I have never felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental office. Dr. Mai Ly is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. She is wonderful and very caring. Her entire staff is very professional, friendly, and provide the best care one could hope for. They take the time to get to know you so that you feel comfortable and safe. Their customer service is top notch, and I cannot recall a time in 4 years of going to Dr. Mai Ly where she has not followed up with me to see how I was doing immediately after a treatment. My entire family visits Ladera Dentistry because we are always in great hands here.

I absolutely love it here at Ladera dentistry. I have been working here for a year and a half with Dr Mai, and the team that I work with are amazing. I waited 10+ years to get my front teeth fixed. Dr Mai was able to place veneers on all my front teeth and they look amazing! I get compliments on them all the time. I show our patients the beautiful work as an example of Dr Mai’s craftsmanship!

My dentist, Dr. Mai Ly is the best! Professional, pro-active, considerate and flexible in accommodating appointments. Her office, Ladera Dentistry is open late during the work week and most Saturdays. I highly recommend Dr. mai Ly and her friendly and professional staff!

My 13 year old daughter is a happy girl. Why, you ask? Because Dr. Mai at Ladera Dentistry fixed her chipped tooth today and it looks incredible! She had been seeing a different dentist for the past 4 years since she originally chipped her two front teeth, and I must admit that Dr. Mai puts the former work to shame. Seriously, night and day! My self conscious 8th grade daughter is smiling pretty and beaming with joy! I imagine her selfies will probably triple over the next few weeks. Thank you, to all the staff who were extremely kind and to Teri, the office manager for being so helpful in working with us and making us feel so welcomed to your gorgeous office. It had such a soothing atmosphere and we could see clearly how much effort you put into making your patients feel comfortable! I highly recommend Ladera Dentistry for all of your dental needs!

I am so impressed with the customer service and genuine care of all the staff. I had a dental emergency and called in to see if I could possibly get help for a bad toothache. It was a Friday afternoon and I was in a lot of pain. The staff directed me to come in so I could get at least an evaluation and within a half hour the dentist had reviewed my X-rays and diagnosed the problem and was doing emergency surgery to treat the issue. I am so grateful and am so happy I found a dental office with such compassion, caring and professionalism. I will be recommending Ladera Dentistry to everyone I know. Thank U !!!!

My family and I have become new patients of Dr. Mai. We could not be happier with our experience at Ladera Dentistry. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean office. Dr Mai is great, she explains everything and makes you very comfortable. Even my three year old was at ease getting her teeth cleaned for the first time!

Dr Mai Ly and her staff at Ladera Dentistry are top notch. She’s super friendly and so incredibly attentive. I went to her based on the advice of a close friend. Couldn’t be more happier with results. During the whole procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and worked with extreme precision. Everyone is so personable there. I definitely would recommend her to anyone and am having my entire family go to her. You won’t be disappointed.

I have never been so excited to go to my dentist appointments,  I just love the results and knowing that I am taking care of my dental issues.  Dr Ly is so good at what she does. She and her staff always make sure that I am comfortable and have no pain.
I like that she is conservative in her treatments and always offers me choices.  I would recommend Dr Ly if you want to have a professional Dentist that is very knowledgeable and caring.

Best dentist I’ve had yet.  Very personable and professional.  Dr. Ly and her staff make me feel like their only patient in the sense that my appointments are never rushed.  She takes her time and makes sure all my questions are answered.  My visits are always pain free. Staff is helpful and office is super clean and relaxing.  =D

I’ve waited for years for a dentist AND staff as good as Dr. Mai and her team.  They are punctual, professional and friendly.  Not to mention they’re first-rate.  Dr. Mai is honest about what needs done, and she doesn’t try and upsell you or say that you need a root canal if you don’t.  But if you did, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who’d do a better job.  Thank you Dr. Mai and team, you’re the best!

I went in for an Invisalign consultation and that same day I left with impressions completed and sent off to the lab. Within a couple of weeks I got a call to schedule my appointment to get my attachment placed so I can start my treatment.  They are very flexible with scheduling and accommodate my schedule. I’m currently 5/16 weeks into my treatment and had one of my attachment fall off and they got me in the same day to replace it. Both Dr. Mai and (partner dentist) are easy to talk to not to mention gentle  and I actually don’t mind going to the dentist now. The office and staff are so professional and it is very clean. I’m glad I found this office.

My 8 yr old son had major tooth pains one day, I called Dr Ly’s office and was told to come in right way. I came in and was greeted by a super friendly and professional front office admin. She showed us around the office, it’s very nice and clean. There’s a large tv to entertain the kids, coffee, tea and water!!
Dr Ly was very patient with my son. He asked her tons of question and she responded to all of them without scaring him off. That kind of patience with kids are extremely rare to find. She was willing to wait as long as it took for him to be ready for the procedure.
After all was done, my son easily agreed to come back in a few months for another visit!!
The entire staff is great!! I’ll definitely be making an appointment for myself and husband. I’ve already referred a few family and friends!!

Wonderful with children. Very patient and gentle with children! My twins came home with great advice and from the dentist on proper brushing, flossing, and rinsing! Thank you.
