My name is John Kroupa and I was the patient. My experience with Dr. Nick and my new implants was everything I had hoped for. The level of technology was stunning, and the precise placement, fit, and near painless process a wonder. I am 70 and my new teeth feel like they have been part of my mouth forever.

The doctors and staff at Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry were professional, kind and went out of their way to accommodate. I was quite nervous as I needed several implants and am in severe medical condition due to chronic neuromuscular illness. They were able to offer several options for treatment and sedation. I didn’t feel rushed nor did I feel like a nuisance asking the many questions I needed to ask. I felt as confident as possible going into surgery. The after care, which is as important as the procedure, is second to none. I am so happy with my decision and am forever grateful to all at Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Absolutely great dentist office!!! Kimberley the 1st person you will meet at check in will welcome you with a big smile, and is such a friendly, genuine, caring person that you will feel like you’ve known her for years!! And the dental assistances, financial girl, and all the staff are all great caring wonderfully friendly people!! But most of all Dr Nick is a very talented dentist who is highly skilled in cosmetic, and all aspects of dentistry. He is very caring and listens to the patients needs and concerns but the way he pays “Attention to detail “ far surpasses any dentist I have ever been to!! It was truly an honor and pleasure to have met him!! I would highly recommend LI Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry!!!!

After years of neglecting my teeth due to high anxiety I did some research and came across this practice. I decided to take the leap and call today… all I have to say I was blown away by the care, concern and professionalism by all of the staff at the office. They saw me the same day and were extremely sensitive to my anxiety and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Nick did my consultation and talked about plan of care and we decided what procedure would be best for me. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, including all the financial details. It all started with the call to Kim and without her care and understanding I would have never stepped foot in the door. I went from not accepting a promotion due to bad teeth to scheduling implant surgery in the very near future. Yes this was just day 1 but I have already convinced 3 family members to switch to their practice.

My dentist retired just when I broke a tooth. A friend recommended Dr. Nick at L.I. Implant. I have gone to the dentist regularly because my teeth are not the best, but I have gone from dinosaurs to digital. My retired dentist took x-rays and developed film, and when my teeth broke or lost a filling, he did “spackle” jobs. Well, that has all changed. Dr. Nick uses digital x-rays, digital photography and 3D scans to figure out what needs help. My teeth were in need of major renovation in order to have the rest of them not fall apart beyond repair. He explained what needed to be done and why, gave me an estimate, and suggested a plan. I told him I was not interested in looking like Taylor Swift, but knew he was right about saving the remaining teeth. The work started at my pace. He never pushed me to do what he wanted. The staff is fantastic. Kim is the front desk, the warm heart, a blessing. Ellen does a great cleaning. Tiolca is a very capable assistant. And Dr. Nick is caring, strives for excellence, and gives great handshakes. It’s refreshing to see a team working together and enjoying each other. Dr. Nick has done extractions, crowns (that they make in the office), and implants. I don’t have to run around to other experts or wait for crowns to be delivered. It’s a one-stop shopping experience.

I was the quintessential person who loathes going to the dentist.. I had put off going to the dentist for a few years and had finally decided that I needed to face my fears. I saw Dr. Nick and after talking with him, I really got the feel that I was in good hands. He quickly turned my opinion of dentists around. After going here for almost a year to address a few different dental issues I have to give credit where credit is due. This practice is incredible. Although I can only speak for Dr. Nick and his assistant, I am absolutely blown away by my experience here. I have been completely transformed from the person who hates the dentist. And It’s not only his expertise in the scholarly end of dentistry that impressed me, he is a true craftsman in the art form of it. If your looking for a better dentist this is the end of your search.

I was a mess and in so much pain when I placed a phone call to Dr. Nick’s office. His office staff was so helpful and made me feel safe. I couldn’t stop crying from the pain and the fear of financial concerns but Dina and Stacy eased all my fears. I enjoy coming back to seeing my friends at the office so much. When I was in the area I just stopped by to say hi one day. Don’t miss out on the best dental experience you can ever have!!! Call them now!!!!!!!

Dr Nick is amazing! He truly cares about what’s in your best interest not his! Everyone in the office is so nice and they make it so personal. Did I mention that I had zero pain?! I’m so happy I finally found a dentist i can count on and trust, I will never go any where else again. Thanks guys your a great team :)!

I have to say that Dr. Elliot and Dr. Nick are some of the best dentists out there! I do not like going to the dentist, and have had terrible experiences in most offices my whole life. I had a terrible tooth ache and called their office for help. They were able to get me in the next day to get me out of pain. I then went back for my root canal, a few fillings and a crown. I had my crown done in the same day and it fits and feels amazing! I love this place and think I have found my dental home! Thank you all for taking such great care of me!
