I was very impressed with the staff at this dental office and the care that was given to me. I don’t like going to the dentist. However, the treatment I received from the staff made me feel reassured that I was in good hands.  Dr. Joy took his time and explained everything to me. He was very thorough in examining me and explaining his findings and recommendations.  The staff was very, very polite. They all introduced themselves and bent over backwards to ensure your experience was top notched. I highly recommend Joy Dental.

I had an emergency last week and walked in to this family owned dental practice in Pembroke Pines. Even though it was late in the day, they were very helpful; they performed an emergency repair on my dentures and now they feel better than ever. My husband and I were very happy to see these young, but very competent Doctors take over from the previous Dentists.

I had one of the most pleasant experience. Dr. Joy and her staff explained everything in a very detailed manner. I really enjoyed how comfortable they made me feel. They felt like they were my family or very close friends I grew up with. They have very comprehensive finance options as well. A cozy environment. And last but not least. I enjoyed their laughter amongst the staff.

Literally since the first appointment there it was such a great experience! I went there with a groupon for a check up, x rays & consultation for $25! Originally $55 so that was a pro! I got checked in right away and seated in the chair. The assistant Francesca very polite, kind and sweet. I love how the staff engages in conversation instead of just seating you and opening your mouth! Then the Dentist Dr.Joy was very nice as well gentle & I loved how she explained everything to me and what was the next step after she looked at my xrays. The coordinator was extremely nice as well. I got my cleaning done yesterday with Eli and she was very sweet and gentle but did a GREAT job with my cleaning. I had a lot of plaque and now my teeth are back to normal. After the cleaning sh e explained patient teaching on how to prevent gingivitis so that was nice! Oh and last but not least the receptionist Debbie she’s very kind as well and knows her stuff!!!! Very much appreciated staff. Would recommend to anyone! Also I love how everyone speaks good English lol!

First I must say I have my reservation when going to a dentist. But from the moment I walked into the office and Debbie at the front desk knows who you are, it was a done deal for me. My children and I received such good treatment from Dr Jayleen  and the staff.The kids felt as though they were home, they get to watch their favorite shows while getting their treatment done. They have exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend them.

This was my first initial visit to joy dental and I must say my experience was very pleasant. They made me feel like I was always a patient there. What an awesome staff. Dr Joy took the time to explain what was happening with my teeth. Carolina was patient with me when explaining what my options were. It was a pleasure to meet someone who genuinely cares for the patient. Thank you for a great first visit.

I dislike dentist just like some other patients I’m sure, I get anxious and can’t stand the feel of metals poking my teeth or gums, a simple cleaning can get me pretty worked up!!! It was a great experience by the assistant who performed my cleaning, I was so nervous that I didn’t even ask her name, shame on me, all I know is that I will go back again, at least for the cleaning that is, I’ve not got any work done yet, but the dentist, who I also didn’t get her name, she is pregnant that I know, was extremely nice and gentle and fixed a little bother I had. Yes, I will go back there!!! 🙂

Fantastic experience! What a great practice! From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you can’t help but feel the professionalism of the entire staff! Friendly, attentive, and they take the time to answer all your questions, and address any concerns! I Highly recommend the Doctors, and my Dental Hygienist Hazel is wonderful, and extremely knowledgeable!

I had such a fantastic experience visiting Joy Pines. My husband and I both went for X-rays, exams and cleanings. Having worked for dentists in the past, I was a bit cynical and jaded thinking they all operated alike in recommending unneeded treatments and other unethical things. But the team at Joy Dental changed my perception entirely! They were friendly, ran on time, the dentists and hygienists were incredibly competent and professional and their Care Coordinator, Carolina, was so patient with me in explaining treatment plans and options. I am thrilled we chose Joy Dental for our family!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality dentist!!

Just a wonderful, professional, modern and exceptionally courteous experience. As a new patient, and new resident to the area, I was naturally, initially hopeful, but also quite nervous about finding a quality dental office. However, from the moment that I arrived at Joy Dental, and all throughout the initial consult and appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that my months of research had paid off, and that I had definitely found a magnificent new “Dental Home” for myself, and my whole family. I couldn’t get an appointment at my regular dentist but I checked my ZocDoc, Dr. Joy office has an amazing review and they have an appointment right away. It’s hard to get a good doctor’s now a days. But, my experienced yesterday was amazing, the review was correct. Everyone at this office was very caring. I have a toothache and they Dr. Joy along with ladies that work there made feel very comfortable.. even though his out of my network. It’s worth it coming and see him. Dr. Joy and all their staff are great, caring. Keep up the good work and stay the way all of are.. it’s very hard to find a good dentist with an amazing staffs as well. My experience with Joy Dental was a very positive one. Debbie in the front desk was very Friendly and nice. Elizabeth the hygienist was very thorough and nice also. Dr. Joy was Great, he was thorough and explained things very well. All the other staff were also friendly. Thank you Joy Dental for a pleasant experience!

15/10 experience! I highly recommend Joy Dental Pines to anyone seeking a location that delivers supreme customer service and makes you feel like you’re apart of their family from the start. The entire staff proves they love their craft by consistent engagement and the smiles never end. From the welcoming receptionist, to the gentle hands of the hygienist I always felt I was in supreme care and I will definitely continue to use this location for all my dental needs!

My family received such a great service from Joy Dental Pines. The doctors took time doing a comprehensive exam. They were very nice, specially with my kids. I like the way they provide patient education. My hygienist, Hazel, is very professional and empathic. The way that she works with my family shows how important the patient is to her. She is very careful with her work; she is amazing. The whole staff is so nice, respectfull and competent. I strongly recommend Joy Dental Pines.

This is my second visit to Joy dental in Pembrook Pines Florida. I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. The staff and the doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. Everything that is Done on your visit is explained to you thoroughly and in great detail. If you’re looking for a new dentist please, do yourself a favor and Become a new patient. Finding a trustworthy dentist is difficult in this day and age. Finding a dentist that you can trust and feel good about showing up is even better. This office has all those qualifications and more. Joy Dental provide my family with great service. The team is very helpful and take the time to explain any concern or questions we have. I love that they are not expensive compared to other places I had been in FL. They take the time to call you back to follow up to ensure you doing good. I’m very happy with the service and will recommend them.

Awesome Experience! The staff is very polite and nice. I was having a tooth ache and I automatically assumed it was a cavity. Well luckily it wasn’t. Any other dental office would have looked at it and said that it was but the Dr. Joy took the time to double check the tooth and even asked for her husband’s opinion (the other Dentist on staff). My dental hygienist, Elizabeth, was simply amazing! I would definitely recommend!

Dr Jayleen Joy and her husband are great at what they do. My appointment was for later in the day and once they saw what I was coming in for they called me right away to see me sooner. They attended me right away and had great solutions to the problem. Very kind every step of the step. Specially for myself who has a phobia of dental work/care. The staff was very on the ball with anything I asked. They even gave me tea when I walk in. Such great costumer service and intentional team. Loved my experience at Joy Dental.

This was my first time going to Joy Dental in Pembroke Pines and I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Jayleen Joy and her staff. As usual I was very anxious and nervous about the appointment and any procedure whenever I go to the dentist, but Dr. Jayleen Joy was very nice and courteous. Her assistants Francisca and Hazel were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Jayleen Joy is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , she also has a very gentle touch as I did not feel any pain or discomfort the entire time she was working on my teeth. I was even able to watch Netflix meanwhile I was sitting on the comfortable recliner getting my procedure done. I would highly recommend Joy Dental in Pembroke Pines to anyone that needs any kind of work done on their teeth. Truly Dr. Jayleen Joy and her staff go beyond the stars! When you find the best, you keep it!
