Dr. Kreitzberg and his staff are kind and professional. The office is spotless and comfortable. Treatment plan discussed in advance and appointments available at convenient times. The hygienist was fabulous. They also helped with my insurance issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Kreitzberg to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kreitzberg’s for almost 15 years. Dr. Kreitzberg and his whole staff are always very pleasant, nice, and caring. It’s a true family office, especially now that, Dr. Kreitzberg’s son, Dr. Dustin is here. The new massage chairs are an awesome addition too, I highly recommend this office!

I am new to LI and was in need of a dentist I could trust. I am thankful to have found Dr Glen Kreitzberg!  My first visit was amazing, I sat with Dr K in his office and visited with him before my cleaning with one of his hygienists. They did an assessment of my teeth, x-rays, etc…I had not been to a dentist in 3 years since I had moved here so there was another appointment scheduled for further cleaning etc. At first I thought “why not just do it all today?” I learned that there is a method to this thinking and was happy to have been assessed properly and not just herded into procedures I may or may not need. Very Thorough, I appreciate that.  I have general over all good oral health, but issues do arise (chipped molar). I went back to be fitted for a temporary crown, then when the permanent one was ready, back for that. Other than my own mild dental anxiety, I cannot sing the praises of Dr K’s touch and professionalism and his ability to make me laugh and forget why I was there. An issue arose with the permanent crown, I called them up, no problem, went back in. Addressing my concernes and issues was all part of S.O.P. at Dr K’s office, they want you to be well, to have great oral health. I went back and unfortunately, the permanent crown needed to be removed and we had to try again. This time, my anxiety was gone, and I think I was a better patient as I wasn’t afraid to bite down for the best impression for the crown molding procedure (this may not be what it is called :))  I am (at the time of this post) 3 days with a temporary crown and ZERO issues. As a matter of fact, I asked if I could just keep this one. 🙂 I will be going back for the permanent crown and I have zero fear that this new tooth will be awesome, Dr K is diligent.  Dr K explained his processes, and the “why’s” to having a crown put it and made me feel like my oral health is worth the investment. People, do not go cheap with dental care. I have no idea what crowns, cleaning and other oral care goes for elsewhere in NY, what I do know is you have you teeth for life, most of you wear them everyday!!!, this is not where you pinch pennies. My smile is awesome, I will not have a hollow, sunk in face where a tooth should’ve been when I get older because I made this investment to get the best oral care and to have the tooth replaced.

OMG, I was in a lot of pain and DR. Glenn took care of my tooth problem from the start to the end when he called me after he sent me for a root canal. I am so thrilled with the professionalism of this entire staff. Thanks for getting me fixed before my vacation!!! you guys rock!!! A++++++++ From, Dot
