I was very happy with my first experience, the place was very nicely decorated, clean and the stuff was friendly, informed about all the procedures, I felt well being there for what I wanted to be done with my teeth, every one knew what they were doing. Dr. Tale was very caring and explained to me in detail what he found I needed to do to keep my teeth in healthy conditions, I have liked his easy way to talk with me and at the end of the consultation I received a written statement of all what we have talked with a price that will be my part, I have liked that and I have already have booked some. Amazing, Amazing dentist. I was referred to Dr. Tale by one of my friends. I have to tell you I found my dentist for life! I broke one of my molars so I went to Dr. Tale based on my friend’s recommendation. His office manager jennifer and the assistant were super friendly and nice. Dr. Tale himself is extremely knowledgeable, patient and humble. Not to mention he’s a pretty funny guy. It happened that my tooth needed extraction and an implant. I knew I had decay on that tooth for a while but like everybody else who postpones dental appointments I didn’t go in until part of my tooth came out. Dr. Tale explained The treatment thoroughly and gave me my options!! Unlike other dentists I’ve seen he wasn’t pushy at all.
He extracted my tooth and placed an implant there. No pain or discomfort!!! I am more than happy with him, and going back to finish the rest of my treatment that I’ve been postponing for years!
I could not recommend Lake Forest Dental Health Care & Dr. Tale more. Thank you for your great work Dr. Tale.

From the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave, you will be treated amazingly by Jennifer, the receptionist, and by Dr. Tale himself. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but what an amazing experience – I ended up having to have a root canal, and Dr. Tale explained exactly what had happened and what the procedure would entail. He used state of the art technology to ensure that my teeth would look top notch…and they did. He also knows how to make his patients laugh, and I always leave with a smile on my face. He is hands down the best dentist I have ever had, and recommend his business to my family and closest friends. He is caring, funny, and not driven by money. I drive from (a far distance), but it doesn’t matter when the service is so wonderful and hard to find these days 🙂

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist in all 31 years of my life. After experiencing a painful toothache from a chipped tooth, I had to find a dentist close to me but also one I was comfortable with going to at such short notice.
The moment that I walked in and was examined by the dentist, Dr. Tale-Yazdi, I felt calm. Not only do I share same interests as the dentist so our conversations are always great and funny but the dental hygienists are always just as fun and easy to talk to.
The work is also amazing! I had to get a root canal, my seventh, but it was the best out of them all. Dr. Tale-Yazdi always made sure I was comfortable!
I can’t say enough good things about this dentist and his staff. I’m so happy to have stumbled on this office! I am finally excited to go to the dentist!!

I recently switched dentists and I am very glad I did. I have had to visit the dentist 3 times within the last month and every time I go I am greeted by my name and with a smile from Jennifer. In the waiting room and in all the patient rooms there are flat screen tv’s which is a nice change from the office I used to go to. During my visits, I received cleaning, fillings, bonding, and a nightguard. The Doctor was always kind, would joke around a little bit to help me feel comfortable but always be professional which has made my numerous visits very pleasant. Overall, friendly receptionist, attentive and gentle doctor, and clean and new office. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Dr. Tale-Yazdi for his kindness, knowledge and amazing gift in dentistry. Tonight my 9 year old son had a chipped his front tooth after playing with friends that got too aggressive. He was in pain. As he cried, I knew I could call Dr. Tale and he would find a way to be available to heal my sons tooth. Within 10 minutes he returned my call and was able to see him within an hour! After Dr. Tale “took good care” of his front tooth my son was smiling again! Thank you with all of my heart!

Dr. Tale-Yazdi and his staff are just awesome! The Dr. is a young and really friendly guy who talks to you like he’s been your friend for sometime. I can say that this is one of the nicest and friendliest doctors I’ve ever been to. This guy is definitely going to be my regular dentist! 🙂

I specially like Melanie, the hygienist. She is just, in a word, excellent. I had a particular phenomena in my mouth for years that no one could explain. I wish I could give Lake Forest Dental 10 stars but I will settle for the 5 provided! Over the years I have been to many dentists but none have been as great Dr. Tale. He keeps the mood light with conversation. Half the time I didn’t even realize that I was getting work done because he was busy telling me funny stories etc. I hate getting shots and could barely even feel them. His method is of giving a series of small shots really keeps it from being painful. I had been afraid to get a root canal because many people in may family have had such terrible experiences. 4 root canals and crowns later and I can’t believe how easy it was. Jennifer (the office manager) really worked with my schedule and even kept me in mind when an appointment opened up at a time that would work best for me. Not to mention how much they worked with me in regards to payments. Of all the dentists I had been to, not a single one of them had told me about (third party financing options). I’m just really grateful that I found a dentists office that I can rely on. Thanks you guys!

I have to say Dr. Tale is one of the nicest doctors i’ve seen out there. Couple of months ago I fractured my two front teeth during a mountain biking accident. I was in sever pain and went in without an appointment as an emergency patient. The front office girl jennifer is very nice and I have to say Dr. tale is extremely friendly, and funny. He was cracking jokes with me that I actually forgot why i was there in the first place. He took the time to do a thorough exam and explained everything to me in details. I ended up needing 2 root canals and crowns on my front teeth. The root canals weren’t painful at all. I was mostly concerned with the look of my front teeth. Well I got my crowns last week and they look amazing!! I just wanted to take the time and say thank you Dr. Tale for doing such a beautiful job on my teeth. You gave my smile back to me.

Dr. Tale is an amazing person and dentist! I have been to several dentists before I found Dr.Tale and always felt less like I was a patient and more like a number. Several experiences with prior dentists where they literally took advantage and ripped me off. I have always have had weak teeth since I was a kid. Having said that I have come across many dentists who have drilled numerous holes without reason in my teeth to fill their pockets. Can’t say enough great things about the entire team at Lake Forest Dental Health Care! As someone who has had many odd and negative experiences over the years, I am very picky about who I see! I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and continue to feel comfortable every visit. I never feel pressured to have extra services or work done, and love that they take a conservative approach to treatment opting to wait and monitor ( instead of getting filling happy!). My appointments are right on time and last 30 mins or less. The techs are gentle and super nice to talk to, plus Doc and the staff always remember something personal about me from my last visit which is a unique and thoughtful touch.
