A good dentist is hard to find. A great dentist even more rare. Customer service is very important to me and Dr. Nguyen and his staff has shown me that it’s their priority too. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and offered a refreshment while I wait. When getting treatment I can watch TV on the ceiling and get lip balm for my dry lips and a blanket for my legs when I feel cold. It’s those small things that impress me. I grind my teeth and they had started shifting so I got Invisalign to correct it and also had my cleanings and cavities taken care of. I can vouch for how gentle and thorough Dr. Nguyen is. The office is very clean and modern with top of the line equipment. The pricing is very reasonable and he doesn’t upsell you for things you don’t need. He’s very caring, thorough and honest. I always feel well taken care of and would definitely recommend him!

My husband and I are both new to the area, and we searched for a dentist that had strong reviews. Today was our first apt, in for a cleaning and exam. Those positive reviews are very well deserved! Probably the best experience yet. Everyone was friendly and professional, and made you feel that your comfort was of top priority. They also had a clean office (that’s a big deal to me), modern equipment, and it was a nice touch to be able to watch something while the cleaning was underway. We had a morning apt with virtually no wait, and we didn’t receive any unwanted pressure for anything (they felt very honest to me). Thank you Dr Nguyen and everyone else that we met with today… 🙂

Such amazing service and helpful!! Made me feel at home and comfortable! I haven’t gone to the dentist In Years and I finally found someone I want to continue with!! I’m very nervous and anxious about having dental work..having needed 2 root canals I had my first one done and it was pain free and went smoothly !!! I am not as nervous now about completing my second! Also this office doesn’t try to upsale you or over charge which was very important to me as well! So far phenomenal service!!

Ok, so it’s been 13 years since I last stepped inside a Dental office. My coworker recommended to check Dr. Nguyen out so I decided to give his office a try and boy am I glad I did! The whole staff is amazing and very friendly I was very impressed with everyone’s professionalism! I love how they offered water and provided me with headphones to watch Netflix while they examined my teeth which made the experience of this visit so much better. Unfortunately I was not able to do the cleaning today and to had to schedule another appointment. But honestly I’m ok with that because Dr. Nguyen was so thorough with his examination that I have confidence he’ll restore my poor teeth back into good health again! I highly recommend everyone to give his office a chance. I’m really looking forward to my next visit. =)

5 stars for sure. The whole team of Dr Sean Nguyen is superb! His staff was amazing! They were really friendly and you could tell that they love what they do. The clinic is modern and really clean. They have a tv on the wall and a tv on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix, etc while having your teeth fixed. Dr Sean is really good. He likes to know your feedback and doesn’t do a sales pitch after listening. You could really tell he is concerned about your teeth and wants to provide excellent service. He explained all the procedure that needs to be done and will consult with you first. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

For others who are browsing and still looking for a great dentist, you wouldn’t be disappointed with Dr Sean and his team.

Love this office, If your looking for a place that has modern technology this is it. Janine( hygienist) gave me a pain free cleaning and polishing. My teeth are finally back to being pearly white again, Yay! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their appointments are very flexible. And are very concerned about causing any pain. Love watching Netflix while they work on my teeth. If any fillings or procedures are needed, they give me a few options.  Great location, and friendly staff.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are absolutely amazing! I was visiting from Georgia and encountered a dental emergency which necessitated the extraction of 2 teeth. His staff went the extra mile and on short notice I was able to been seen, put on an antibiotic and had further treatment within a few days. As others have commented, the office cleanliness and decor are a further compliment as to why people love this dentist and all the great staff in this office.  It’s no wonder why you see so many 5 Star reviews and I would rate him even higher, if that was possible!

I had a great experience here. I hate going to the dentist and have major anxiety about it. They immediately set my mind at ease. Dr. Sean was patient and compassionate and made me feel comfortable about moving forward with some much needed dental work. The staff is so efficient and knowledgeable. So far I just had a deep cleaning and my teeth look so much better than they have in years! Thank you so much!

Dr. Sean is a very caring dentist. He takes his time and explains what he is doing. He uses modern technology to help you understand by seeing images of your teeth on a computer screen. He makes crowns in his office so I was able to leave with my new crowns in place with no need for a follow-up visit. I highly recommend Dr. Sean Nguyen and his friendly staff.

Best dentist and dental staff ever! From the front of the house to the back, Lake Forest Modern Dental could not be any better. The office is state of the art, clean, and welcoming, and Dr. Nguyen is thorough, gentle, and really takes your feedback into consideration. My husband and I were desperate for a new dentist after years of being unhappy with “salesy”, pushy dentists and offices and we are so lucky to have been referred here.

This is the best dentist office that I have ever been too. The staff is awesome. The doctor is knowledgeable in every part of dentistry.  The whole office explains everything to you before they do it. I had deep scale cleaning done with laser cleaning below gum line. Absolutely no pain at all. TV’s on wall and ceiling so you can watch Netflix, HBO. State of the art modern equipment. Love this place 5 stars.

Dr. Nguyen has steady, mechanical hands and fingers like those of a pianist (…) Christina in reception is the nicest person you’ll ever meet and goes above and beyond to accommodate. These people are genuine and serious about customer service. I drive 2 hours from my house to have work done at this location. I had an emergency and this dude answered the phone on the golf course, then came in on his day off to help me, ….above and beyond.

I loved every second of it. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very honest. The hygienist specialist that cleaned my teeth is my absolute favorite of all specialists I have ever seen.
The office is super clean and gorgeous.
I would travel hours to see this team!!!

I had a filling come out of my tooth unexpectedly and it needed attention right away. I am also in my third trimester of pregnancy. I called Dr. Nguyen (the location is near my house and I previously saw a sign that said accepting new patients) and he told me to come in that same day. It was my very first time visiting the office. The receptionist was very friendly and offered water, juice, coffee or tea. The check in was very quick and I didn’t have to fill out a ton of new patient paperwork. I got back right away and the staff in the back was just as welcoming and friendly and called me by name and even put on Netflix for me to watch. Dr Nguyen came in and introduced himself and did a visual exam and told me exactly what to expect during my visit. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and really took his time to make sure I was comfortable. I will most definitely be back after my little one is born to get X-rays and a cleaning etc. I have finally found a wonderful dentist that I can make my primary. I am also making an apt for my husband right away. Thank you Dr Nguyen and staff for your amazing care today!

I went to see Dr. Sean Nguyen to get a routine teeth cleaning and was amazed on the detail of care I received from walking in the door. The office itself is brand new and has a warm stylish decor(…) I called on a Monday for an appointment and had plenty of openings as early as the next day! The receptionist was nice and sweet when setting up my appointment as well as making me feel comfortable in the waiting room.

The level of care and knowledgeable information that Dr. Nguyen shared with me was awesome. He was very informative and professional in explaining what he was doing and what he recommend me do if I wanted to fix my chipped tooth. I never felt any pressure to do anything extra, but the honest feedback and recommendations was refreshing. Thanks Dr. Sean!
