Nicest people imaginable-I came out of a previous dentist office with a very rude staff-the worst!. Dr Milman discovered my “hard” night guard was popping off my crowns where previous dentist insisted I wear it and blamed the crowns coming off on the fact that I was not wearing it-implying I was lying. Dr Milman is available unlike my previous dentist and is a very smart guy, who came highly recommended by my neighbor. Multiple problems came to the fore from work by my previous dentist. If only I had found this office sooner!

I have been coming here for over 3 years and everyone is just amazing. From the dentist, to the hygienist, to the office manager, to the receptionist…..everyone. Also there is barely any wait time plus it’s easy to book appointments, you get an appointment reminders, they are very flexibility if you have to switch appointment dates and to top it off the dentist is so personable and professional. You also get a cute little goody bag after every visit. Great experience every visit!!!

My very first visit was an unforgettable experience. The staff was extremely kind, they gave me a tour of the office and explained all the state-of-the-art equipment. The dentist was also very thorough on fixing my existing issues with my teeth and making me aware of problem areas that could get worse if left untreated. My second visit was also pleasant and I definitely will be making this location my dentist office going forward.

I am writing this from the chair. I couldn’t wait to post this. This is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I have serious dental anxiety (I once had to take a xanax just to get through an exam). Everyone was so patient and thorough. I have never left a dentist office with a printed out treatment plan, and several cost concious ways to achieve it. I left with alot of information and a really cute gift.

Soooo I went to Lotus Smiles because I was having a problem with a tooth that my dentist was preparing to crown. I was feeling some pain and my dentist does not do root canals. My nephew recommended this office. The staff was so competent and professional. Dr. Milman took 2 digital x rays and said he thought it was just trama from working on the tooth. He would be happy to do the root canal down the road if needed. Very honest. He also said no charge for the appt. and x rays…WHAT! I certainly recommend this place for all your dental needs. Nice neighborhood as well.

I have been looking for a Dentist and a Dental Office for quite sometime and I am glad that I had found them. They made my visits here very welcoming. I must say I get very nervous especially when I see needles but Dr. Milman really does practice a pain-free dental practice. He made me comfortable enough (as well as all his Staff) and was able to go and sit thru my dental appointment.

I used to be a dental assistant years ago, but this practice is really second to none. You genuinely feel welcomed from the minute they call you pre-appointment to confirm all your details, then a follow-up to clarify any questions you may have, to the minute you walk out. You can’t fake that type of energy. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist and even those who think they have a good one already

It had been YEARS since I’ve gone to see a dentist. I’ve always hated the dentist because it seems every time I”m there, I’ve always needed to have painful stuff done in my mouth. It’s never been a pleasant experience. But, a molar I had a root canal done on several years prior by a different dentist, had started to chip causing the filling to come out. I needed to see a dentist before my gums became painfully infected. A friend had highly recommended Dr Milman at Lotus Smiles. From my very first visit, he’s made the process tolerable and didn’t lecture me on flossing (they just showed me a diagram scale on the wall of how bad my teeth were and that alone convinced me to take better care of them). I didn’t have dental insurance at the time so Renee (the wonderful and super sweet office manager) would advise me on what was essential and needed to be done asap and what could wait. Dr Milman is very personable and made every visit less painful. Since that very first visit, I’ve had scaling done, regular cleaning, a crown put in (that chipped later when I ate popcorn) and needed to be replaced). Dr Milman, the hygienists and office staff (they always remember my name), have all made my visits as pleasant as can be. I’ve recommended Dr Milman to a few friends already and highly recommend him to all my fellow yelpers!

Dr. Milman and his staff were great and really helpful answering my questions. I called for a toothache emergency and they took me in within the hour. Made my first experience of getting a root canal and crown comfortable, it was a painless experience. I decided to do my cleaning and other services with them too. Love my new dentist!! 🙂 Thank you to the whole team!
