I’ve been going to Dr. Fathi for about 4yrs now and I must say she is the first dentist to have really want to help me with my dental issues!! I had gone to 2 prior dentist that did awful painful work on me and then I met Dr. Fathi who basically saved my smile! I’m thankful for her and her amazing staff! And I love how they work with my schedule and my payment plans!! I recommend her to all my co-workers and friends who want a Dentist with top of line equipment. I drive for about an 1hr from my job (in Pasadena) to her office (Thousand Oaks) on my appt. dates and I don’t mind it at all because it’s worth! I RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE!!

Dr. Fathi is extremely experienced and will diagnose you with all the modern procedures but she will not recommend anything unless it is absolutely necessary. Top notch on a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 10. My previous dentist would always want to do procedures but dr. Fathi will give you the straightforward answers of all the procedures and most likely most of them are not needed. Top notch doctor. My recommendation make an appointment.

Dr. Fathi and her entire staff are warm, welcoming, kind and make me feel like they truly care about me every time I visit and call. They are knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction. Their offices always feel like a warm and comfy place to be and I have all the confidence in their processes and procedures. The equipment is state of the art and Dr. Fathi’s touch is so light. I thought that if Tinkerbell was a dentist, that would be Dr. Fathi. I’ve never had an intense procedure be so seemingly effortless or easy. And I’ve been getting cavities filled for 46 years. I have had many experiences in The Chair. I can not recommend Dr. Fathi and her team highly enough!!! I feel honored that I found them!

I’ve never felt more comfortable at any other dentist. From the front desk to the dentist (Dr. Laura Fathi), I am treated like a person rather than a commodity. I’ve always been fearful of teeth cleaning until Leah, their hygienist cleaned my teeth. She spends a lot of time cleaning and NO PAIN! I can tell that the cleaning is thorough compared with every previous cleaning experiences at other dentists. If you want a great cleaning and a super dentist then check this place out. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.

I had a very wonderful experience with Dr. Fathi. I took my daughter to another dentist who informed me she had multiple cavities, 7 in fact! I was in disbelieve of this diagnosis and felt I needed to get a second opinion. I took my daughter to Dr. Fathi who reaffirmed the original diagnosis, 7 cavities. Everyone in the office was very helpful, friendly and polite. I never felt pressured by anyone to have my daughter treated at this office. The choice was left up to me. I went back to the original dentist because I felt it was the right thing to do. But I would definitely consider and recommend Dr. Fathi for any future dental needs.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Fathi and her staff. These lady’s truly get it! They offer the warmest most comfortable atmosphere and for someone whom is not thrilled to be in the dental chair, this is of most help. Dr. Fathi makes sure you feel comfortable before she begins her treatment, from explaining what’s being done to providing a blanket with head phones to listen to your choice of music. During the treatment they continue to make sure you are doing ok. They offer a break in between just in case you need a breather. I was used to getting work done and feeling like I just had to sit there and take it. But with Dr. Fathi’s office I’m in complete control and I feel great while in her care. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My first visit triggered a deep cleaning appointment. I wasn’t looking forward to it because at my previous dentist the cleaning was excruciating. Well, I showed up for the deep cleaning and was stunned…not only was it near pain free, but actually an enjoyable experience talking to the hygienist. I have a condition that makes my dental management a real challenge. Not only did Dr. Fathi spend the time to consider how to approach my condition, she also recommended a specialist for a related disorder that I am hopeful will benefit me. Her plan for my dental management was well thought out, appropriate for the problems I am experiencing, and practical so as to not break the bank. Dr. Fathi also went over my problem areas with a computer screen showing my teeth and the areas of concern. So her diagnosis was absolutely correct. I see that a previous recommendation by JJ suggests that they just got a list of cavities and a bill…I do not understand how looking at your ex rays and seeing your teeth and cavities can really be disputed, so I am skeptical of the other review. I have now recommended Dr. Fathi to my wife who was also having issues with another dentist and pain and we are both very comfortable with the decision.

Dr. Fathi is so thorough and offers a truly holistic approach. She not only asked me questions about my teeth, but also asked about my sleep patterns, stress level, and jaw discomfort. Dr. Fathi is everything I’ve been looking for in a dentist! She offers ozone therapy, gum disease treatment, pinhole treatment instead of grafting, and she’s also a prosthodontist. I had a tooth ache and called Dr. Fathi’s Office and the staff was very nice and kind and fit me on her schedule immediately. I walked in and her team immediately took x-rays and Dr. Fathi diagnosed my wisdom tooth to be the cause. She recommended for me to take the tooth out. I had the option to schedule for extraction the week after with her oral surgeon or she could also do the extraction herself. Not wanting to wait so long and also trusting Dr. Fathi with her work, I decided to extract it right there and then. I have to say that she was awesome. I did not feel any pains and my tooth has healed really fast. I am extremely happy with the outcome and really appreciate her expertise.

This review is long overdue.. If you have a fear of the dental chair like I do,, this is the Doctor, staff and ambience for you. Excellent visit. Purpose was 6-month cleaning and 100% major x-ray images. I arrived on time for appointment and had no wait time. All Covid precautions were followed by office staff, even cleaning bottom of patient shoes with alcohol. Dental work was done efficiently and with great care.
