Dr. Schrott and her team always keep me informed every step of the way. She shows you all the xrays and explains everything and lets you ask questions till you understand. She doesn’t want to drill if she doesn’t have too. She looks and checks the xrays on multiple monitors if she is unsure. This helps to determine if the tv pictures’ color on a monitor is the issue. She would rather monitor something small than just drill. She really cares and is a down to earth dentist that talks to you like a coworker would. She is happy to see you, asks how are you doing and helps you understand whatever she finds and see’s. I would not leave this dentist practice.

I used to dread going to the dentist – and I take care of my teeth. The hygienist at K&S was thorough while being gentle. In fact, I once fell asleep in the chair, much to my mortification. They keep their appointment times, too, and do a great job of reminding you (and reminding you, and reminding you!) of your appointment, so you don’t drop any. This also makes it easier for them to stay on time. It’s great!

Believe it or not, I have been seeing Dr. Kraft and Sharon the hygienist for over 25 years. I started going when I worked in the area, and still make the trip downtown for their expert care. Dr. Kraft is personable, honest, and professional, and has kept my smile in great shape! Sharon is also professional and thorough, and makes me as comfortable and relaxed as possible during cleanings. The office is clean and efficient and everyone is welcoming and friendly!

Was in so much pain for 2 days due to a broken tooth. I called so many dentists on July 4th for assistance, including my own, and of course offices were closed. This practice called me as soon as they opened the next day and was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. Staff was so courteous and prompt. They were not able to provide the root canal service I needed but called two other practices to get me an appt as soon as possible. They referred me to a specialist close by that could treat me in the next hour. The specialist was awesome and treated my pain so well. Root canal performed was excellent and pain was gone! I decided to transfer my business from my current dentist to this practice based on this experience!

Amazing and quality service with knowledgeable professionals. Every time I go to my appointments, I am seen almost immediately. My appointments also last a reasonable amount of time (regular dental cleaning). Perfect place if you’re a busy person who wants quality dental care. Both doctor Kraft & Schrott seem to also be there often, because 1/3 times I’ve been there I got a chance to meet doctor Kraft. Everything also feels very smooth, organized, and clean.

Having moved to Boston a year ago from Chicago I continued to fly back to see my dentist (of 9 years) since going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. Because of an immediate issue I found my way to Kraft & Schrott Dental Associates. From the moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcomed, well cared for and most importantly at ease. They are knowledgeable and communicative. They presented all my options and gave recommendations on a course of treatment. While I have just started my relationship with this practice, I don’t foresee me having to fly back to Chicago to go to the dentist anymore.

I love my dentist. Who can say that?! This dental practice is incredibly professional yet personal at the same time. Here, you’re not just another patient or chart number. You are a familiar face. They know you by name not just when you come in for an appointment but also when I call, they remember my info and what work I’m getting done or is coming up. During each appointment, they are friendly, professional, gentle when cleaning (I’ve had other dentists rip my mouth apart during cleanings). I also had Invisalign done here. I love the way my teeth came out and have such a nice straight and white smile now

I started seeing Dr Kraft a few years ago at my boyfriend’s recommendation and have always been impressed by his expertise and ability to make patients feel comfortable (I had a lifelong fear of the dentist’s office prior to coming here). I live in California now, but recently got in touch with Dr. Kraft’s office to get some cosmetic work done. The office was super organized and made sure I would be able to fit everything in on my next visit back to Boston. Last week I got six veneers with Dr. Sharon Schrott, and I can’t express how happy I was with the experience. My teeth look amazing and she was informative and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout each visit. Everyone at this office- from the doctors, to the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the skilled hygeniests and techs, are SO SO nice and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kraft and Associates for more than 15 years. A co-worker referred him to me and I’m eternally grateful that she did! Many years ago, I had a dentist who never gave me enough novacaine and I was always felt pain whenever he had to use the drill. It traumatized me. I never feel any pain with Dr. Kraft. He always takes care to ensure my comfort. He is calm, friendly, and kind. The quality of his dental work is exceptional. I’m currently on a national tour playing with an artist and started experiencing acute pain in a tooth en route to Boston. I did a bit of research, found Dr. Kraft’s office and booked a last-minute appointment. Their staff was incredibly courteous and their expertise was seemingly unbound. They explained the procedure to me, had me in and out in less than an hour and forwarded assets from the visit to my regular dentist in Seattle. Can’t recommend highly enough!
