This Dentist office is NO JOKE. Dr. Gupta and her entire staff are welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I think in my entire life (I’m as old as dirt’s younger sister) I have been to the dentist about 12 times and four of those were times I had wisdom teeth removed. The dentist was always “just too expensive”. My first visit was via a referral from my boyfriend who is not a big fan of the dentist. They worked with him and put him on a payment plan that he could afford. She is doing the same for me! I’m looking forward to building a relationship with this Dentist Office and FINALLY being in a position where I can take care of my teeth. Take care of your teeth…or they will leave you.

This dentist office was very clean and organized. The dental assistants were very polite and exuded a great attitude when assisting patients. They worked in a timely fashion, so there was not along wait upon arrival. Dr. Gupta makes you feel great in making decisions about improving your smile and connects with you from her own personal experience of dental issues. I’m glad I came to the this dentist office.

This was an amazing, blessed experience. Dr. Gupta and her team do ALL they can to ensure you receive the best service with kindness and smiles. They do not mind putting in the footwork. The operations manager, Brooke Thompson, makes sure you leave with a full understanding of all associated costs and treatment plan. She reviews the paperwork line by line. She makes sure she knows what your insurance will or will not pay for as well as assist with options to cover the portion you’re responsible for but without pressure of pushing you into a high interest credit situation. I left there feeling appreciated and supported. I AM VERY GRATEFUL

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s office! I have to start off by saying Nia and Keisha made me feel welcomed and at ease when I first arrived and that’s says a lot about their amazing customer service skills and work ethic. Dr. Gupta is very friendly, welcoming and professional. She took care of everything that needed to be done. She is very knowledgeable and informative. I will be coming back! Can’t say enough good things about her and her staff!!! Thank you!

I have nothing but RESPECT for Dr. Gupta and the staff. Everyone there is VERY Friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. They work with you,to ensure you get the right service to meet your needs. My children and I COULDN’T THINK OF going any where else. I have referred so many people due to the level of service they provide. My children and I are customers for life. We LOVE this place.

Dr. Gupta is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to see. To be honest I had a terrible experience with the dentist before and was terrified to go to another one but Dr. Gupta is so friendly and gentle. On top of the fact that her office is very well kept and it gives u the feeling of being at home. Her staff is amazing and very helpful as well. The best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had and I’m 26 years old. I’m going to schedule appointments for my children as well. I’d recommend ANYONE to visit her office, you won’t regret it!

Dr.G did an amazing job on my root canal and crown the whole staff is awesome they all just seem to go together!! Will definitely recommend!! Also they got me in when I was in really bad shape I’m talking same day appointment!! Also helped me with financing due to no insurance. Payment plan was affordable. Will definitely come back if need be also very clean

This was my first time at this office. I took my 6 year old son to have his tooth pulled. The facilities were warm,modern and very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They put my son at ease during his procedure. I even had some work done myself. The prices are very affordable too. Dr Gupta is awesome! I have found a lifelong dentist for me and my family.

I love Lancaster Family Smiles. Dr. Gupta, is Awesome. She is experienced in her field, makes you very comfortable. Ms.Brook, be taking care of business, if your coins not right. Ms. Brook has the answer. The best part of my visit, it doesn’t smell like a dental office. So fresh. Taken my mind off my problem

I had a son with a severe tooth ache the office staff was great. Came back for the follow up after antibiotics and meet the Dentist. Very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with the excellent service. Will be back soon for a extraction. Robert/Joanna/Lewanny

I found this office by doing a Google search and I’m glad I did. The office is modern and very clean. They offer water and coffee and tea in the waiting Room. They have a kids playroom so your kids are entertained while you receive services. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have only positive things to say about my experience at this dental office.

I just turned 18 and it was the first time I went to the dentist on my own, so I was expecting to be a little lost but everyone was very nice and patient. They keep in mind what’s best for you, and I got what I needed done the same day. Im usually a nervous person but the assistant (Jasmine I believe) and Doctor Gupta made me laugh and continued to check on me. They were very helpful and clear on everything we talked about. I’m glad I found a place I can feel comfortable at!

This has been my best experience ever at the dentist. I usually get depressed and feel overwhelmed when I leave the dentist but this time was much different. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. They actually talk and hold conversations with you. They provided me with multiple options and told me they could start whenever I felt comfortable. This was the first time I have left the dentist feeling optimistic and not depressed. I have recommended them to several friends and I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Gupta has been my dentist for over 3 years and I honestly can’t imagine myself with anybody else. The second I walk into the office, I am immediately greeted with the friendliest front office staff. I have never experienced a stressful time while coming in for an appointment. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and thorough. She is friendly and very helpful. So far it’s been a great experience! I love how the facility is clean and staff is so helpful and respectful of my time I am afraid to go to the dentist and would never want to go but, if I do I will not hesitate to come to Dr. Gupta. Overall, Dr. Gupta has been my dentist for over 3 years and that can already give an impression how much she cares for every patient. I highly recommend her as your Dentist

Dr Gupta is tge best! State of the art facility, great staff and a great dentist. We started with her back in Jan 2017. My son chipped a tooth on a saturday called at 5pm and she told us to come on in. Worked on my son and he loved her. We’ve all been in for teeth cleanings and some fillings. Couldn’t ask for a better more honest dentist.

I owe them the world. They really took excellent care of me in one of my darkest moments in life. Went far and beyond for me. Got me looking at life in a whole new manner just by being humane and having the heart to do so when they didn’t have too. Thank you so much. Exspecially Brooke Thompson you’re the best!

Dr. Gupta is an amazing dentist who made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my appointment!! She is a wonderful dentist who genuinely cares for her patients. She took her time, and explained the procedure to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff is friendly, professional, considerate and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to go there for the foreseeable future.

This was my son’s first visit to this office, I was satisfied with the services provided to him. After several attempts to find a dental provider to accept a patient with a disability; this office welcomed him with open arms. Dr. Gupta and her entire staff was blessing to us. Both were very friendly and accommodating. Their goal of providing excellent dental care was accomplished. When I set up the appointment, whomever was the receptionist that they didn’t come off so much professional. When we hung up I felt like they did it get all the information they needed from me. So the next day another reception is called me because didn’t get the accurate information they had needed as I already had figured. When I went in for the day of the appointment I did enjoy the experience with the service and the staff. Everyone was very informative, communicative, and people friendly. The dentist was great overall my experience at this Dentistry was satisfactory. I look forward to coming again and making it my permanent Dentistry. Thanks ladies

We were a couple minutes late, I thought I was going to have to reschedule. I didn’t! They took very good care of myself and my four children. We were there after hours. They didn’t seem tired or upset that it took so long. They asked questions and provided great suggestions for my children. The kids were also able to pick out a nice backpack with school supply included at the end of their appointment. It’s really nice and professional! We will be back!!! Thanks for all that you do!

This was hands down the cleanest, friendliest and the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to. Everything in the office is state of the art and Dr Gupta and Dr Goel are very knowledgeable dentists, who will go beyond and above to make patients comfortable. The entire team is very empathetic and caring. Now I trust no other dentists but them. I am so impressed with my treatment outcome. Fantastic experience!

I really like Dr. Gupta!! She held conversation and constantly made sure I wasn’t in pain, as I was very nervous about the needles! She’s really nice and professional. I would recommend her to everyone!! I’m really happy that my new insurance is accepted here! However, I’m not entirely fond of a lady who’s name may be Brenda, not too sure.. She’s wasn’t rude or anything. Even attempted in conversation about a “highly anticipated movie”, “Friday”. I understand that they’re busy and have other patients. But after a second time of being here. She seems as if she’s stuck in a “get them in an out” manner. After installing my temporary crown and “shaving” it down to fit my teeth, there was a potent burnt taste and smell. She said “Okay, (another lady who’s name I don’t remember), was waiting for me to set my next appointment. I asked if there was anyway I could get water. She told me I could go to the bathroom. I believe, after seeing my reaction, she followed up with, “I’ll get you some mouthwash”. She returned with just enough to swig around, the rest I rinsed out with water in the sink in the room. 

I have been a patient here for about 2 and 1/2 years and this is best dentist. They treat you like family the entire. They also conduct follow up calls once you had a procedure done. I had cosmetic procedure and referred to a specialist and order the wrong bridge for my mouth. She called and made them correct the problem at no additional charge to me. I am so glad I found her.
