I had the worst jaw pain so I went to see Dr Platt. We couldn’t figure it out of the life me, and Dr. Platt was the one that helped me the most. He took his time and looked at what was going on and helped adjust my bite so I now no longer have pain at all! He is so personable and patient. Willing to sit and listen to what is going on. Dr. Trent is also awesome! He’s super friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen him to help with my jaw and some cavities.

Most people don’t exactly enjoy going to the dentist and I am no exception. I have a lot of problems with my teeth and also with pain tolerance (I can be difficult to numb and stay numb), but they know exactly how to take care of that without going overboard. Dr. Platt has always made me feel at ease, and the entire staff is compassionate and friendly. They seem to have some pretty advanced equipment and techniques to solve whatever is wrong, they’re all very intelligent, and I will never go elsewhere for my dental care as long as they are in business. Hands down the best dental care across the board.

The staff at Lasting Impressions Dental was so friendly. Walking in you would never feel like you are in a dental office because it is cozy and welcoming. Dr. Platt and his staff are incredible they are willing to do whatever to make me feel comfortable. He is a dentist that you can trust and is honest with his work. I have been going to him for years and could not imagine going to anyone else. Amanda cleaned my teeth the last time I went in and they felt so clean and she was great to answer all my questions. I love going to the dentist and I have never had a bad experience at Lasting Impressions Dental.

I had a double crown done with another dentist, with two years of on/off tooth pain resulting. Dr. Platt discovered I was clenching/grinding at night, never giving the nerve in the area worked on a chance to calm down. He fitted me with a appliance/toothguard….there are various names… that I wear every night. Problem solved within two weeks. Plus, I prevent wearing on my other teeth!

I started going to this office recently and the ladies at the front desk are so nice and warm! Make you feel like you are right where you need to be. I called today and spoke with Cindy on the phone about my spacers (pain), she spoke with me like a friend and gave me great advice. That was honestly the best advice I could have needed. Thank you to the entire office!

Amazing!! AWESOME bedside manner. Extremely helpful over the phone even before first visit. I live 3 hours away from Dr. Platt’s practice, and have gladly made the trip twice, with another scheduled soon. Cindy was incredibly friendly & caring during both appointments, Dr. Platt seemed genuinely concerned & showed great skill. After 2 molar extractions, pain was very minimal, only tenderness really, Janelle was so sweet & helpful, both over the phone and during check-ins & Carolyn truly went above & beyond to make sure insurance and billing issues were satisfactory & met my needs. Beautiful environment, and after horrible dental experiences in the past, these visits far exceeded my expectations.

The care giving at Lasting Impressions makes our drive from Golden, CO worth ever mile. The staff is so kind and caring and does whatever they can to accommodate our schedule. I have never been to a more caring, flexible, comfortable place for any kind of care. I think they should be a model for all types of health care practices on how to truly care about their patients. Dr. Platt always makes us feel like we are the only concern he has, even when the practice is full. We all have total confidence and trust in him…from braces, to crowns to well any sort of dental work that needs to be done. The staff is so kind, and Cindy is an amazing caring person with the most beautiful smile and concern for your comfort and understanding of what is being done and why. Actually the entire staff has those qualities. My family is so thankful to have found this place!!

New patient and I was very impressed with my overall experience. Dr Platt was very thorough and I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. Previous Dentists that I have visited over the years always seemed very pushy and I always felt like I was being up-sold on a procedure. I never felt that this office was trying to up-sell anything or recommending something that I didn’t need. I also like that they are a technologically advanced office. It was very neat to receive a text message reminder about my appointment. I’m glad I made the switch to this Dentist office.

Dr. Platt and his staff were great to fit me in with my tight schedule. I have been a little nervous about trying a new dentist, getting my teeth cleaned, and having them worked on. I have had some work done by a different dentist and was having problems with some of his work. Dr, Platt gave me options and was willing to work with me on fixing several teeth without pain. He is very honest and does great work. His staff is super friendly and made me feel calm and welcome. Sonja cleaned my teeth and she was so kind and I did not feel like my gums were being scraped or that they were bleeding. I recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a dentist or is looking for a better experience.

We have been patients of Dr. Platt for over 15 years. I had a broken tooth over the weekend, Renee got me in first thing Monday morning. Too my delight, Dr. Platt recommended we clean, rough up and glue my broken piece of overlay back in and hope for many more years of wear! No pain, and a professional, inexpensive procedure. I appreciate the patience and kindness from Renee and Dr. Platt as I had had one of those terribly overwhelming mornings that go from bad to worse. Thank you for making my day!

We have been coming to Dr. Platt since we first moved to Colorado Springs 9 years ago. There was one year we had to change our insurance, and the difference in the quality of care was so astoundingly different (worse), that we didn’t go back to the dentist until we could change our insurance and return to Dr. Platt. My kids have all had such great experiences with Dr. Platt and his staff, that they are frequently asking “When do I get to go back to the dentist?”, which as a Mom I love! Sonya takes great care of our teeth as well!

Lasting Impressions, Dr Platt and all of his staff are ones who I will recommend over and over again!! The amount of caring shown by ALL of the staff is one that is hard to find. Their level of customer service is phenomenal!! We have been going to Dr Platt for about two years now. His orthodontic work is just great! The fact that I did not have to go to another dentist for ortho is so convenient. My twin boys have had ortho work done so hopefully their future dental issues are minimal to none. I was finally able to also afford braces and couldn’t be happier with the process and care I am receiving. Whenever we have an issue – we just call and our concerns are met right away, no judgement. I feel like I am a pest since I am in there every week and they just treat me like family. Whenever I have a question for Dr Platt – he always makes time, is patient and ever so caring. They never want us to be in pain. If something is mildly painful, they make sure to avoid that and have this AWESOME topical that avoids needles. My kids are even excited to go to see the dentist!! From the moment we walked in their door – it has been nothing short of wonderful!!! Not many people can say that about their dentist!!! Dr Platt is a rare find indeed!
