My visit from 7/14 was by far the best dental experience I’ve had. Every employee was attentive, prompt, followed social distancing and safe measures. The entire office from front door to lobby, reception desk, procedure room and restroom were spotless and clean. I am very grateful for their caution, concern for themselves, their families and all patients. I would recommend to anyone needing dental assistance during this pandemic.

Short version: I have lived all over the country and been to dozens of dentists over the years. L.A.N.U. is simply the best in every category. Perhaps other practices could tie a perfect score with L.A.N.U., but nobody could ever top them. Simply as good as a dental practice could possibly be! The More verbose version I rarely write reviews because I just expect “very good” everywhere I spend my time and cash. Or I simply move on to another. L.A.N.U. is one of those few experiences that so exceed expectations, I feel compelled to share. I had one fear in life. Dentists. I’m not afraid of heights, snakes, or dark alleys, but omg I stress out about seeing a dentist. Until LANU. I never thought I’d see the day- but it has arrived- that I even slightly- ok now emphasis on “slightly” -look forward to going there. Here’s where LANU differentiates from the pack. 1. Competence- Dr Leslie is what you would call a perfectionist. She absolutely knows her craft. Let’s face it- we will put up with less than desirable customer service to have the best when it comes to health care. The extraordinary thing about LANU is you sacrifice nothing for a top of the hill dentist. If she is not 100% pleased with the work of an associate for example, she won’t just let it pass as good enough- she points it out and it will teach a technique while correcting it to a higher standard, even though it costs extra time and materials. I don’t believe all dentists practice to a “perfectionist standard” She does. It shows in the staff she has- to the cleanliness of the office. Even all the fish tanks. Everywhere you look. No doubt she has extreme pride and expectations for her practice. And she delivers on what she expects. 2. Technology: My replacement crown was made with a CAD device. The shape measured with an ultrasonic wand, sent to a computer screen where they cleaned up the image- and sent to some sort of 3D printer type machine, and it fit like a glove. Her x-ray machines, note taking system, tools, cameras- everything is high tech it seems. She obviously invests in equipment, services and updates rather than just pocketing profits. 3. Cleanliness: Makes other dentist offices seem a little Walmart-like. Very clean and orderly. 4. Friendliness- The whole staff is always pleasant and actually- spoiler alert- LIKES their job! How many doctor offices have we seen where staff seem like they hate their life? They must have “special” coffee or something because I have NEVER seen a medical office where EVERYONE is full of smiles, treats you like- “gasp”- a very valuable customer, and eager to assist with any need at all. Truly unique. Truly Awesome. 5. Integrity: I had paid too much for a root canal because insurance estimated wrong. It was paid and settled by both their office and myself. The next year started- and almost by accident they noticed a mistake by the insurance company that might benefit me. They researched it and pursued it and I was awarded money back they could have easily just kept for their own profit. I assure you that doesn’t happen everywhere. The LANU website says they believe treating others as they would wish to be. And I believe it not to be just words. If you want to have a dental practice, this is the bar, and this is your most venerable competition! If you want the best teeth, to be appreciated, fears removed, and absolute confidence- this is your dentist!

I enjoyed my recent visit to L.A.N.U. Dental very much. Everyone who works there is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. They maintain a high standard of safety during the pandemic, which is very important to me. They did a great job of cleaning my teeth and examining them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

AS DENTAL EXPERIENCES GO….YOU ALWAYS DESIRE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. FOR 6 GOOD YEARS, I’VE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT LANU DENTAL EVEN THOUGH I MIGHT NOT HAVE HAD A GOOD CHECKUP. ALSO EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS OUTSTANDING TO WORK WITH. APPRECIATE YOU GREATLY DR, LESLIE AND YOUR WONDERFUL PERSONNEL. If you’re looking for SOMEONE to take great care of your teeth, Look no further than LANU Dental. From basic cleanings to the hard stuff, they’ll make it seem and look easy. Even if you have jacked up your smile by accident or total neglect, LANU’s gotcha covered. I’ve been here, getting pretty close to 10 years and I’m Very Satisfied. I really appreciate LANU for helping me keep my SMILE for so long.

I can’t say enough positive things about the office. They took strict precaution upon entering for my appointment. My cleaning appointment was on time. Rachel did an excellent job. Dr. Nechvatal was very nice and explained to me my exam. If you are looking for a dental office L.A.N.U. Dental is your office. You will not be disappointed.
