This is an incredible dental practice office. The entire team has the talent and expertise. Dr. Greene is very professional and caring. She is one of the most engaging doctors that I have ever met in this profession. she is well trained and excellent at her job. She is thorough, kind and gentle. She works quickly and answers all my questions with a respect and dignity. It is a true pleasure to see her as her work is beautiful. The technicians and ancillary staff are all very talented and professional people who work hard and are focused on your patient experience. While waiting for a doctor, I started coughing and a very nice receptionist offered me a glass of water right away. I really appreciate this attention. I am thrilled to be a patient in this truly unbelievable clinic. And I am very grateful to my friend Lolita who recommended me to this dental practice. Thank you Thelma D.

MDA is the best dentist I’ve had in NYC. Patient comfort appears to be their number one priority. They also try to give patients the same hygienist each time which is kind of nice and different from most dentists which can feel like a factory of rotating hygienists. Drs Green are very nice and don’t push products (something that has irked me with other dentists in NY). The front desk is great and very accommodating of schedule changes. Waiting area and all equipment is modern and attractive. Great location. Female Dr Green is my dentist and I would highly recommend her!!

This is one of the best dentist offices i’ve ever been to. From the second you walk in the door you’re greeted by friendly faces. Janice does my cleanings and she’s amazing then I see Dr. Ellen Greene who is so knowledgeable and caring. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist until I met her. I did invisalign with her and my teeth are perfect. She always takes her time explaining things and whenever I’ve had an emergency she’s taken me in. I’ve sent my whole family here!

I am THRILLED I switched to Madison Dental Arts. Everyone there has been so professional & gracious & brilliant in what they do. The office is beautiful and clean and the receptionist always kind. I’ve had my teeth cleaned from different hygienists at Madison Dental Arts and each one has been beyond thorough, leaving me feeling clean and white & like its the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I asked my new dentist, Dr. Plansky, to change my front two crowns. I was a little scared since I’ve had mine for 10 years. BEST DECISION I”VE EVER MADE for my health, my teeth & my smile!! She made it painless, and my teeth and smile have never looked so gorgeous. Besides getting many compliments from outsiders, I always catch myself admiring them in the mirror. I wish I switched to them sooner. They are the best kept dental secret in NYC!!

After having a bad experience with my old dentist I really was scared of the dentist. I kept putting it off until my coworkers talked me into seeing Dr Ellen Greene. Her and her staff we were wonderful, I am no longer scared to go to the dentist. Recently I had cracked a crown (from my old dentist) and had a big audition the next day. Her and her staff got me in immediately and reattached the broken crown (for free!) as a temp so I wouldn’t have a big hole in my mouth when I sang. I can’t recommend a better dentist.

i had previously gone to Marquis dental spa and they were the absolute worst- not only did they make you wait for long periods of time, making your entire visit last hours, but i always left in pain that lingered for weeks! one weekend i found myself needing an “emergency” visit due to a painful tooth and they could not have been more friendly at Madison dental arts. they fit me right in. Doctor Plansky could not have been more friendly or reassuring since i was a little nervous having had past experiences that weren’t so great. She was confident and knew what she was doing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful as well, and mostly i left with no pain and a desire to shout their services from the mountaintops! hahahahaha. seriously my first yelp review,and i would continue to tell the world about how great they are!!!!

Been going to Dr. Ellen Greene for several years now, as do many people from my company. She is great, the technicians are all very experience, professional, and thorough, and the place is well organized and friendly. They are great with setting up future appointments and reminder. I had a very pleasant experience with my dental services Dr. Ellen Greene and her team. I heard so much about this office and the excellent service they provide. I did not regret for changing my dental services to Madison Dental Arts because I was very pleased with customer service of everyone. All the staff from receptionists to dental assistants were just amazing group of people. While you on the exam table, you can feel a great deal of teamwork and happiness with the work they do. While in the waiting area, when the receptionist heard me coughing she stood up right away and offered me a glass of water. Dr. Greene is very thorough with her explanation, what is best for my dental workup. And I trusted her very much. On my first initial visit, Dr. Plansky was also professional and very helpful and did a thorough oral examination for me. Thanks to my friend Lolita for recommending to this beautiful dental office and I am happy with the outcome.

Dr. Greene is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. While I’ve never been scared of visits to the dentist I haven’t always looked forward to them as I’ve heard of unnecessary procedures and other unsavory tactics undertaken in the interest of making an extra buck. It’s even happened to me when a previous dentist put some archaic styled caps on my teeth as opposed to giving me simple bonding.This would never happen with Dr. Greene. She really really cares about her patients and their well being and she’s always been infinitely patient with me and my sometimes scattermindedness (especially with my Invisalign). I recommend her highly to everyone I meet and do so without reservation. If you’re looking for a dentist and want someone who cares about your teeth and giving you quality care pick up your phone and call Madison Dental Arts!

Dr. Greene and his staff are the best in NYC. I have been going to them since the 1980’s and still continue to come in to NY from CT just for my dental work. The staff is friendly and caring. I love love love Dr. Ellen Greene! I have been going to her for the last 6 years and I can honestly say that she is the best dentist I have ever had. From the staff to the ease of making and getting appointments to the procedures themselves, I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Ellen Greene has been my dentist for more than 8 years. The first few years I lived in NYC, I didn’t have a dentist, and so I was really up a creek when I woke up with a wicked toothache one morning. The first dentist I found really did a horrible job on my tooth and gave me the deepest, most painful filling i have ever had. That’s when a co-worker recommended Dr. Greene, and I’m so glad he did. Dr. Greene fixed the botched filling from the other dentist and has taken terrific care of my teeth ever since. In addition to the occasional filling, she also fitted me for a retainer and got my teeth back to the original post-braces level of straightness. Her front desk staff is friendly and is amazing about fitting you in for emergency appointments when necessary, and the hygienists are really nice and give great cleanings. The office is beautiful with terrific views and is really easy to get to. This is a great dental practice!
