really took her time with me and made me feel the so comfortable. Dr. Joy was very nice as well she didn’t rush me and let me know what was really going on with my teeth. I cannot wait to come back, highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

My appointment was 9:30am and I arrived at the dental office 9:25am. After sign in at the appointment log, immediately did I get treatment at 9:30am sharp. Dentist took care of my teeth throughly and I felt comfortable during treatment. In fact it’s been 15 rather 20 years since I got care from Dr. Joy. And my teeth are happy ever since.

My old dentist was very insistent that I have an invasive procedure done to take care of some wear and tear on my molars due to teeth grinding. I came here because the location is more convenient and was surprised to learn that the damage isn’t bad enough to warrant invasive work and to just get a mouth guard. I appreciate the honesty and recommendation so that I keep my natural tooth in place for as long as possible. For that reason, i’d highly recommend going here.

I have been going to a union dentist for more than 40 years, as that was the coverage I had. I hated going to the dentist as it was never a pleasant experience. It was hardly ever the same dentist twice, and I never was made to feel important or comfortable. After I left the company I was given Dr Joys name as a reputable dentist and was told that I would be very happy with her. When I went to Dr Joy the first time, I was very nervous and really apprehensive. When I tell you that she was so pleasant and kind and spent allot of time with me. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Dr Joy’s staff is so personable and positive. They are very eager to help you in any way. The hygienist was the best I ever experienced. Usually a cleaning (I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums) was like a nightmare for me. This cleaning hardly caused any pain and she took her time to make it pain free as possible. I will never cringe again when it comes time for my yearly cleaning! As it turns out, I needed allot of dental work, crowns, cavities, gum surgery etc. I was there every Wednesday for about two months and I have to say, I didn’t have a bad or uncomfortable visit. Dr Joy is a perfectionist and has allot of compassion and understanding. She is an excellent dentist and I would highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you Dr Joy and Staff

Dr. Joy is a highly skilled dentist who saw me on short notice for a broken filling. Her front office is friendly and easy to work with, they helped get me on a dental plan since I didn’t have one. Her hygienist is thorough yet gentle and it was the most comfortable cleaning I think I’ve ever had. The website is easy to navigate and made it super convenient to fill out all the paperwork on line before I arrived. If you are afraid of dentists or looking for a hassle free dental experience, I recommend them.

Benn coming to Dr. Joy for over 10 years. She’s as good as it gets! Very professional and knowledgeable. The office is super clean. Dr. Joy is always taking continuing ed classes and keeping up with the latest techniques. She used top of the line equipment in her office including a crown machine that makes a crown in about 10 minutes. Lover her!

This dental office has nothing but smiles to greet you. They are perfectionists and while doing their work, they know when to give you novacain and then wait a few minutes to allow it to kick in before starting. I just had major work done and I react to the noise of the machines, but it never really hurts. I think if you have work that can’t be put off, Joy dental is the place to have it done. I followed this practice from Fair Lawn to Ridgewood.

I have been going to doctor joy for several years and must say that her and her staff are amazing. Everyone is courteous, professional and personal at the same time. They are pretty booked and busy so I recommend calling well in advance to make an appointment. This new office in Ridgewood is very clean and has nice cool paint colors on the wall which are very soothing. All the machines and equipment are new and fresh as well. There is a parking lot in the back.
