I’ve only had pleasant experiences every time I visited! From the woman at front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Katrina Le – everyone is just so sweet, friendly, and caring. They really know their stuff, are good at what they do, and are very accommodating. – I’ve never waited longer than 5 min for my appointment. – I’m always, always greeted with smiles – They are NOT pushy with extra services like many other offices. – They will show me all my x-rays and photos, explain the issue, and what my options are and ask me what I want to do – They never rush you if you have questions – They try to get pre-approval for things so you know how much it will cost upfront – The office may not be flashy or fancy, but it is always clean and they take safety precautions during COVID. They have taken my insurance across 3 different plans across the years, so I hope I can continue going here for years to come 🙂

I left a message for Dr. Le at 10:45pm explaining an urgent dental issue. I asked if she could make time to see me for the next day. She called back at 11:00pm and spent 30 mins with me to diagnose the problem. My 8:00am the following day, she and made arrangements for me to see a specialist. Her level of care and professionalism are outstanding.

Dr. Katrina Le’s office is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I don’t remember ever having a dentist/orthodontist this great. I first came to Dr. Le around 3 years ago with a LOT of teeth concerns. Her entire staff is so amazing and helpful as well. I’ve gotten invisalign as well as other cosmetic work done. My favorite thing about Dr. Le is how much of a perfectionist she is! For example, when I was scheduled to be done with my invisalign, she noticed my teeth weren’t 100% ready and she immediately explained to me what she wanted to change and how I can better my smile. She recommends so much, and even if you can’t/don’t want to go through with the recommendations, she works with what YOU are comfortable with!

Love Dr. Le and her professional staff. Dr. Le and her staff always explain everything every step of the way. She always puts me at ease, she’s detailed, precise, gentle while being thorough. I trust her completely and am so grateful for finding someone who takes such great care of my teeth.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to! Katrina Lee and her staff are very thorough and are great at explaining any dental work needed. She was able to show me a very clear picture of a cavity that needed to be filled. She explained the work that needed to be done and the timing in which I could do it. She’s very open to answering questions and really making sure you understand what’s going to be done. Katrina and her staff are awesome!

I absolutely love Dr Le’s dental practice. I recently went for a cleaning and X-ray during Covid precaution time . The office was well prepared with air filters in each room. Limited patients and temp check. Each of the staff is so warm. The receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist and Doctor are concerned about your comfort and concerns. It is a pleasure coming here.

So this is the third dentist I’ve seen at this location, so I don’t know if I’m more loyal to the dentists, or the office. But in any case, after first going to Dr LoGrasso in the 80’s, and then Dr Arita for many years, it was nice to see that she had found a good replacement in Dr Katrina Le. She has a very good manner and explains what’s going to happen and what the options are. Until last week, I’d only been there for cleanings, but I needed a filling replaced last time, and they did a great job of explaining to me what was going to happen and what the side effects and ongoing issues might be. The numbing was uneventful, although Dr Le apologized for the pain I might be feeling. The filling looks great, and my tooth doesn’t hurt any more. A new thing is taking digital pictures while they’re working to show you what’s going on.

I absolutely loved Dr. Le. I am a dentist phobe and as a result negliected my dental health to the point of no return. I ended up breaking my tooth and requiring an emergency extraction. Dr Le was very patient and accamodating. I ended up needing two teeth extracted and the process went completely smooth and painless. I did not feel a thing. I absolutely recommend Dr. Le and will stick with her until then end of times 🙂

Dr. Le and staff were nice and made me feel very comfortable. I typically don’t look forward to my routine cleanings because they usually hurt and are quite uncomfortable. But, my recent visit at Dr. Katrina Le’s office was fantastic. The cleaning did not hurt one bit and I can say that I almost enjoyed it! Dr. Le was very thorough with my exam and clearly explained my gum measurements to me which was extremely helpful. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Le and her staff did an amazing job!  What’s particularly great is that she walks you through the entire process, making sure you know what is going on, as well as showing you before and after pictures in “real time”.  I also agree with other reviewers that numbing syringe applications there were pretty much painless, and I had very little soreness afterwards.  Overall a great office.  I’m actually a little sad that I’m moving to another state so soon now that I found the perfect dentist 🙂
