Recently I decided to have fast braces and during that time and currently i was very pleased with the service that I received while I was in their care. They are very nice, friendly and always sure to keep in contact with me whether it be for a follow up appointments or how my teeth were coming along. Dr. Afzali is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in handling many different levels of complicated dental orthodontic and mouth reconstructive resolutions. I was very impressed by her care and felt completely comfortable and confident that she could help me. I have a medium/complicated case of orthodontics and it’s the first time I feel completely confident that she will be able to resolve and handle it. She is very experienced in a new technology called Fast-Braces, which is something I had interest in and had heard of before, but she took the time to explain to me the difference between Fast Braces and conventional braces from a biological viewpoint, which was extremely helpful to me. I saw many examples of before and after photos of her patients, some that were very complicated cases, and previously to seeing her they had been told by other doctors that the only solution was surgery, but instead she resolved things in the most holistic and least damaging way. I was visiting family in the OC for an extended vacation and broke my front tooth. My uncle took me to his regular dentist office and I got an emergency exam with x-rays. Thankfully, they were able to fit me in for the procedure as well. The whole experience was painless and actually pleasant – especially considering how no one wants to deal with dental issues on a vacation. I actually enjoyed interacting with everyone there and felt like I was really being taken care of. I really wish the were located in my town so I could go more regularly. I was really impressed with how modern and clean the office was and how helpful and kind all of the staff was. I worked with Dr. Afzali and she was very patient and thorough. I really appreciated all her explanation. She took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt really cared for. While I was getting the work done, they even fit my husband in for a routine cleaning (which he hasn’t done in ages!) Between the two of us, we decided to make our next appointments and made plans to come back to OC just to get our teeth cleaned! (And visit my family while we were there…)

I cannot say how grateful I am for finding this dental office.  My elderly mom had woken up with a severe tooth abscess and had one side of her face swollen and in a lot of pain. I had frantically left messages for several dental offices early in the morning. Lifetime Dental was the first office to return my call and when I explained what was going on, they rushed us in. From the moment we walked in their office, we were treated with utmost kindness, compassion and professionalism. After realizing how serious and urgent the situation was, their skilled and knowledgeable team of doctors and oral surgeon started the procedure. She had six bad and loose teeth that needed immediate attention. My mom had a trip coming up that she could not postpone.  Within ten days she had six front teeth surgically extracted, infection removed and beautiful temporary partial denture made.  This could have been a month long treatment that with collaboration of Dr. Afzali was performed in ten days!  Beyond amazing! This type of treatment is rare if not impossible in this time and age! Also my thanks to Sam for his delicate help. My mom is one of those people that has gagging problems when having her mouth X-rays taken. With Sam, she felt comfortable and it went quickly and smoothly. She answered all my questions in a language that I could understand. What was new for me was her way of trying to help me understand my options so I can make an informed decision. I have only written one review in the past, but I just had to write this review due to the Excellent service, treatment and customer service. It all starts at the front desk with a welcoming hello and a smile which starts everything great, especially being nervous going to a dentist.  Everything is explained at the front desk, so I know all that is going to happen.  Then I get welcomed by all the staff (my nervousness is now gone).  The dental hygienist did a wonderful job and making sure I was always comfortable.  Then the dentist who examined me after looking at the x-rays did an amazing job of detecting and diagnosing and giving me a solution of what my problem was with my teeth.  Also the orthodontist who reviewed my teeth was so passionate about her profession and expertise that I was in awe.  Well I ended up getting FAST BRACES which is a new technology of approx 6 months or less instead of the traditional 2 years of braces.  All the dentist, dental assistant’s, the hygienist, the office staff, office manager and the front desk, (sorry if I missed anybody) but they are AMAZING!.  I am very happy and blessed with choosing Lifetime Dental of Lake Forest as my dentist office.  BTW, I drive 40 miles to come here and it is worth it.

I have loved my experience with Lifetime Dental. I went in with so many problems and every since every single one of them has been taken care of. I had two root canals, an additional crown and several cavities taken care of at Lifetime Dental. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years mainly just due to neglect from my part and as a result my teeth were a mess. I went from having headaches everyday to the occasional headache. My teeth don’t ache either! I consistently went into the dentist for over two months to correct everything that needed to be done. The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I came. The office is beautiful with a lot of windows making the space feel well lit and really open. There was flexibility with scheduling and multiple times they fit me in last minute. They are always expanding their services so I don’t have to go to other places for things I need. An example being that they do orthodontics and also see kids even at a really young age so it is a perfect because I can bring my husband and son for services. about two months ago I had a dental emergency. In search for a dentist that can relief my pain without too much expense I found lifetime Dental. My visit was great. Doctor was so caring and gentle. Although they were busy, they took care of me as I had made an appointment in advance. Spend the time I needed to help me with my concerns about pain and finance. I was in so much discomfort that I thought I am going to need extensive work on my tooth but Doctor Seifi took her time and saved my tooth from the root canal. Today is after about two months my tooth is still filling good. Have not had any problem and pain is gone completely. Doctor has a great touch and I love her sense of humor. That certainly put me at ease. The real deal was the painless shot she gave me. It was fantastic! Since then I have decided to take car of my teeth and do the overdue dental work which I had postponed for a long time. Every visit has been great. Pain free and comfortable. This is the first time that I look forward to go to a dentist. The staff are super nice and friendly. The office is beautiful and clean. Everything has been clear no surprises. First started visiting this office a couple months ago and meant to write a review, but only getting to it now. I can tell you that this is by far the best dental office I’ve been to in my life. When you walk in the first impression you get is friendly, calming and clean. After filling out the paperwork they had me sit down in one of the dentist chairs and I was able to watch a show on Netflix while I was sitting there. After my examination, the doctor gave a very thorough explanation of what was going on with my mouth, and really took the time to educate me so I understood exactly what was happening and what needed to get done. I’m not going to get into the details of it but basically I needed to get a root canal on one of my teeth. I completed the root canal a couple weeks ago, it went much smoother than I thought and my tooth is fully operational again. I don’t feel anything pain and the infection is handled. I had gone to several dentists before and they said I needed work that I didn’t actually needed and the price was too high. Not at Lifetime Dental. Honestly the staff and doctors at lifetime dental changed my mind about dentistry and visiting the dentist in general. What was different about this office was the attention to details, the honesty of treatment needed and the care. And this was throughout my experience receiving treatment, them handling finances and dealing with my insurance. I found the whole team honest, knowledgeable and professional. In my previous dental office I was given a long list of dental work which I was told was necessary. At lifetime dental, I was diagnosed just for what I needed which was a root canal and a crown and I was accommodated immediately. I am currently going through the process of a Root Canal and Crown at Lifetime Dental. Once again Lupe Gomez, the office manager at Lifetime Dental has been with me through the whole process. I am not always the easiest patient due to the fact that I do tend to experience more pain and complications than the average person. I had very pleasant visits at Lifetime dental of Lake forest. I felt very welcomed and super nice people there. No pain dentistry there. My upper left teeth had been bothering me for long time and food impacted all the time, every single day, nothing I can do but flossing after each meal. I had my previous dentist checked, they only suggested me to do deep cleaning and charged me high copayment. I was so grateful that the owner doctor Dr. Afzali and their Oral Surgeon gave me the optimal treatment plan and solved my longtime problem. Now I am very happy that I can freely eat anything. I have loved my experience with Lifetime Dental. I went in with so many problems and every since one of them was taken care of. I had two root canals, an additional crown, and seven cavities taken care of at Lifetime. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I didn’t have insurance to cover it and my teeth were an absolute mess. I went from having headaches everyday to the occasional headache. My teeth don’t ache either! I consistently went into the dentist once a week for over two months to correct everything that needed to be done. The staff was always friendly and welcoming every time I came. There was flexibility with scheduling and multiple times they fit me in last minute. I honestly couldn’t have had a better dental experience!

Lifetime dental is seriously the BEST. They have restored my opinion about dentists. They have been so flexible with my scheduling. My husband’s schedule is always changing , so it is hard to make appointments. Darlene has always been so patient , advocating for me with my insurance. They have all done a great job following up, listening , being respectful, & being professional. Next, Nicolette, the RDH/registered dental hygienist, took the time to make my two toddler children & myself feel comfortable. She was gentle and did a great job.  She explained what she was going to do, and put our minds such at ease. I also got work done by Dr. Neda. She was so calm, patient & collected.
