These people treat you like family, really. Best first appointment I HAVE EVER HAD. This company has their systems and procedures set up and running smooth. They even have all the phones going to a location away from the lobby and rooms, no constant phones ringing and all that chatter is not there. It’s nice and tranquil. Colleen has very positive style and attitude that helps the whole place flow. She helped me understand all the work that my teeth need and all the costs were explained in detail. Professional, Informative, Attentive, Effective, Personalized, and Attention to Detail Approach. The Dental Hygienists are Excellent! General Dentistry is Great! Especially with porcelain feelings. Endodontist Dr. Batheja, Root Canal Specialist is Absolutely Amazing with his calming and effective approach!! Orthodontist Dr. Fowell achieved incredible results with my daughters moderate-to-severe under bite and the need for early intervention with phase 1 and 2 braces, and, my son’s orthodontics! All of the staff is very attentive and educated with insurance questions and the receptionist are proactive with callbacks, scheduling, and appointment needs. The Lakewood Dental Arts Orthodontist staff is friendly, welcoming and overall fantastic. They are always on time and never keep you waiting. My daughter loves the doctor and the assistants and they are all very gentle. On several occasions I had to reschedule an appt. and they have been extremely helpful by calling me back when another appt. opened up. The office has a great reward program that allows the kids to earn prizes such as gift cards. If you want great service I would recommend this office.

What can you say about the dentist? They are usually the people who deliver pain and noises that you only experience in nightmares. I have had deep cleaning twice and regular cleanings after that. While there is pain involved, I must admit, the staff her will explain and tell you the amount of pain that will be involved. They will try their best in making you feel as comfortable as possible while you are going through the process. Just remember one thing, if it hurts, RAISE YOUR HAND! You can’t say anything because they are in your mouth, so raise that hand like you just don’t care! Try to have a good time after everything is done. Go out the dinner the night before because you won’t want to eat after a deep cleaning!

The office is very nice! it’s very clean, the people who work there look nice and they greet you when you come in. if you have HMO insurance they put a welcome list out to new patients.They have free WiFi, all you have to do is ask for their hotspot and they will give you the password. Dr. Goodis is very nice and friendly and he will sit down and talk to you like a person and not car parts. He didn’t try to find anything wrong with my teeth or create problems. I got a cleaning the same day from Tanisha and she was very good and thorough, very friendly and quiet. All I was looking for was a good dental office that was clean and professional to get my check-ups and cleanings. i don’t have any problems with my teeth. I would recommend them. Good office.

Dr.Goodis is an excellent dentist !! Our family has been in his hands for probably 20 years. We have only glowing comments about him on all levels-expertise, professionalism, sanitation, kindness and wonderful human spirit. His integrity is something rarely seen in today’s world- beyond reproach..Character is something that can’t be taught. It takes a lifetime to build and a minute to destroy. He has treated each member of our family as if we are his family. How fortunate we are to have him in our lives. Besides his great technical expertise and honesty he is a real professional in every sense of the word. Beyond accepting responsibility he has great ethics. His genuine warmth and caring for patients is a testament to the dentist he is and the man he is. Dr. Goodis has a passion for dentistry and dedicates himself to his patients Going to any dentist can be a real pain- not a stress-free event. However, because of his calm demeanor and terrific sense of humor,we have never had the need to take tranquilizers beforehand. Due to his flexible nature, he is able to adapt to different ages, personalities and situations. We highly recommend him. It would be easy to go on with praise but Yelp doesn’t have enough room.
