Having a lot of dental work, a good relationship with my dentist is very important, and Dr. Dan and his team (Jessica is great!) don’t fail to impress. They are professional, courteous, and most important to me- they are fast! Being swamped with work and driving from a distance makes time precious to me, and these guys get you in and out very quickly, without sacrificing quality or attentiveness to any questions or concerns you have. Absolutely amazing customer service ! I went in for a consultation because of wisdom tooth pain. They had me in and out within 20 minutes & setup an appointment for the extraction in less than 2 weeks from my consultation.. 2 days before my extraction they called to tell me about restrictions and were willing to answer any questions I had. On the day of my extraction I was sitting in the chair & prepped for surgery within 10 minutes of arriving..the nurses & doctors made me feel completely comfortable & relieved of any stress/nervousness. I was sedated & an hr later the procedure was done.. my driver was given the RN’s number in case of any complications & I also received a complimentary phone call later in the day of my extraction just to make sure I was feeling well ! I’ve never had a more gentle dental experience in my 33 yrs. I am very afraid of dentists, drills and pain. When I found out I needed a root canal over a year ago, I avoided the procedure as long as possible from fear until the pain hit me so badly that I wanted to die. Dr. Dan performed my root canal with just the injection oral anesthesia and the laughing gas as its called. I was awake the entire time and didn’t feel any pain every maybe a tiny bit of discomfort. I kept waiting and waiting fire the real pain and nothing it never came. I’m not afraid of dentists anymore. Thanks Dr. Dan hope you’re reading this. The entire staff is so friendly. My very first visit was great.I went in for a consultation everyone was very pleasant and scheduled an extraction for 2 days later. On the day of the extraction i walk in and was greeted by name and seen immediately. The extraction went well and i did not feel a thing! Dr Dan did a great job. i left thinking i was going to be in pain after the anesthesia wore off but to my surprise there was only a little soreness. i did not have to take any pain meds. Also, Alex did a great job of explaining my benefits to me so that i know exactly what to expect to come out of pocket with. I normally go to a private practice dentist but since he retired I thought I would try Made Ya Smile since their appointment times are more liberal. I don’t have perfect teeth, I have been lucky enough to have inherited “bad teeth genes”. Everyone there has been fantastic! I know I have a lot of dental work to get done but when I got my cleaning they didn’t pressure me. A couple of months later I decided to do one part of my treatment (since I could no longer eat with that side). I got in quickly and they were able to get my daughter in for her cleaning at the same time. Refined and friendly, there is no need to be anxious about going to the dentist anymore. Alex ( the crew chief/ treatment coordinator) has his pit crew on point. Bee (the window cleaner/ hygenist) moves efficiently through her tasks with a smile and returns yours to crystal clear and ready to roar. Ms. Bernie was the first receptionist that I encountered she was very warm and friendly and she answered all my questions. Then I met the dental assistant Nena, also warm and friendly . Dr. Daniel Sperzel earned his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine located in Boston, Massachusetts. He also completed a general practice residency at the University Hospital at Stony Brook, NY. Since 1999 Dr. Sperzel has practiced dentistry in New York, Florida and Texas. He is a certified provider of Lumineers and Invisalign. Dr. Sperzel is known for his commitment to the highest quality dentistry, and his gentle touch with his patients. Dr. Sperzel is married with 2 children and is a self-described family man. His interests include golf, fishing, diving and spending time with his children.
